I ordered a pin and t-shirt from TeePublic and was delighted with the quality and design of the products. They arrived in a timely fashion and I was able to track the order. I will order from them again!
I placed two orders and they were printed and shipped in two days and delivery was less than a week
I ordered all T-shirts in Medium size but once delivered I realized they run small for the V neck ladies shirts
So I contacted customer service and by the next morning I not only received a response but they had already placed two new orders for me in bigger sizes at no cost to me... Best experience ever ordering online... I bought 12 shirts and I intend to buy many more... The quality is great, everything is unique,

I have placed several orders with TeePublic and love their tees' quality and the huge design selection. I can always find many choices that I love. So, when I received a tee that was less than perfect (the top part of the design was cut off/missing) I was disappointed.
I contacted customer service with a pic of the less than perfect tee, and I was given the option of a replacement or my money refunded. No need to return the tee, which can be a hassle. It was SO easy!

Amazing and fast response to an issue I had with a missing item from my order. I emailed Eliza about an item I was missing in my shipment from a few months back. She researched it and had that item sent out tom e with hours of my email. In todays Customer Service issues this was an incredible experience I had. Very stress free and easy to resolve all within 10 hours of my original email. GREAT COMPANY!

My order arrived within days, but was one size too small. I reached out to their customer service via email who responded the next business day and satisfactorily resolved the issue by sending me a new shirt free of charge.

Very quick to respond to questions! I had placed an order not realizing the writing wouldn't show up on the color shirts I picked, until I saw after it was delivered. I messaged them right away, in a panic because they were birthday gifts for my daughter. She very quickly responded, let me pick out different colors and shipped the new ones out to me right away (at no extra charge). And even let me keep the original ones. But I absolutely recommend this artist! Very friendly, and great communication! Thank you so much!
I ordered a medium size t-shirt. It was smaller than expected so I sent a request to exchange it. They sent me a new size and let me keep the medium to give to someone. Customer service like that is rare and appreciated!
I recently bought a t-shirt and it arrived very fast. I was very happy with how good the quality was but i always wash brand new clothes before wearing them so i proceeded to search for washing instructions so i wouldn't mess up the shirt. I followed them step by step, but when it got out of the washer a good amount of the design had washed off. It doesn't affect the design that much because it already looked grungy but i would like to know what could i do if it ever happens again and it affects the design.
So we got 4 shirt each for me and my wife and one came in a size too small and the others didn't fit as my wife was hoping. We contacted them and they answered right away and got right on the changes with no problems. And the shirts I got were great with awesome details and I'm glad they help artist to go what they want to do.
Was looking for gifts for my wifes 50th and a came across Tee public ordered the t shirt and when it arrived was too small, the team at Tee public quickly resolved my issue in record time and said look just keep the small one and pay it forward which I thought was very kind, will definatly be dealing with these guys again and recommending family and friends to do so also for all your unique gift needs for special occasions look no further than Tee public
I ordered four tshirts/tank tops from TeePublic. Two days after I ordered them, I noticed they all went on sale. I emailed TeePublic about a possible refund of the price difference of the shirts. I quickly received an email response from Natalie who stated she would grant me a refund of the price difference for all four shirts! What a great company! Many companies would've told me "too bad" but not TeePublic. I will definitely buy from them in the future!
Received everything that I expected. Two of the masks we're a little small but they are sending two bigger ones at no cost to me which is really nice because I need them for my granddaughters. The T-shirts I bought looked perfect.
I purchased a t shirt from TeePublic and received my order within 2 days. The quality of the t shirt was very good, however the colour of it looked slightly different to what I was expecting from the website. I emailed TeePublic enquiring about a possible exchange for a different colour but due to previous experiences with other retail/clothing companies, I wasn't expecting them to agree to it.
To my surprise not only did the customer service team (Natalie in particular) get back to me right away and offer to send me the replacement t shirt that I was looking for, they also told me there was no need to return the original t shirt as well and encouraged me to keep, donate or reuse it. This level of care for their customers really stood out to me and is a big reason why TeePublic has earned themselves a customer for the future!
It took 21 days for me to receive four of the five t-shirts I ordered. I ordered five t-shirts on August 10th and received four of the five on August 31st. I am still waiting on the 5th t-shirt that I ordered same day as the other four; the same order. The shipping I paid was to receive my order within six to eight business days. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company and I will never order from TeePublic again.
**I got many emails from TeePublic, during the duration of waiting for my order delivery, putting 100% blame on FedEx. That is very unprofessional, and I'm convinced, not true.
If you can't meet the demand, higher more staff instead of putting the blame on another company. If FedEx is falling THAT short, you find another carrier. I am, however, convinced that TeePublic is the one who dropped the ball.
I had ordered a 3 large size shirt, I contacted TeePublic an they corrected the shirt size to a extra large and I'm totally satisfied with my purchase. Thank you, Looking forward to my next order.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
