Couldn't be any happier with this company, despite our order having issues. One shirt wasn't the correct size we thought it would be (our fault) and the other had a split in the print. Both got replaced free of charge in an extremely easy process and we couldn't be happier with the customer service. The shirts are amazing quality and the print/designs are as well. Absolutely love the shirts we ordered and will be ordering again for sure.
I'm always a bit weary when buying things online, but have had a very cool experience with Teepublic. The products have always been great, but recently I got the size wrong on an order and the service I recieved when I needed an exchange was above and beyond.

I ordered the wrong size in a T-shirt for my granddaughter and ordered a small instead of a medium. I emailed them and they were so helpful! They sent out a new size medium and told me to keep it or give it to someone so I am going to pay it forward and give to our homeless friends in our city.

I ordered a shirt that should've fit because all sizes run the same right. Not in my case:-( I explained the situation in an email. Less than a day received a response. TeePublic is gonna ship me the same shirt with the different size requested WITHOUT ANY HASSLE. HOW COOL IS THAT?!?!?

I have ordered from TeePublic in the past, and never had issues with quality even after multiple washes. I just ordered again, recently. When I received my order, you could tell my package had been opened and then resealed at the USPS mail distribution center. I immediately took a picture prior to opening due to knowing it was held there for 3 weeks and it was opened prior. When I opened it, two of a sweatshirts that I had ordered were in there (ones that most people may not be interested in) but 3rd one was not included. There was a little sack with the white glove stating it was made in China which obviously did not come from TeePublic since the artist are not in China. The sweatshirt that most people would be interested in was missing. I emailed TeePublic immediately and it was after hours, of course. They emailed me within 12 hours and didn't even request the pictures. Assured me they would make it right. Because my USPS local office holds these type of packages for 3 weeks plus, Teepublic not only sent me a replacement with no problems, they sent it priority overnight by FedEx skipping USPS! Teepublic is amazing and has a customer for life. Thank you again!
I ordered several t-shirts in various sizes for a family event and was delighted with all of them. I finally found an online company that offers an amazing variety of graphics and other items. Their prices and sales are great. I give their customer service 5 stars ++ I was contacted via email from purchase to delivery and in between I had an issue (that was totally my fault) they handled it with such kindness, I will be a customer for life.
I ordered a particular light sweatshirt to wear at a basketball tournament. I ordered a size that just ended up not fitting right. When I contacted tee public for a return for a different size, they made sure I got a new size and let me keep the existing sweatshirt. I'm sure i'll be able to find someone who can wear the smaller size, but it was just so nice not to have to worry about sending the first one back and risk not getting the new one in time for the tournament. Will definitely order from here again due to the great service.
I am not a big review writer but I had to on this one. My husband and I ordered a couple shirts for a Halloween party and it was starting to look like they wouldn't arrive in time. I emailed customer service, nervously, as there was no phone number for the company and the representative was extremely helpful. She even FOLLOWED UP a few days later to make sure everything was okay. Ummm that never happens in the retail world. Nobody cares once they get your money. These guys do! Thank you and I'll be ordering more in the future!

I've ordered from teepublic in the past and have always been satisfied with their quality. This year a couple of my shirts looked a little smaller than I expected so I reached out to customer service. They responded quickly snd said they processed the exchange for a larger size AND I could go ahead and keep the original items without sending them back! Above and beyond! Greatest customer service!
Ordered tee shirt in wrong size and asked for exchange. Customer service gor right back to me and offered replacement in correct size as well as letting me keep the original which I will gift to another friend or charity... what a fantastic service and company. Would definitely recommend. Grat designs and choice too
Needed a special T-shirt made. Was very excited when it arrived, very quick delivery and great quality.
The size and quality of the shirts ate great. Print on the tee shirt faded after one wash. Contacted customer service and they fixed the problem right away. Multiple customer service people worked with me, very fast response to email. Great customer service i have full confidence to buy shirts again in the future.
This is my first time ordering from TeePublic so I didn't really know the sizing yet or what to expect. The website had some very helpful pictures of models in different height and weight ranges that helped, but I still ended up ordering sizes that were too small for some of my family members. I messed up on 2 hoodies, and 4 kids t-shirts. I was dreading the exchange process as online ordering can be very hit or miss depending on the company, and TeePublic clothing is custom printed to your order size after they receive the order. They don't have a warehouse of these things sitting around with the custom graphic that you choose in a different size. They have to reprint these items again to fulfill the exchange. Due to this, I wasn't even sure if I could exchange them and what the cost was going to be. I contacted customer services anyways and filled out an exchange form to see if they could help.
They went above and beyond my expectations. I received a reply within 1 day from when I submitted my exchange request. They immediately put in another order for me with the correct sizes so I could get them ASAP, without waiting to receive the clothing back from me. I really appreciate this as there are shipping issues every where and I want to make sure I have these items ready for the holidays. What put it over the top for me was that TeePublic did not asked me to send back the hoodies and shirts, and they let me keep them for donation. Now THAT is how you do customer service.
Due to this experience, I will be ordering from them again in the future and will recommend them to everyone. They do have really comfy hoodies and t-shirts, especially for kids. See the pictures for a sample of some of the super cute things I ordered.
Nothing but good words for TeePublic. I have ordered a t-shirt with a bright pink color logo but when I received it, the logo was very pale on the shirt. So I write to the customer service, where everyone was very kind to me btw, and in 2 days, everything was settled. A new shirt is on the way, and I can keep the other one, and no extra money was ask from me. I recommend TeePublic without hesitation. :)
I've bought a ton from them. Good size range, and I love that they sell v necks. Customer service is helpful if you need to exchange or make a change.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
