Teepublic have some of the best designs available, there are so many designs I would like to purchase.
I ordered three t-shirts which looked fantastic on the website. When they arrived I was very disappointed with the quality, I just didn't feel they represented the images on the site and felt quite disappointed. I contacted Teepublic and raised the issue with them. I was asked to provide photos and quickly received a reply agreeing that the quality was not up to scratch and an explaination why. It was agreed that a replacement would be sent for one t-shirt and I could choose two other designs to replace the other two t-shirts where suitable replacements could not be sent.
I believe in credit where credit is due - Teepublic have provided me wtih a fantastic service and as I feel so strongly about it I am happy to write this positive review.
The service provided by Teepubic has given me the confidence to purchase from them again in the future.
I've been a customer for years, their shirts are always made of quality material that stands up well. My last order included 8 shirts (only 3 were presents to other people, 5 were for me!) and one of the shirts had a very off-center and crooked print. I contacted customer service with pictures and within 24 hours they ordered a new one for me and sent it out! Their customer service is top-notch, if there's an issue they fix it without making you feel like you did something wrong. Customer for life!
We got our order right away and one of our t-shirts was too big. They were so quick to respond about an exchange and made it so easy! We are very happy!

Dont want a tighter medium, you can buy large, dont worry it wont fit like a tent.im 68 yrs, most think im 40s. Guess studying heath nurtrition for yrs has helped.im in pr biz for vitamin doctors, i love tee shirts.

I errorneously ordered the wrong size on a tee shirt. When I went back to the company to ask if I could exchange the shirt customer service could not have been kinder. They are sending me the correct shirt and suggested I look to donate the shirt I ordered in error. I did that today sending the shirt to a young girl in Flushing, NY. I will be getting a shirt that I should have ordered and everyone is happy. Thank you TeePublic
This company is awesome! U do have to reach them by email only because they don't have a phone but they get right back with u on the email! The quality of the teeshirts I ordered and the sweatshirt was great! The emblem was awesome! I would definitely order from this company again!
I ordered a toddler's shirt for an adoption party that was coming up in a month. I looked at the size chart, which showed another child wearing the different sizes of shirts from which to choose (which I thought was a fantastic idea), so I chose the one I thought would fit correctly. I ordered the size I believed that would work, and received the shirt within 2 weeks (maybe less), which was great! However, when I looked at the shirt (which, by the way, was great -- the colors were wonderful and the lettering was perfect!), it was somewhat smaller than I thought it would be. Ugh. So I attempted to email back on the website my problem, but couldn't get my order number to work after several tries. I then tried another place on the website that allowed me to contact TeePublic about my problem (and how I would go about getting a replacement/exchange for the cute t-shirt I wanted). I emailed two days in a row, because I didn't get a response the next day, but the second time I attempted to contact TeePublic, I received a response right away, with Adam saying he'd already started another shirt order to be made in the bigger size I needed, and would be sent very soon, and even better, said that I didn't have to bother to return the first shirt, but instead to reuse it or donate it, which I will! I thought that was a great "show" of integrity, even though I ordered the wrong size in the first place and won't even have to pay for the second. Great job, TeePublic! I will definitely order more shirts when the need arises!
I had a question about t-shirt fabric content before ordering so I sent an inquiry. You know how that goes... typically you can expect to wait a few days for a reply (IF you get one at all)! Less than 12 hours later, I find myself blown away by the level of customer service and what feels like a genuine desire to gain my business & trust. NOW to place my first order! It's hard to resist these prices!

I ordered 2 medium hoodies for my granddaughter for Christmas that ended up being much larger then expected, much too large for her. When I enquired into returning them TeePublic offered replacement hoodies in a smaller size at no charge. And told me it wasn't necessary to return the larger hoodies. I love their products and have ordered from them before with great results.
I ordered three shirts after ordering one and being happy with the product. One of the shirts from this order had the same color writing than the shirt so you couldn't see it at all. I wrote them letting them know if I could exchange it cus the writing made the shirt actually, and they responded super quickly! They let me pick a new color shirt and let me keep the one from the first order! They were super nice and understanding, outstanding customer service and products, I will definitely keep telling people about it and shopping from here. Thank you
I ordered the shirt and it had a minor tear in the back. I emailed customer service and they responded within 24 hours of my initial email. They sent me a new shirt for no additional cost. They could not have been quicker or more friendly. Shout-out Caroline - you rock!
I ordered two hoodies and even though it was my own error that caused them to not fit correctly, the staff at TeePublic were kind and professional and handled getting new shirts out to me right away. They were quick to respond and helpful. I already liked their products but this cements me as a customer.
Made my first purchase, 4 t-shirts 2 weeks ago. Took about a week and a half for shipping - no big deal. 1 shirt was sized incorrectly, emailed customer service and they handled the issue promptly. The shirts are great, quality is great and the designs are great. Best of all the prices are perfect and once you sign up they have fantastic sales nearly every week which make the prices even better. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
I ordered and received two mens' tees, them discovered I had ordered the wrong size. I didn't have my account number or order number, so i emailed TeePublic on the off chance they could somehow find my order and help me make an exchange. I received a reply the next day letting me know they had already processed a new order with the correct sizes. They told me not to send the original tees back, but to keep them or donate them to someone else. I was amazed at their response! I should also add that their products are of high quality and they have a huge selection. They've earned all my tee shirt business from here on!
Customer service is great- I received a faulty t-shirt where the printed graphic was not centered and they were quick to apologize and send me a replacement shirt. I love how there are so many fun designs and it's easy to search designs you want (for example- I've been looking for mostly Disney parks related graphics). The colors within the printed graphics do fade a bit even after just one wash so keep that in mind.
I ordered a beautiful shirt, which unfortunately didn't fit quite as well as I'd hoped. I inquired about exchanging it for a different style and not only did they fulfill my request for a new shirt pretty quickly, but they let me keep the original tee to re-gift or donate! This was a nice surprise; I was expecting a shipping label to return it. I will definitely order from this TeePublic again! (And I love that they support indie artists/designers!)
I purchased a really cool sweatshirt with the name of the band from Diary Of A Wimpy kid, Loded Diper. I couldn't find it anywhere else so I was excited they made it. It came very quickly, but was a little smaller than I expected. I E-mailed them to let them know I would like to exchange it for a larger size and they got back to me right away. They were very apologetic that that one didn't work out and sent me out a bigger size that same day, no charge to me at all. They also said keep the other one and please donate or give it to someone else. Wow, customer service like this is SO rare these days. I really appreciate their help and kindness. The sweatshirt is also thick, unique and has high quality graphics. I will shop with them again and support a company going above and beyond to be top notch with customer satisfaction.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
