I love purchasing from TeePublic, as they have a huge variety to choose from, and the quality products received are second to none. Above all however, their customer service is excellent! I recently had an issue where I ordered a couple of shirts, and frankly, they ran a little small. After sending a quick email to their customer service, they immediately wrote me back, and had a replacement shirt for one of the sizes sent out. I am a repeat customer, and will continue coming back!
Bought this t-shirt a few month ago and it still looks as a new, after so many laundries!

Buying hoodie for grandson's birthday. Arrived very promptly and exactly what i asked for and really good quality. However, i decided i had over estimated his size so contacted teepublic to discuss an exchange for smaller size. They immediately organised the despatch of small size and told me not to return the too large item but to "keep, donate or re-use it". So, basically teepublic give good quality, great range of products and exceptional service!
I want to write a few lines regarding the excellent staff at Teepublic. I purchased a t-shirt and when it arrived I found it was too small, I emailed Teepublic asking to exchange the t-shirt. They got back to me very quickly and replaced the t-shirt for a bigger size and told me to keep the original. A fantastic gesture from this company. I will definitely order from them again. Great work from customer support, when i got t-shirt it didint fit as i expected but after contacting customer support they send me a new t-shirt with size i preferd to change, thank you :)
Worse delivery ever will never order from them again. They say it's going to be here a certain day and it doesn't show up. What a joke
Recently ordered two dozen Tees from Tee-Public, The sizing chart for mens tees was very accurate but sadly the women's tees were more sized for a child. TeePublic went above and beyond to rectify. Sent me all new Tees in larger sizes and suggested I donate the original order I had to a worthy cause instead of going through hassle of returning.
THIS is exactly what we need in today's economy!

I absolutely love the t-shirt I ordered & received... but unfortunately I needed to exchange it for a different size. I really wasn't too thrilled about having to do that because we all know what a hassle that can be... but ya know what? All I had to do was send an email requesting a larger size. That's it! They took care of the rest! As for the tee that didn't fit, they encouraged me to donate it or otherwise reuse it instead of shipping it back to them! The quality of the tee & graphic design on it is second to none! Highly recommend this business!
Order was lost by post office. TeePublic was quick to respond to my email and offered me a refund or new shipment. Fantastic customer service!
Find great and unique shirts. When the perfect one didn't fit right we got immediate response from customer service sending a new fit with no hassle. Can't recommend highly enough!
I ended up not being able to read the text on one of my shirts because of the color of the text and color of the shirt combination. I wrote and asked for an exchange and they happily gave me one and even let me keep the original. Was really happy with the customer service.

So many choices and such an awesome exchange program, I found great gifts for very hard to buy for family. Will use this site again! Sizes may be a bit smaller than average so consider going up a size...
First, I have to limit myself to 2 heavyweight design T-shirts per month and I have a long list of designs I want to get to. These are great quality and I really care for them (no heat; just cold water and hang dry).
Next, I tried the original T-shirt weight and it just wasn't for me. I pled my case to a service rep, even offering to split the difference on the heavyweight replacements, but TeePublic just asked that I pay the upcharge, $1 for each T-shirt. That was really above and beyond; it was a prompt response; and I didn't feel punished for my purchase that was otherwise fine (I just like the heavier material).
It'll be my pleasure to continue treating myself there. It's a great site with great artists.
I bought my son a shirt and After seeing the quality decided to try some myself. I love the t-shirts but didn't know what style would fit best. One of them was to snug. So I contacted Tee public to let them know I made a mistake could anything be done? I'm someone who has anxiety about exchanges, but they were awesome. Helped me with the right style an size. Then told me I could donate the other shirt it's OK. The way they handled my issue is amazing I'm so happy. I found a great place to buy my family's t-shirts from now on. And thanks Tee Public for restoring my faith in costumer service! Great quality t-shirts that I can't find anywhere else.
I was so surprised to find a site that actually had axolotl items. There was a darling tee, so I promptly ordered it. Unfortunately when it arrived it was too small. So I decided I would order another one but was again surprised to get a message that I could exchange it. So, of course, I wanted a larger size, same color, and the axolotl design was a must. The reply came back, the tee was available in the size, color and axolotl on the front and would be sent right away. There would be NO CHARGE. And I should keep the smaller tee, give it away or do with it whatever I pleased. Who are these people? This is unheard of service today. I have told everyone of my experience with this company. Thank you. This gift will be the hit of Christmas day!

The T-shirt is a gift for my niece whom I have yet to meet because of Covid restrictions, I will be visiting for the holidays and now, thanks to you guys, I have the perfect gift to deliver! I ordered the wrong size shirt for a gift, and I was so embarrassed and frustrated. However, I reached out to TeePublic for an exchange. They responded within 24 hours and said I didn't have to go through the hassle of returning my shirt and that a new size was being sent my way. Normally I find online shopping very stressful, but TeePublic took the stress out and now I can't wait to use them again!
My son likes rock T-shirts. When trying to find a Neil Young graphic, TeePublic had the best one and what got my attention was The Who one they had on their website. Received the shirts, but noticed they were a lighter cotton weight. Emailed asking if they had a heavier weight cotton shirt. Like so many other reviews, they responded promptly and offered to remake replacements and told me to donate or give the shirts to someone else. I will only be buying T-shirts from these guys in the future. Thanks!
I recently bought a t-shirt to celebrate the new Dune film, a 'Surf Arraksis' one, it arrived promptly and I was so pleased with it thought it would make a great birthday present for my brother-in -aw who also loved the film. However I realised only after placing the order, when talking with my sister I'd order a medium when he's a large!
I e-mailed TeePublic to explain and ask how to return it and cover postage on a replacement large version. They replied the followed day saying a new large size version was already in the post to me and they didn't want any additional money AND to keep or donate the original medium T-shirt. It made my morning to have such a generous and considerate corporate response in what is often a cynical and exploitative world! Thanks Teepublic:-)
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
