Love this company for the hard to find, or different merchandise. This time I ordered the wrong size. They were prompt with a response, and I was instructed to keep the wrong size and that they were sending the new one free of charge. This to me is way beyond what you get from a company in these times. My orders are always right and delivered early, highly recommend them!

I've ordered several shirts from Tee Public. I've never had an issue with quality. The shirts that I received have always been well made.

Once I had a sizing issue where I ordered something that was a woman's fit and it was a little too tight. Customer service was quick to resolve this issue and help me to get the correct size by exchange.

It is rare to get an actual response from a company these days, so I was beyond grateful for the quick communication. I highly recommend this company for purchasing shirts.

With the way the world is today more of my shopping has gone online, with clothing however I'm a bit reluctant as I like to try before I buy. I've had a few items that came damaged in transit or of poor quality or just the wrong fit.
At Halloween I was looking at Squid Game T-Shirts when I found TeePublic; brilliant webpage, easy to navigate, clear images and a massive range.
I soon had built quite a list and decided I would buy a t-shirt each, for the family. I ended up getting 5 Sci-fi theme Shirts at a very reasonable price.
They arrived within a week BRILLIANT!
Sadly my wife's T-Shirt was a little tight (She told me the size but prefers a looser fit), I emailed TeePublic and they responded the same day, they would send out a larger size at no extra cost BRILLIANT!
For me the whole process has been BRILLIANT! I will be buying more and recommending them to friends as a top site to visit especially with Christmas just a month away (Hint Hint).

I ordered a zip up hoodie for my grandson. I received it in a timely manner, a couple of weeks, which is great in this day and age. Unfortunately when I opened the package, it was the wrong size. I ordered a YOUTH medium and received an adult medium. Not sure if it was my fault or theirs but turns out it didn't matter because they fixed the problem right away! They offered to send me another sweatshirt without having to return the other one. They didn't end up having the style or color I wanted in a youth size but I got the same design on a teal pullover hoodie. I'm sure my grandson will love it. The CSR that I worked with was amazing. She was prompt in her replies as well as helpful and friendly. I strongly believe that good customer service is slowing dying but not at this company! So refreshing to find a company that has it all, great products and customer service. I will definitely buy from them again! Thank you

I was so excited to open my package from tee public on my peaky blinders hoodie. The designer has a clever eye and the hoodie material is excellent quality. Classic on the outside, Soft and cozy on the inside of hoodie. Easy to wash and dry. Can't wait to put it on in the cold weather. Thank you so much for my hoodie. It's rocks by order of peaky blinders.

I ordered a black sweatshirt with a logo. Unfortunately, the logo had a lot of black in it and didn't show up well in the sweatshirt. I contacted the company and they were responsive and resolved the issue quickly and with no effort on my part. Best customer service in a long time. Will shop here more.

I ordered T-shirts for Christmas last year and was very happy with the design and quality of the shirts. I just ordered two T-shirts a few weeks ago but needed to exchange them for a different style. I wrote an email and a few days later received a response stating that the exchange would be in the mail. Great customer service, and in today's world is hard to find. I would recommend TeePublic for gift giving and a gift for yourself!

My husband is a wonderful man, but is given to ordering things for me that he thinks I would like - but never consulting me about size, color, or anything else. In this case he selected a t-shirt that I adore - but got the wrong size and fit. And he ordered two of them! I contacted customer service to see if I could arrange for an exchange, only to learn that each shirt from TeePublic is made specifically for each order. Returns aren't available. Instead, Maria-Elena helped me by ordering a different shirt for me and asked me to donate the shirts we had already received to a charity! So kind on both counts! Tee-Public is a fabulous place to shop for original items that you'll love to give and get. 5 stars doesn't do them justice!

I bought a shirt that arrived printed slightly sub-standard as compared to previous shirts I had purchased. I alerted their customer service to the misstep and they corrected the oversight very quickly.

I'm a big fan of unique graphic tees and regularly order from several sites. TeePublic is definitely my favorite. Best features: wide variety of designs, shipping is prompt, more than just ONE option for a female style shirt. I prefer v-necks or scoop necks and TeePublic is one of the only sites that provides that particular cut. In the many times I've ordered from them, I've only had two issues. Both times I got a response within 24 hours and a new shirt was shipped to me. Excellent customer service!

I ordered an item and it was not what I quite had in mine. As I thought it was a colour changing T-shirt, 80's retro replica, Although it was a lovely T-shirt and well made, it wasn't for me. The customer service were fantastic, they told me to reorder and to keep my T-shirts that I had brought, and had encouraged me to reuse, recycle. Thank you ever so much.

Have ordered through TeePublic a number of times, fantastic products for the most part, and even when there have been issues with sizing or printing their customer service response times, and assistance is second to none. Always a fantastic experience. Looking forward to more purchases in the future

I neverrrrrr review anything but I felt like this time, I had to. I had a small print issue with a shirt I received, I contacted customer service... they guided me with the claim process and within a couple of hours I received an email letting me know that a new shirt was going to be shipped at no charge! I was shocked at how fast it was and how understanding and friendly the customer service rep was. I will definitely be purchasing again.

I ordered a shirt for my girlfriend and it was too small for her, so i sent a request to send it back and get a bigger size. Instead you sent me the bigger one for free and I was ordered to "keep, donate, or reuse" the smaller one!
I am absolutely overwhelmed by your kindness. I really did not expect this and I am very happy right now!

Be sure that I will tell my friends of this and praise TeePublic as much as you guys deserve it. We will proudly wear your designs!

In addition to having awesome, unique, quality products, TeePublic has pretty amazing customer service. I needed to exchange a shirt for a different size, and the team was beyond helpful in getting my new order out the door in record time and making the whole process entirely hassle free. Having kind, appreciative and helpful people on the other side is a breath of fresh air. I will be purchasing from them again, for sure!
