From ordering to receiving was super fast be aware when ordering female sizes, they are small very small, that said after being in contact with the company they are replacing the order with bigger sizes.
Cannot fault the response and service provided, I wish all issues where resolved as TEEPUBLIC have done.

Can't say enough about the great customer service! I ordered some T-shirts for Christmas and they arrived quickly. Two of them were really large so I contacted customer service to inquire about an exchange. I typically dread making a return from online purchasing as it seems to be more trouble than it's worth. I emailed about an exchange and received an immediate response from customer service. Not only have they already shipped my replacement sizes, I was totally shocked that they said I could keep the items that are too large and donate or give to a friend. WOW! Talk about making it easy to get the correct size AND hassle free! I have ordered from them before and I will certainly order again.

When I wrote them asking if I could exchange a t-shirt size, they replied shortly after saying they were gonna send my new size and even told me to keep or give away the one that wasn't for me. Which I'll def be doing.

My college-age granddaughter was wearing a Keep on Truckin' shirt. I wanted to show her the ones we wore in the late 60's. I found exactly what I was looking for on TeePublic. She loves it, but it's a bit small... my mistake. I requested an exchange. Imagine my surprise when I received an email from TeePublic saying that the larger shirt was on the way... no charge, and I could keep the smaller shirt and donate it. Great shirt, great service!

After my wife's t-shirt arrived, the size was quite snug.
One email later and a replacement for the bigger size was ordered.
I received an order confirmation for the replacement item, I was also not required to return the original item.
This is the type of customer service that is missing in other businesses.

I had a size issue on my recent order. First off the ordering and shipping time were quick and easy. The exchange info was also very helpful. I wish I would have checked the size chart. Now I know how to measure and order the correct size, as each cut is different. I am looking forward to my replacement. Customer service was quick and friendly. Thanks TeePublic.

I ordered a tshirt and a hoodie. The tshirt fit perfectly and is great quality. The hoodie was much too small, so I asked about an exchange for a larger size. They had one out right away, but unfortunately, the larger size was barely bigger than the first. I let them know, took some measurements, then asked for a 3XL rather than the L I usually get. No problem at all from them! They didn't have the color I wanted originally, so offered me a different color, or to change to a different kind of hoodie. Really surprisingly good service.

I ordered a T-shirt order for Christmas was lost in the mail transition.

This shirt was a very special gift for my best friend who is a Dodger fan.

I was concerned that I could not replace it, I sent 1 email explaining my circumstances and they were right on the case.

The team for TeePublix are in the process of sending me another T-Shirt.

I ordered 2 stenciled T's and by mistake ordered one in the wrong size. I contacted TeePublic and they not only got back to me in minutes of sending my email they're replacing the T and told me no need to return the initial T. They said to donate it or just pay it forward! How cool is that? I've never been more impressed with a company as I am with this one! Many thanks and kudos!

I ordered a tshirt fom TeePublic in my usual size. It arrived very quickly and I was very impressed with the quality. Unfortunately, it was too small. I sent them a quick email telling them this particular style seemed to run a little small. They responded within a few hours and said they would send me another tshirt in the next size up at no charge. I could even keep the original tshirt to give away or donate. I was blown away! The process was simple, quick and painless. Very impressed with this company. I would definitely use them again.
