It's over 30 days and still haven't received my order. DHL Global says my order has been delayed and never any updates -can't speak with anyone at Teepublic chat-if you can find a time when they are available
The company is selling "Trailer Nasty" merchandise which is trademarked to Vicki Barbolak. She has not give permission for this use so it is in violation of US Copyright/Trademark laws. We have asked them to stop and they have ignored our requests.
I purchased a t-shirt. Super simple stuff. The website advised an email would be sent to confirm my order. Naively, I believed this might automatically happen. It didn't. I assumed I hadn't placed the order so went back online and ordered the same shirt again. This time I waited for the confirmation email. It didn't arrive again. I checked my bank. There are now two withdrawals for two t-shirts (neither receipted by email or able to be searched for and located under my account details) and I've waited over 48 hours (not on a weekend) for a response and have not received one. Now I will have to go to my bank and get the payment reversed. Definitely not worth the drama; I just wanted a new shirt, not another problem to follow up. The fact they have not even bothered responding is reflected in my rating.
Great quality shirts that you would swear were silk screened which no one seems to do anymore. It's really direct to garment DDG printing inkjet but never seen these quality designs from any seller. So many designs in so many topics to choose from. Love the red pomegranate color--who does this these days? Why is everyone $#*!ing and griping here? Some people can never be pleased. Always helpful anytime I contact them. And email receipts right after purchase. And with Paypal you can't go wrong. Never seen a platform like this with so many artists. Teepublic always advises me when artists have been paid which I guess is good for them but only interested in receiving these beautiful shirts with great designs. And yes, the sale page always offers the best buys and you may find something you really like on them.
Shirt did not come as depicted in the online store.
Reached out for help through their website and no one got back to me.
Bad, bad business... stay away!
Besides these shirts being pretty good quality, (although a bit thin) the sayings on them are fun. I got a shirt with pictures of all kinds of women and says, "The patriarchy isn't going to smash itself". Very timely!
Also, the service was excellent!
The ban without a warning and they dont answer to my emails. They keep my money and i dont even know what i did wrong. Its very disrespectful!
Parents said 'pick out some shirts for your birthday', so I go on the net looking for designs. Found Teepublic, found some great decals, and since they were advertised as a super soft cotton weave, I jumped on it, and gave them a number of designs to pick from, of which they decided on three to surprise me with. No shipping or pricing issues, but parents get the shirts then ship them to me. I open one and test wash it to see if it fits/shrinks in the wash, wanting to wait for my actual birthday to open the others... and sure enough it shrinks. Check tag, and it says it's a polyester/cotton blend. Open the other two, which say pre shrunk 100% cotton, wash them, no shrinkage. Contact customer support, through which I find out the shirt itself is cotton, and was mislabeled. We go back and forth about how that doesn't make sense, with the rep not seeming to understand what I'm saying to the point I wondered if English was her main language, and being massively unhelpful, only to find out, once I asked the question just the right way, that they use different brands for the base shirts depending on size/color. They replace the shrunk shirt, swapping to the color of one of the ones that didn't shrink (I assumed that since they were ok, those bases were ok, and the base of the shrunk one was the issue). Welp, I just washed the other two shirts now, and they shrunk as well. Apparently the key is you have to wash them alone, that was the only difference between first and second wash (and the shirt they already agreed to replace was washed with other things as well). Great designs, and the material is indeed comfy, but they misadvertise their product and leave out important information. I've contacted them again, expressing my dissatisfaction, we'll see if they agree to replace the other two shirts. But do yourself a favor, save yourself the grief, and just shop elsewhere.
I paid extra money for "relaxed fit" these shirts are so thin that you can almost see through them, absolutely horrible. Also I'm 6'4" and 280lbs, pretty much anywhere else a 2XL is a fine fit for me, these shirts looked like a small, no one I know who wears a 2XL would ever come close to fitting in these. They almost fit my 5'4" girlfriend, total waste of time and money. Im not the type to be bothered to send stuff back and try and get a refund so these will be donated, but honestly they would be better used to wax the car or clean up an oil spill. Buyer beware!
HORRIBLE customer service. Had to return way too small. Not true to size. I wish I had read reviews before buying. 1 is way too high a rating for this company.
ATTENTION DESIGNERS! Teepublic blocks your account without telling you the reason. Even if the designs are completely designed by youself!
The problem: Designs that are online, stay online - you can't take them down anymore!
When contacting them, they completely ignore you - Teepublic keeps on selling YOUR PROPERTY and you can't do anything about it!
My experience with Teepublic is pretty much the same as every other bad review of this company. I placed an order for two tees and a sweatshirt. The tees were delivered almost 3 weeks after the order was placed but the sweatshirt was never included. I had to contact the company, with no apologies from them, and wait another 3 weeks to receive the sweatshirt. The quality of the tees and sweatshirt were the cheapest I have seen. The graphics were poorly printed and hardly visible. I have disputed this order with PayPal and hope to receive at least some of the order amount back. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! SCAM ARTISTS!
They got me too. Ordered and paid w/paypal. No notification or info from company at all. Contacted them and they refunded shipping only. Just steer clear and tell your friends. FRAUD SCAM RIPOFF
Absoulote worst experience ever, they are liars and mislead you every step of the way orders stickers from them and paid on the website 16 days later NO DELEIVERY emailed them and only then did they represent that the package was returned. My opinion they never sent anything and was just going to steal my money. Then I asked for a refund and they quote 3 weeks to get my money back.
Be warned the place is fraudulent and crooks...
I ordered a laptop Case for my E Sports mad daughter. In my mind American goods are synonymous with quality. This was a disappointment. The picture was wrinkly and the padding was inconsistent with thumb size bits missing. Far too expensive for the quality.
I ordered an XL shirt from them and when it got here the shirt didn't fit as an XL should (way smaller). On top of that the material is super thin their site made no mention of it being thin, just "extra soft". Right, more like "Extra Thin"
When I contacted them about this they sent this list of instructions to me
"I'm sorry to hear about this sizing issue, and am happy to help. Could you please send a photo of the shirt laying flat (_as an attachment_)
Please be sure to:
- Include either a ruler or tape measure all the way across the front (1" below the underarm) displaying the measurements.
- Show the label as best as possible."
What? Why do I have to go through all that effort just for a return? I have shopped at other custom shirt places that charge less than $35 a shirt and didn't need any of that info when I told them the size was incorrect. For example when I ordered from society6.com and the size was wrong they refunded my money when I contacted them, no questions asked. They too do custom print orders, so TeePublic's excuse that they can't provide refund unless it's defective because they are 'print on demand' is BS.
Hi,
Firstly. I tried to send an email to *******@teepublic.com as the phone support specialist told me to dispute the action and I ended up getting emails for the server saying that email address "has errors"
Why did you take down all of my company's art work?
I am the owner of Rockland Maine Seafood Corporation, and the designer f all of these logos. They are my own designs.
Yet, you have only allowed the lobster flag designs... why?
What complaints have been made against me? I have ours of work on these designs... and even have more to upload.
Sincerely,
Daniel Slack

Having ordered 3 t-shirts recently, all three arrived and it was immediately apparent the prints hadn't been centered on the front of the shirt and in one case was kind of bent, so it looks stupid when I wear it. Won't purchase again.
Should have read the reviews b/4 ordering. It was 2-3 sizes smaller than stated, also cheap flimsy material. I doubt they will refund my money as they claim it is made to order. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! MANY OTHER REVIEWERS HAVE THE SAME SIZE COMPLAINT, BUT THEY OBVIOUSLY DONT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT IT.
Not sure why everyone seems to have an issue with Teepublic.com.
I placed an order for two t-shirts to be delivered to Canada. The order was processed and shipped very quickly, and I received the order within a week. Upon opening up the package I noticed that one of the shirts was defective, and upon contacting customer service, I received a very quick response. Upon sending verification that the shirt was indeed defective, the agent shipped out another package free of charge to make fix the initial issue.
I've now received the second package, also super fast, and am very happy with both the product and the service.
I'm rating 4 / 5 only because of the small hiccup, but other than that everything was fantastic.
Thanks again to the agents for making sure everything went smoothly.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.
Answer: Contact them thru home page. I had an issue and they were very helpful and made it right!
Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
