I ordered several shirts ($150 worth) about 10 days ago. Shipping said it would take 10-23 days, which was fine. THEN I got an email saying shipping would be delayed. Well I needed these shirts a month later from my order date, so I couldn't afford any more time for delayed shipping. I figured it hasn't been shipped, I'll just cancel. I have emailed customer service TWICE. They say they respond within 48 hours, BULL CRAP. It has been 5 days since my first email. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER! I am going to resort to calling my credit card to cancel but this company is wrong on so many levels. I am livid. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY.
I ordered two t-shirts for myself and one for my 12 yo daughter. My t-shirts were exactly as described and of good quality. Nothing wrong with my daughter's tee either except that 'Small' really was 'X-tra Small'. TeePublic offered to exchange it and shipped a size 'Medium' for free! THAT'S customer service! Thanks! I'll be happy to buy from TeePublic again.
P.S. Shipping will probably be faster once the corona pandemic is over ;)
Ordered T shirt from public shirts.com and shipped on May 9th. They indicated delivery in 6 to 9 days
It is now June9th and shirt has not yet been received
Tried to contact company via email but no response
Very dissatisfied with customer service and delivery

Order placed on 4/30/2020. They took their money out of my bank account on 5/1/2020. Their ad stated, "items would ship within 5-15 days of payment processing". When I emailed them on 5/21/2020, they stated the order just went to "production". Today is 6/5/2020, and still NO T-shirts for my granddaughter! I fully understand that Covid 19 has slowed alot of businesses down, BUT, this is LUDICROUS! I will NEVER order from them again!
Placed an order for some stickers and t-shirts. Received the stickers very quickly; the t-shirts, not so much. However, I reached out to Customer Service and received a reply quickly that was useful and informative. Subsequent contact with Customer Service was exceptional and when the product arrived, I was pleased with the quality and value. Special shout-out to Ian on the Customer Service team for his help through the entire process.
After ordering the wrong size sweatshirt (totally my fault) TeePublic offered to exchange the shirt at no cost to me. They also suggested that I donate the shirt which I fully intend to do. I am active in donating to the homeless and know that one of them will really appreciate this quality garment.
I will gladly do business with TeePublic in the future!
I ask them to have the hoodie that I bough for an specific day for my son's birthday and I got it just on time(The same day) I made my order 3 weeks prior to that day. So if you want to get it on time make sure to order it at least 3 weeks before. It's beautiful in great condition and I don't have any complain about customer service. I love it!
Ordered a shirt. 2 weeks later it hasn't even shipped yet. Tried to contact customer service. Left emails that got a cutsie automatic response but only once actually got a call back. Unprofessional people, stay away.
I order a tshirt and tote bag for a 40th birthday gift from this company on 5/19/2020 I received the tote bag but never received the Tshirt due to shipping delays. I also noticed that the original Tshirt was changed to something that I didn't even originally order and the artist was also changed without getting my approval first. I've reached out to this company several time but never received a response. I'm gonna request a refund thru Pay Pal due to not receiving the merchandise and hopefully my issues will be resolved...
It's been 3 weeks and I wrote an email because my items have not shipped. I wish I would have read the reviews on here prior to purchasing from this website because it's the same exact excuse as a few reviews down. So it's quite clear they use identical excuses. They wanted me to reconfirm my address and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the address. I wrote them an email almost a week ago because there was no status on my tracking number with ups and they just got back to me today. I Write a response email within a half an hour and of course they don't respond at all. So who knows if they actually read my email because I want them to overnight my stuff for the three-week waiting period already with no status whatsoever. Is this some type of business where there's one or two people in a garage or a basement somewhere just printing out t-shirts and they get that overwhelmed that they can't get to it and they just make up an excuse like the address was messed up? I guarantee they enter typos in the email after you email them looking for your stuff and blame it on you. You got to wake up a little earlier in the morning to try and full me with that childish finger-pointing excuse. Who the hell messes their address up that often? Seriously. And why not just be honest with people and tell them you're backed up and it's taking a long time instead of saying the same exact excuse as I read just a few reviews underneath mine. I'm sure if I kept scrolling I would see the same excuse used over and over and over again. Just be honest, people will feel a lot more confident and a lot better with you just coming right out and saying it instead of lying and coming up with the same excuse all the time. It's childish, it's unprofessional, it's cowardly, and it's not how you run a business. So please don't even respond to my review I'm writing right now because I already know what you're going to say because whoever deals with the public relations/customer service end of it is program to spit out questions and answers like a robot. So please do not even waste your time. Just send people stuff out. That's all they ask. It is not that hard. And if it is that difficult for this company to promise things that they can't follow through on, maybe you need to hire another person to make sure you execute those promises and stop being cheap. This is ridiculous and there's no excuse for it.
Order took weeks before it was shipped. It took 8 days for them to respond to my order status request and then the response was basically things are delayed and they don't know when things will ship. This would not be a problem if they didn't tell you that the items ship in 48 hours and that they answer questions and concerns in one business day. I don't think that they know what they are doing. When my order finally shipped to me it only had 2 of the 3 items in the order. Their email to me said that my entire order was in one shipment and then it said that it had arrived. There was only 2 items in the shipment and the packing slip shows 2 items but I ordered and paid for 3 items. All contact from Teepublic has shown 3 items. I've been trying to get a response or something from them for 3 days and nothing but advertising emails. Save yourself the trouble and use any other company to do business with.
Hi Ronnie,
Samuel here from TeePublic. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback here, and I'm so sorry for the trouble you encountered with your order. You're quite right, right now, it's taking longer than usual to respond to customer queries. We're getting through the backlog, and we should be back to our usual 24 hour response time soon.
In the meantime, I'd really like to look into this and help make things right. If you get a chance, please email [email protected] - please mention my name and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Cheers,
Samuel
I ordered and paid for a tee shirt weeks ago. They haven't shipped it, and they refuse to respond to e-mail. There is no phone number at their site, and although their site mentions "live chat," there is no such feature enabled on their site. They are fraudsters.
Hi Jonathan,
I apologize for the delay with your shipment. I'd love to look into this for you and make it right. If you get a chance, please email [email protected] - please mention my name and I'll make sure to respond as soon as possible.
Cheers,
Samuel
The shirts I ordered didn't fit, so I inquired about an exchange. They quickly responded and helped me figure out a better size, and ordered replacement shirts. They didn't even make me return the first two shirts, they said to gift or donate them to someone who could use them. Much appreciated!
Understandably shipping is backed up due to the Corona virus. Why would a designer be needed, when any child over 8 years of age can easily transfer those designs.
I have ordered from them in the past. Shipping WAS quick. The print quality is never great, but the designs are so cool that I decided to use them again for my fiance's birthday. I ordered several shirts from them almost a month before I meede them. Shipping promised 10 days, which would have left me weeks to leisurely wrap these babies for his birthday. His birthday is now in 2 days. No one from. This company has responded to my email. The funniest part is they threaten you with being put at the back of their line of customer problems if you dare to email them twice about the same order. BUT THEY NEVER RESPOND TO YOUR FIRST EMAIL! The tracking number is useless and shows that they haven't even bothered to print the freaking shirts in the last month they had to do so. It is lame enough to be stuck at home in quarantine to be trying to make his birthday special. Now these guys just can't be bothered to make the shirts, to ship them, or even to answer my email about where the heck they are! This is such a bummer. I would recommend you buy your shirts elsewhere. They can't even be bothered to update me on my order. Or maybe they are keeping my money and never sending it. Who knows? I don't because they won't bother to communicate with a formerly loyal customer
I Anne,
Samuel here, from TeePublic.
I'm so sorry for the issue you encountered with your order, and for the unacceptable delay in responding to your original email. We had been short staffed until recently, but I'm happy to say that we're now in a better position, and we'd love to have the chance to make this right for you.
If you can send us an email at [email protected] and we'll do everything we can to help. Please make sure to mention my name and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Best,
Just received the shirt I ordered as a gift. I went two sizes larger and ordered an XL (for a Medium sized woman), as was recommended. What came was a shirt that was too small for even my slim 11 year old and completely inappropriate sizing for an adult. There's no stretch in the material and it feels very cheaply made. I'm hoping I can salvage something from it, but it's most likely a lost cause. What a disappointing waste of money.
I ordered a tee shirt on 5/20/20 and I never got a confirmation number, although they charged me $28.68 on my Master card that day. I have tried to reach them four times (emails) and all I get is a generated response. There is no phone number and no live chats (although they show on the web site that there is.) I will never order from them again and will pursue legal action for the principal of this. I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. Why are they still in business? I've never seen anything like this!
Hi Linda,
Frances here from TeePublic and I'm sorry to hear about this issue! I can guarantee that we respond to 100% of all emails. We apologize for the time it may take to respond at this time as we work hard to take care of everyone. I can assure you that we will make it right. We appreciate your patience and I promise we will respond to your email. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to make it right.
Cheers,
Fran
I ordered a shirt from them over 12 days ago. My order status has said for 2 weeks now "order printing". I think Ive been scammed.
Hi Kevin,
Frances here from TeePublic and I'm very sorry to hear that you feel scammed. We are working hard to get orders out as quickly and safely as possible. We have updated our shipping timelines in business days to be honest and transparent which shows on your order confirmation email to take into account the delays within our warehouses due to social distancing guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our staff coupled with the delays our thrid-party shippers have reported to us. If there is more we can do to make this right, please reply to our last email and let us know what we can do and I know we will be happy to do it. We appreciate your patience during this time as we all navigate through all of the new changes. Again, I am very sorry you've had a poor experience.
Cheers,
Frances
My review has been "pending" for 19 days. Customer service took forever to get back to me and then their reply was "we're working on it". I feel ripped off.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.
Answer: Contact them thru home page. I had an issue and they were very helpful and made it right!
Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
