Should have read reviews before ordering. Placed an order over one month ago, and still have not received. Emailed them three times with no response.
I ordered on May 8,2020 & have not received my order $130 down the drain. I have tracked my order & it says it's made it to post office. So I go to post office & show them my tracking # & they said they have no such package with that tracking #. It shows that it was supposed to arrive on June 6,2020 but I feel this company just took my cash & ran. Such a scam... Company should be sure down. Very disappointed with these scammers. Never again. I hope they are satisfied & they know way they can stick my money. Up their $#*!...
These people told me and delivered on time the t shirt as promised. The shirt was of good quality. I liked it. They treated me as a valued customer.
Overseas delivery with no updates over 9 days. No helpful channel to feedback. Status show at UPS but no records from UPS
The quality of the shirts I got were great! TeePublic has so many different options for shirts it is truly incredible! I could type in almost anything and they would have a shirt for it! The shipping is pretty slow but other than that I have no complaints!
I placed my first order, an Oak Island T-shirt, in mid April with hopes of getting it in the 6 week window described on the web site. Just a few days later I was informed that due to The Pandemic my order would be delayed. I figured that I would be waiting months to get my shirt. WRONG! I received it before the original 6 week window and it is fantastic! The print quality is better than expected and the fabric is really heavy duty. I will be ordering again and hope that this will encourage you. Thanks TeePublic... you ROCK!
I took my complaint to N. Y. BBB via their online complaint process on 6/9. After BBB contacted the Seller, TeePublic agreed to completely refund my (4) orders totaling $363 including taxes and shipping charges. Very fast response from N. Y. BBB and then (surprise!) from TeePublic on 6/10.
I would strongly suggest that you try contacting N. Y. BBB to seek resolutions with TeePublic.

Over $300 in payments charged through my account in mid-May BEFORE killing of George Floyd, but to date no product has been shipped. Emails to Teepublic are not answered. This company is a complete fraud.
I have been purchasing anime / cartoon related shirts from this site for a little over 4 years now, you won't find better selection many other places, the amount of lowkey designs they have for new shows (or shows no one has heard of) is unmatched, however some designs faded after a few washes. I'm not 100% sure about this, but try to get Black T shirts, and possibly darker designs, I have 5-6 black shirts from TeePublic that have been washed over 30+ times and still have not faded, also "block" designs, or designs that have prominent borders/outlines seem to fade more too? Overall, the 13$ sale price site wide that happens a few times a year are the best times to purchase from this site, and if you found an amazing T shirt that you love, and its white, with a heavy decal, just dont wash it? Clean it by hand and avoid the decal, I mean cmon ppl, have you ever bought supreme? Palace? Any street wear that is 5x the price? It fades on graphics after 3 washes, just learn and move on.
Please support this company. They have a great customer service. Marcquis handled my request in the most professional way.

I recently ordered a T-Shirt from TeePublic which arrived quickly and was of good quality. Unfortunately I ordered a medium thinking this would be big enough. After receiving my T-shirt I realised that the sizing was not as I had thought and that I actually needed a size 2XL. I enquired about an exchange and TeePublic dealt with this promptly and without any problems. They also let me keep the T-Shirt that was too small to donate saving me the bother of returning it. I cannot fault this company at all in any of my dealings with them in which they have been helpful and prompt throughout. I would recommend this company.
I have rarely seen customer service as good as I have received from Teepublic.
I was thrilled to find artwork related to martial arts, as I have been looking for a while.
My order was not received and they immediately, and without question, sent a replacement order.
I received the replacement order last week and the original order came today.
Rather than having me return the duplicates, which I would have been happy to do, they told me to enjoy the extras and to give them to someone who would enjoy them.
I have been pleased to recommend them to some of my fellow martial artists.
Tee Public has been amazing towards me. The artwork and tshirts are phenomenol.
I do reccomend to get a size bigger for the females. If a size is incorrect, they will be glad to help.
Please be patient. They will contact you. I will continue buying shirts from you guys!

Buying clothing on line is risky on sizes but until now I had managed to be successful. This time I ordered a women's medium and when it came it was that size but was too small (I guessed wrong). Using the "exchange" procedure on the TeePublic website I sent in a request for a women's large. I got a pretty quick response and was advised that they had put in the order for the large AND I DID NOT NEED TO SEND THE MEDIUM BACK.
In addition my mistake, I earlier received an unsolicited e-mail from TeePublic advising that they were running slow on shipments as they were effected by the Corona virus (as most everyone is) and as a "token" they were going to refund my shipping cost (which they did).
Customer Service actions like these are unfortunately few and far between!
I ordered this for my wife. (She turns 50) she wanted a "time for timer" t-shirt. Not only did they nail the design and ship it quickly, once I received it and noticed the size too small for my wife, I emailed them and they have already shipped one back to me in a larger size. I am so happy with TEEPUBLIC. Thank you.

You MUST order a light colored t shirt with these decals
They are NOT thick decals that retain a light color.
The lightest point of the decal becomes the color of the shirt.
I LOVED the quality of the shirt. I'll keep the shirt but disappointed
And won't order another one from this company.
There should be a disclaimer on the page that the decal designs fade into darker shirts.
( or don't offer darker colored shirts)

I received a shirt (ladies L) that ran considerably small. I was unable to return it as it was a gift for someone but TeePublic replaced it anyway! I got a very quick response to my concern by email and the new shirt was on it's way within a day.
I was not given a valid tracking number that works with usps using your sites tracking is sais ready for delivery 5 days ago if that was the case it would of been here why not give a valid usps number like everyone else order******* also no response to emails thats a bad sign there in guessing this is a chinese company
I ordered two shirts that when I received them didnt fit as I wanted. I contacted them for an exchange and they responded within 2-3 business days. They sent the sizes I wanted and allowed me to keep the old shirts. I cant ask for anything better. Will definitely buy from them again and will tell others. Oh the shirts are great quality also.
Pleased with stickers. Still waiting for tshirts but with corvid could take a while. Very pleased with service so far.
Placed an order on May 19 for a shirt for father's day gift. Still showing "processing" as of today. Tried to contact them, only can send a message so I did. Received an email confirming my message was received on 6/3. Still nothing from the company! Buyer beware, unless you have unlimited time to wait to receive your item, shop elsewhere! Hoping I can cancel and find someone else to make a shirt in time for father's day.

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
