All aspects of ordering have been made easy with great customer service. Although shipping delays are super long probably due to the pandemic, my contact with customer service has been a good experience. I received my tee with a slight defect on it and the exchange was handled quickly and in a friendly manner. The quality of the tee isn't the most current fit (slim and more fitted than I prefer) but the print quality is great.
I placed an order on May 8th. The tracking website shows expected delivery date of May 30th. This is June 14th. I have emailed them TWICE with NO RESPONSE. I also sent TWO text messages with NO RESPONSE. There's no phone number anywhere for this company. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
Placed an Order May 1st. Or didn't arrive until June. I understand companies are having a difficult time with the pandemic so I planned to let it go until I actually received the order... I ordered some shirts and two hoodies. Only one hoodie arrived. The hoodie that was delivered was supposed to be an XL but the hoodie itself has to be a small or a medium for children. Idk. What I do know is I'm highly pissed and that these people are scammers. Plain and simple. I will never spend money with them again and I will go out my way to let people know to never spend their money with TeePublic.

I'm still waiting on my order and it has been a month now. I ordered for myself, my boys, and my husband. It continues to say delayed but my God! My husband is completely upset about it
You will not get what you pay for. What they show online and what I received weren't even close (see images). Read the reviews carefully because they obviously are scammers that put out crap but advertise quality. My mask was supposed to be all black with black ear elastic and a face shape to the mask. I received a rectangular, accordion mask with white trim. All 4 of the masks I ordered were like this, and there were loose strings everywhere. I'm going to let my pictures speak for themselves. Hot garbage. When a 1-star review is the majority rating of all you reviews, you know you can do better elsewhere. You've been warned. (PS-Don't trust the company responses. These are regular tactics used to try and curb the optics of the bad reviews by trying to make it look like they actually care. Maybe if they spent more time making quality products, they wouldn't have to respond to so many bad reviews.)
If I would rate the masks that I bought 5 out 5 stars because the designs of the masks are amazing. I also love how comfortable masks around my ears and they are breathable especially where I live (I live in South Flordia, which tends to be a pretty humid place for those of you who don't know). The only 2 problems that I have this website that I can not give this website a 5 out of 5 stars. The first problem is that the website said the mask would be machine washable but when I received the masks I notice that they were not machine washable. I do not mind doing a little bit of extra work but I wish they did not lie to me about something that clearly was not true. The second and final issue I have with the website is with the customer service. They took to long to respond for a simple question that I asked. I understand that we are in a pandemic but don't say on your website that you will respond in 48 hours but you take 6-8 days. But I love the masks that I received they are a 5 out of 5 but the website itself deserves the rating that I am giving them.
Ordered a short from TeePublic - checked the size guide and ordered what I needed. When it arrived it was a lot tighter than expected so contacted them to explain and asked to exchange for the next size up. Someone came back to me later that day and said no problem - and they'd already arranged this and said I could the original too. Now that's customer service! Thanks good people at TeePublic
After many weeks i guess i was lucky to get the tee shirt at all, i threatened to cancel after waiting a month with a non valid tracking number. Stay away from this place! Are these being made in China?
Placed an order May 1st. Money is instantly removed from my account, but I don't even receive a confirmation email. So after a week, I email them to inquire. As with most everyone else leaving reviews- it took days to hear back. When I finally do, I have to answer another question which takes even more time to hear back about. I understand that patience is key with what's going on in the world as of late, so I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. But pre covid reviews tell me that this isn't a new way of doing business for them. If my order wasn't scheduled to be delivered today, almost a month and a halF after I placed it, I would cancel it. I love supporting independent artists, but not at risk of having to deal with tee public again.
TeePublic's customer service was a rare and wonderful experience for me. It feels really good to be treated so well by a company that will definitely see more of my online ordering
I put an order in for a hoodie back in April and only recently received it in June. I understood the situation with COVID caused massive delays and that is ok. What isn't ok is the fact that my product was crammed into a plastic envelope and only received a short receipt of what it was. The picture on the hoodie seemed blurry and the print itself was extremely tacky to the touch. I hung the hoodie up for a while thinking the tacky would go away if it cooled down. A day later it did go down so I wanted to get it washed. Just like the label inside said, I put it on a cold wash with All Free and Clear detergent and washed it by itself on a gentle cycle. Attached is the photo of what the hoodie came out looking like; the ink has cracked and peeled off in places. I had to clean my washer out but I'm still finding speckles of white on clothing.
For how pricey this product was, I expected more. Already sent a ticket in at the time of this happening (June 5th) and nothing has come about it. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here if quality is going to be such a hard gamble.

Much to the chagrin of my wife, I generally buy two batches of t-shirts a year. I have a great experience every time. Shirts come in as ordered and expected and the customer service is phenomenal! I just had an experience where, like a moron, I washed and dried my new shirts with the stickers on. I tried getting the glue off, but ending up wearing them down in specific spots. I told Teepublic of my moronic ways and they replaced my shirts at no charge. Thank you, Lavinia and Catalin! Y'all are awesome! See you in 6 months for a new round of shirts!
I ordered 2 tee shirts for my kids birthdays on 5/10/2020 and did not receive them until 06/04/2020 (26 days after the order was placed). So needless we DID NOT receive the tee shirts until after their birthday. That alone is super disappointing. But on top of all that the image on both shirts looked blurry and on top of that I have washed them once and the image is already faded a lot. I paid almost $55 on very bad quality and service. I would NEVER use this website again.

The choice of T-shirts is incredible and the artwork is great. But also a great service. I received a wrong size of T-shirt and the people from the TeePublic customer service were very quick and very friendly to help!
I ordered t-shirts from this company a month ago. I just received a notice that they shipped. Tracking estimated 10-20 business days which could easily be 3 wks. This co. Is based out of New York and nowhere does it say on the website that their processing and shipping time is 2 months! Very disappointed
I ordered the premium quality T-shirt for youths. Size guide not completely accurate hence ordering the wrong size. After contacting Teepublic, I got an email saying they will send us the right T-shirt free of charge, great customer service.
I am really happy with the quality of the T-shirt!
Shirt is Straight Garbage photo speaks for itself. Just pulled it out of the package and already has lines through it and looks fadded. Sucks cause i have 2 more chicago Bulls championship shirts on the way.

I did have problems 2 times... I couldn't get a discount to apply at checkout using the code that was being texted to my phone. I didn't get that problem resolved.
I did get a swift response when I had ordered the same tshirt, but had made 2 separate transactions by accident. Problem was resolved! I was refunded the money back to my account very quickly. Very grateful for this great customer service!

I purchased a t shirt for my wife's birthday. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. I emailed TeePublic about an exchange and they responded promptly saying they would send me the right size free of charge despite me being in the UK. A lot of larger online retailers should take a leaf out of TeePublic book.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
