First time working with TeePublic had to move fast didnt know exactly how fast theyd get to me with the pandemic and all and amazingly enough within hours of notifying there user friendly website they rectified my issue and were extremely helpful definitely ordering from here more offten thanks guys
I don't want to get my hopes up that my buddy will get the shirts I ordered him but my order supposedly shipped after about a month after being ordered. They sent me a tracking number saying that they had been shipped. Well that was on June 13th. As of today, 4 days later after checking the tracking number it just says that the USPS hasn't even received the item to ship yet. They were just sent the pre-shipment info. I'm starting to feel like this is a silly joke. Since posting my original review on June 11th I ordered products off of 2 other websites, they were shipped, and as of today I've received both. I don't see how Covid-19 can be a valid excuse for not shipping something for over a month and counting.
Seems it is common for them to take forever to even mail their orders out (even before the pandemic insanity).
I found a couple Future Man shirts on their site that I wanted to send to my friend for his birthday. Ordered them on May 15th and the order is still "processing". Like everyone else said Covid-19 has messed a lot of things up but taking longer than a month to even ship an order seems excessive. Went to contact them on their site regarding my order and it said that I was unlikely to hear from anyone in less than a week due to the unusual amount of e-mails they are receiving. Messaged anyway and got an auto response basically saying that if my message was regarding an unshipped order to basically just keep waiting and I'll be notified when it ships.
So their inbox is probably blowing up with people who want to know where their shirts are. All the while I get one advertising e-mail a week from them encouraging me to buy more shirts. That is a hard pass. I'd hate to cancel my order because I know my buddy will love the shirts but so far I've got nothing to show for the money spent on teepublic.com
I am done with TeePublic. A mask order was to take 2 weeks. 3.5 weeks later I email to check status of order. The style I ordered is no longer purchasable... hmmm. 10 days later I get a canned response with the shipping status attached. Now here's the best part... my order was missing a mask. Unbelievable. Trust me, I get the whole COVID thing on shipping etc, but so many other companies have actually exceeded my COVID expectations. I'm guessing TeePublic is a Ma & Pa outfit based out of someone's garage... it's the only explanation that makes sense. FYI... the mask quality is laughable.

They placed my order in pending status for weeks with no update. They dont respond to emails and have the audacity to blame it on COVID-19. If the pandemic has slowed them down, Slow down taking orders aka peoples money

I ordered a shirt on May 15th and was pumped for it as it was a shirt that was goin going to be great for an event I'm heading to this weekend(June 20th). We are now here on June 17th and it has not shipped, as they said the artist had finished/paid and a UPS code was created.
I've contacted TeePublic twice with no response. I completely understand that with difficult times like this that things may take a bit longer, but over a month is not acceptable. Hoping that they can improve both their manufacturing and shipping methods. They also may be understaffed and attempting to overproduce while overpromising. The goal should be putting out product and communicating with customers to ensure that those customers return-it will not be hard for me to do that.

I had mistyped a number in my address and contacted TeePublic about it after my order had already been shipped. They fixed the problem with efficiency. Great company.

I finally did get my shirts, the quality of the shirt itself is awesome and they are probably the most comfortable that I own, the printing and art turned out great as well. The people that run their customer service are great, but Ilthe system they use and timeliness of response leave a lot to be desired. All in all, I will probably give it another try once COVID is settled and maybe those problems will be solved.
Ordered shirts from the website 3 months ago, everything went as planned until they "shipped" my shirt. At this point it has been well over 20 days and I have nothing, and since they use the cheapest shipping option, there is no help from either USPS or UPS. They have also not responded to an email inquiry for over a week now. I have a feeling that I will not be seeing my money or my shirts at any point. I would strongly recommend finding a local custom printer and supporting them rather than trusting this company that seems to have a reputation (as far as I've seen on the web) of failing to deliver and disregarding their customers.
I emailed TeePublic about an issue I was having with an order. I received a quick, proactive response that completely solved my problem. I'd definitely shop with them again! Thank you!
I ordered a tshirt in a size that I thought would fit. When I received it the tshirt was way too small. I emailed customer service about the issue and they got right back to me. They ordered a new tshirt in a larger size for me and are sending it for free. I am very happy with their customer service and would definitely order from again.
I ordered 2 shirts May 13th its June 16th and they still have not shipped my order it says processing I've never waited this long for anything I've bought online
I placed an order for 2 shirts over 1 month ago and it still hasn't shipped and at this point I doubt that it ever will. I have emailed them 4 times to try to find out the status of my order and have received no reply whatsoever. I've emailed again but do not have any hope that they'll respond to this latest email either. Save your money and go elsewhere. Lesson learned I guess.

Ordered 3 shirts. 2 of them are true to size. One of them is completely off. Emailed twice now and received zero response from them... Guess I'm stuck with a shirt we can't wear and wasted money.
I ordered a custom sticker at a time that they are not customizing. First time on the website, I was not sure why it wouldn't let me customize it. I emailed customer service at TeePublic and they walked me though how to swap the product out for a new sticker and were so kind and helpful! It was the easiest thing. They responded so quick! Great products and great customer service!
The shirt I purchased was perfect! It took longer than expected to arrive, but it turned out to be a mix-up with the postal service. I will definitely be buying from TeePublic again. And I love that my purchase is helping to support an independent artist! Highly recommend!
I ordered more than $100 worth of shirts and sweatshirts over a month ago. I still have not received anything. Contacted customer services three times, and did not even hear back from them. I wouldn't ever order anything from them again. I will try to get my money back.

I purchased a t-shirt for my daughter's birthday (June Girl), and I had contacted TeePublic that I hadn't received it yet, and they said their records said I had received it. So I checked the parcel box at my apartment and notified them that I had received it. However, on the day of my daughter's birthday, she opened all her presents and the t-shirt wasn't in that package--it was something I had ordered for myself. It was totally my mistake, but I reached out to TeePublic and explained what had happened never expecting what they did next: sent me a new order free of charge! So unexpected and so kind! They take "customer service" seriously. I highly recommend them, and they have such cool unique items, too!
I have only good things to say! Got a t-shirt, it's beautiful, lovely fabric too, but too small. They're letting me reorder for size, no extra charge at all. I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend TeePublic!
I ordered a Beavis and Butthead shirt as a gift for someone. Turns out I overestimated the size by one. I requested an exchange and was promptly sent a replacement shirt and was allowed to keep both! What a great way to treat customers. I know times are hard considering recent global events, but from now on, I will be using TeePublic as my Go-To for all online T-shirt shopping needs!
I am pleasantly pleased by TeePublic. It is so awesome to rep your favorite movie/show/game/etc (especially if it is no longer poppin in the mainstream i. E. KND, TotallySpies, etc.). The team is so understanding and happy to help when/if an altercation occurs. Not too mention all the talented 'amateur' artists out there getting to share their work. I definitely recommend, giving it a shot. You might be pleasantly pleased as well.
Bought a face mask and wish it had fit but the elastic did not go comfortably behind my ears. Requested a replacement but since it was the biggest they had, I was issued a refund. Would have gladly shipped items back but they would not let me. Shows me they are a good company by not wanting a used product back that could be contaminated. Thanks for the assistance.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
