RUN, STAY AWAY, SCAM!

I ordered two shirts from a tee chip campaign. I knew I may have to wait a few weeks for enough orders however it was over a month before I received information they were shipped. When I received the shirts, they were ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like what I purchased. I called them and they gave me a claim number stating someone from "claims" would call me. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. Thank god I bought through Pay Pal and have now been authorized a refund. But first I must pay to ship the wrong shirts back. SCAM! The shirts cost me $56 and probably cost $4 a piece to make. They have now had my money for almost two months. This company is an absolute joke!

I know a lot of y'all are probably going to assume this is a review written by someone at teechip, and I guess I don't have any proof it's not, but just take my word for it. I ordered my sweatshirt in late September with an expected shipping date of October 13th. Got an email on the 13th and said it was delayed. Their communication SUCKS! I'll give y'all that. I got no replies to any of my numerous emails. And after reading the reviews, I was worried I wouldn't even get my sweatshirt or, at the very least, it wouldn't be how I wanted it. BUT, I got it today, albeit 13 days late, and I LOVE IT! It's exactly what I ordered, hoodie size, graphic clarity and graphic size! I'm so excited to have it! So yes, their communication skills definitely need some work, but I am satisfied with my purchase and product :)

WHERE IS MY ORDER?!

I am so frustrated! I spend almost $50 on a hoodie about a month ago. First mistake... they sent me an email saying that my order was shipped when the campaign hadn't even ended. Second mistake... the campaign ended September 7 and I was promised that I could get a partial refund if the order was in production for over 10 business days from the campaign end date. They estimated that it would be shipped September 14. You know when I got an email that it was shipped? OCTOBER 21! That is WAY OVER "10 business days"! Third mistake... strike three! I get this email saying that is was shipped October 21 with a so-called tracking number. You want to know what happened when I went to track my order three days after I receive that email? The site said that no results were found for my inquiry. Did they even ship my package or did they just send me a phony tracking number so I stop asking WHERE THE HECK IS MY PACKAGE?!?!?!?! I'm sick of this and plan on posting this on every review site I can possibly find!

After 2 months wait, the Chelsea T-Shirt arrived. Once you open it, there is a bad smell. The T-Shirt looks yellow, while it supposed to be white. The print on the shirt is like low resolution and the colour are not evenly distributed. Email to request for a return for refund and was told that I am not allowed to. No problem, will charge back simply.

I placed my order on August 12,2015, and despite several contacts with TeeChip, I still have not received my merchandise. They DID issue a PARTIAL refund on my order (supposedly as apology for the delay), but it has now been more than two months since the original order and all I get from them is a "song and dance".

The day they issued the partial refund, they said my order should ship by September 16.

I contacted them again on October 12 and was told the order should ship by October 14.As of today, the merchandise has still not shipped (STILL says it is PRINTING), and after reading reviews by numerous other customers, it is my belief that my merchandise will NEVER be shipped (or if it is eventually shipped, it will be of very poor quality).

Terrible Service!

I placed an order on 09/06/2015. Expected shipping date was 09/16/2015. Well, the order wasn't delivered until 09/29/2015. I had moved to a different state on 09/25. I checked with my previous address, and they said that there was no package for me in my old mailbox. I checked with USPS and they confirmed that my package had been indeed returned to sender. I then reached out to TeeChip to see about getting it sent to my new address. I have been emailing them nonstop since 09/25 to get this issue fixed.
My first email was sent to tell them that the order was delivered to an old address, in reach they responded (days later I might add) "I am happy to report that your order has been shipped", and a bunch of other bull$#*! after that. Yeah. Thanks. I know that it's been shipped. That's why I'm contacting you.
#1 problem: Their CSR's don't listen to what you have to say.
After that, I replied back to that representative. No response.
I then sent a new email the next day. Again, two days later someone responded. However, they did not go out of their way to fix my problem. Instead, they passed it off saying that " A claim representative can explore any resolution for this matter." They gave me no contact info for a claim rep or how to file a claim. I replied back, asking to file a claim. No response.
#2 problem: They don't care about you as a customer.
I emailed them again, asking to file a claim. FINALLY, someone responded (two days later) and told me that they did file a claim for me and that a claim rep would be in contact with me 'soon.' I waited 7 DAYS for a response. No response. I emailed them AGAIN, giving them my claim number and asking to speak to a claim rep. They responded, two days later, with an email for the claims team. I emailed them yesterday asking for someone to fix this issue. Still waiting on a response.
Seeing TeeChip's track record, I'm not to positive this issue will get taken care of.
They just stole my money from me.

Be very carefull, the deliver too late, you can not resend it if it is not what you like and the do not refund the money to you. The service is totally useless

August 21 2015 i ordered online then till now (October 10 2015) i don't receive my package. If i check to their tracking order site my Package still on the processed sort facility since September 17 2015, and when you follow up they always sending you an email of they trying to fix etc.
But if you check to their deliver services (DHL) they cannot recognize and find your tracking number.

I ordered two shirts in July 2015 that were misprinted. No big deal, I would have been happy with either a refund, new shirts or just something since I got something I didn't order. I forwarded them my confirmation emails with the tracking numbers and explained what happened. After that it's been like pulling teeth to get someone to respond with anything other than "we filed a claim for you". Here it is, October 2015 and they're still stringing me along. I would never order from this site again if you want the shirt you actually ordered or any customer service.

I almost cancelled my order after reading the negative reviews here but am glad I did not. This is not Amazon Prime, so yes, I needed to wait about three weeks to get my shirt, but they stayed in touch all along, and when I received it the quality was nice and all that had been promised. What I believe is going on here is they get orders for a specialty shirt and when they have a reasonable number they shut down the "campaign" (as they call it) and rush manufacture only those that have been ordered. It saves them from having to stock a bunch of unsold merchandise in a warehouse. The downside is that you may need to wait a little longer than you are used to before it arrives.

My hoodie came when it was supposed to & exactly how it was supposed to be! I am in LOVE! However, the tracking number said DHL, but it was delivered USPS! Please check both when tracking! You will be happy with the product, I PROMISE!

I ordered a TShirt from this company. First of all, the print doesn't look like the original shirt at all. In the original shirt, the print goes all over the front and the shirt I received it's just a little square in the middle of it. It looks horrible! Then, it said it's a ladies fit TShirt so I expected a tighter shirt and ordered size L, so it'll fit nice and lose. What I received was a unisex shirt, bigger than a tent with a tiny square printed onto it! I emailed them and they told me they can't even swap out my shirt with another one! This company blows! Never order off of them!

I ordered a sweatshirt part of an alumni fundraiser for my undergrad. I ordered one (July 14) received it July 25 and a 2nd one (July 17) for my Best Friend of 14 years birthday. Made contact in Aug, again early Sept. Its Sept 30th I still don't have the sweatshirt I was told today after I called again that it SHOULD be printed by OCTOBER 13 and there is not shipping date currently available. DAMN you didn't take 4 months to take my money but your taking 4 months to give me my product. I could have recreated the screen my damn self by now.

I ordered a shirt and unlike most people complaining I did receive my order and got it within a week. My problem is quality of the printing, it's blurry. Most of it is not readable, it almost looks like it was double printed.

Some of the shirt has small writing on it, I can understand if it's a little hard to read, but even the large words are blurry. It doesn't look like that in the advertisement. I'm a graphic artist, I work in the print industry on printing magazines. It looks like they took someones artwork and then enlarged the size 500%. It might come out looking good on a coffee mug, but when enlarged to the size of a tee shirt, it makes it look blurry.

I sent an email the day after I got the shirt, I got an answer a couple of days later saying

"We do not typically accept exchanges or returns due to the custom nature of our products. However if you have a flawed garment, your item was miss-sent, or you are unsatisfied with the quality we will compensate for that by filing a claim with our claims department. Please let me know if you would like to move forward with this resolution."

I did send another email saying I did want to make a claim, didn't hear anything. So I put something on Twitter, and someone from Teechip said that someone would be in contact with me. After a month of not hearing anything I sent my forth email, here is the latest response.

"I am very sorry to hear that there were problems with your order! That is certainly not the TeeChip commitment to excellence that we strive to provide.

Generally, we are unable to see to refunds or exchanges due to the custom nature of our product. However, given that you may have received the wrong garment, I have filed a claim on your behalf to look into the situation further. A Claim Representative will shortly be in contact to discuss a resolution."

In the first email they sent it states that if I was "unsatisfied" with the quality I could make a claim, second email from them makes it sound like I can only do it if the sent the wrong product.

I guess they can get by with sending out horrible quality because of the custom nature of their product. I understand a tie dye shirt or something hand painted being custom made, and that they won't all be the same. This is just a terrible print job, nothing to do with custom.

As I said, I'm a graphic artist and before seeing their terrible work actually had some ideas that I thought about sending in some ideas. I'm really glad I didn't let them destroy my artwork.

UPDATE

This is an update to my previous review. After TWELVE emails to both escalations department and teechip support, numerous voice mail messages without response I was finally given a response! Instead of giving me my money back they have shipped out a new shirt which of course is... THE INCORRECT SHIRT. I paid $10 extra for a girls tank top edition and they are sending me a male tank top edition that costs less. Why did I hope that they could get one thing right?
ZERO STARS. I hope this company burns to the ground, they really are useless.

Here is my previous review:
Placed an order August 11 $34.38, shirt was expected to ship out on 8/27. Didn't ship out until 9/22. I received it on 9/25/15 and the picture on the shirt was TERRIBLE. The pixels were messed up, I can't believe they would approve this to be shipped out! I called to file a complaint and request a refund and I was told they would send a claim and a claims representative would get to me within a week. A WEEK. I am totally pissed off and I'll never order from this company again.

They took my money. Yet have I even gotten a product. And it's been two months. I've called, and called. Nothing. I've had to leave voice messages which they never return your call. I emailed probably 10 times already. After two days ago. I finally get a email. The person said I'm having a hard time finding you. I was able to find myself by just putting in the email I emailed him with. I replied back. And I have yet to hear from anyone. This company is straight fraud. Please report this company to IP3. Or who ever you can to report this place as fraud. These people don't need to have a business.

Paid $30US for a $2 tee shirt that was made in china with really bad screen printing mistakes.No customer service as they must work on the basis of one sale then move on because I would never use them again. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE ROGUES!

My estimated ship date was Sept 13,2015. Today is Sept 21,2015 and no tracking information is available. I called Teechip and waited for an operator for 15 minutes and when they came on the line; I said hello and was promptly hung up on. I called back and waited 25 minutes to speak to a person. This lady gave me a different tracking number and told me to visit "dhglobalmail.com" for tracking info. That website doesn't even exist. Then I called dhl and was transferred to the consumer shipping dept. The woman there told me the correct tracking website is "webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com". I am thoroughly disgusted by the delay in shipping and the outright lies from TeeChip. I paid $30 for a tshirt and couldn't even get the truth from them. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!
