Placed order accreting seeing ad on Facebook. I ordered the wrong size so I've been trying for 4 days to get a hold of someone. Was on hold for over an hour when the recording said it would be 10 min. There is no website for the live chat like their recording said. Now the phone just gives a fast busy signal. I'm afraid my son won't be seeing this Christmas present.

I ordered a star wars limited edition christmas sweater. It was delayed by a week and then once I finally received my order it was the worst quality sweatshirt type material with a very small printed logo on the front. NOT AT ALL WHAT WAS ADVERTISED! I paid close to $40 for this product and when I emailed them, no response, no response to any of my emails. I called and was told i would be put on a client list to email about refund/ return/ exchange. NEVER received the email and when tried to call number again (three times!), said it was a false number and was disconnected. I plan to file a claim to force them to refund my money with my bank and to continue writing bad review until I am contacted by someone from the company.

In good faith I ordered a sweatshirt from Teechip.com on 10/31/2015, and my payment funds were immediately pulled from my credit card. Since that time I was advised by email that the status of the shirt had "ended" and I never received a shirt nor did they offer a refund. When I initially contacted them, Teechip.com did provide me with a second FALSE delivery date. The date came and went with no delivery of the shirt. Despite multiple emails, live chats, and complaints, Teechip.com has refused to reimburse or refund my payment. They also deleted my email address from their site so I no longer have access to check on the status of my order. Essentially they stole money from me as they provided no product or service, and they will not respond to my attempts to contact them regarding refunding my money. Don't risk having your money stolen from you as well. There are plenty of reputable companies out there, but TEECHIP.COM is NOT ONE OF THEM. Stay away!

Shirt received unwearable
November 30, 2015

I did not receive my tshirt and it has been 30 days. When I call the company I am told there is a 30 minute wait time.

Update - it has been 6 weeks and I received an email from company saying the shirt is still in production.

Update- The shirt finally arrived after I requested the order be cancelled three times. The shirt is unwearable! Graphic colors are not the same and the graphic is way off-center. Company refused my refund request. Save your money! Order elsewhere.

So much stolen art!

I am disgusted to see a piece of art I did being sold as products on this $#*! site! I was never asked to use it and not would I give permission since I am selling my art elsewhere. Please do not support people who steal art for there own profits... it's the lowest of the lows.

I ordered a spurs hoodie with a funny slogan on which I have never seen. The item took three to four weeks to arrive. It arrived today. It's awful. The sweatshirt is of very poor quality, but mainly the blue writing is smudged all the way down the sweatshirt. There is no way I can give this for a present. It's embarrassing awful...

Waiting forever for item

I ordered an item in April, it is now November, I still do have the product. They marked it shipped in October, after me contacting them over a dozen times trying to find out what the status was, this is the best part. When you try to track it, the shipping company has no record of it, the tracking number is totally bogus. They do not return emails, I guess I can kiss my money goodbye. This is a joke. I would never order from them again.

I impulsively ordered a sweat shirt from the N Y pride campaign. After ordering I went on TeeChip website & saw all negative feed back. Figured I could kiss my money goodbye. Much to my surprise everything was exactly as they stated. Was notified when item shipped & tracked it to when it was delivered, right when they said it would be. The sweatshirt was exactly as pictured. I don't know if I just got lucky or if it depends on the seller behind the campaign. No complaints from this girl!

Supports art theft!

I'm a digital artist and am constantly finding Facebook campaigns promoting products on Teechip using my work without permission. Teechip makes it extremely difficult for artists to report infringing items and make it all too easy for thieves to anomalously make profit from other people's hard work.

Teechip enjoys ignoring DCMA takedowns, cease and desists from lawyers, simply because customers don't know what is going on and will happily purchase. Then those same customers get upset when teechip also does nothing when the print quality is poor (since it's stolen art), or their shirt never arrives (sorry it's a limited time, too bad), or they sent the wrong shirt. Everything about this company is awful.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CAMPAIGN SHIRT SITES! They advertise campaigns on social media selling my (and many other artists') stolen art. I am the artist of several artworks that have been stolen by TeeChip and a similar site called TeeSpring. I found my stolen artwork(s) and immediately sent this company numerous DMCA or cease and desist letters/emails to have the content removed and still to date it has not been removed. Speaking as an artist who depends on artwork to literally eat and survive this is as bad as stealing money from someone at gunpoint. TeeChip in no way has ever offered to compensate me one cent for all the sales they have made off of my art. This company needs to be shut down immediately, and what is worse - the quality of these stolen images are super low resolution, have had my watermark copyright photoshopped out, blown up to large size with pixellations and print out TERRIBLE! Adding insult to injury as an artist.

This site is pretty much a clone of TeeSpring and similar sites. The majority of the designs on this site are put up there by people who have no rights to sell them. The artists whose designs are being stolen and sold are constantly fighting this site to have them removed. They DO NOT do anything about the thefts. While they front themselves as a fund raising site for causes and charities, they are nothing more than an easy way for copyright infringers to hide their identities and have their little pop-up sales of stolen images. The company pretty much ignores DMCA takedown notices and artists are now having to go to their hosting and registry companies to try and put a stop to the thefts. Please do not buy anything from this site unless you are 100% sure the person has the right to sell it (IE: you know for certain the artist is the one selling it or it's a group you belong to selling it). Hint: If it's an ad you're seeing in places like Facebook 99.99% of the time that is NOT the artist selling it.

Complete BS Ship Dates

I ordered a hoodie as a birthday gift for my husband over 2 weeks ago. I received a confirmation email with the expected ship date of 10/30 (perfect timing to receive it before for his birthday).

Called the company this morning and was put on hold for 15+ minutes. In the meantime I also "chatted" with someone from their website online. The chat noted my order would not ship now until 11/28 (WAYY past his birthday) and that all dates give are estimated. They blamed the delay on "Their have been production delays.

The supplier and the production Department are have been punished for missing a estimated shipping date."

Finally someone on the phone picked up and they said the order was "stuck in printing" and couldn't give me a ship date even after I told them someone else said it was 11/28. After pushing and pushing - they refunded me 1/2 my order total and put in a claim for immediate delivery.

The gift definitely wont make it in time for my husbands birthday, and they haven't given me an actual date of when the product will ship, but 1/2 off made at least the sour taste in my mouth go away for a bit (until a week from now when they likely wont give me an update again).

Annoying - and - Frustrating. They shouldn't be allowed to advertise expected ship dates if they have no intention of actually shipping the product during that time!

32 minutes on hold for their imaginary customer service and the line goes dead. That was being 13th in line. Called back, 11 people ahead of me. "You can get a live person by visiting teechip.com\chat" I went there and the page was not found. FAKE. Customer service got back to me 12 days after my initial Email at 5:43AM. I replied by 8 something AM 2 days ago and still haven't gotten a response. The issue was over the size of the shirt and me contacting them to cancel it after 2 days of no contact. They sent it, took my money and now won't respond to any medium that I am contacting them on (Email, reviews, "their chat" phone, Paypal dispute chat).

Update: PayPal denied my claim because I received the product. I explained that I tried numerous times to cancel the product and was simply ignored but they didn't care either.

I ordered a t-shirt and a hoodie (as an add-on), took 2-3 weeks to get the shirt, then another week for the hoodie. Loved them both once I received them. It would have been nice to get them faster, but I'm a bit spoiled by regular Amazon shopping, and their super fast shipping, lol. I did think it was nice that I could go to their site and check the status of my orders so I knew once the shirts were printed, then received an email confirmation once each order had shipped. I would def. Shop on this site again.
