Teechip is full of chip!

Over 1 month ago, I excitedly ordered my 4 Teechip shirts. All that time, got one email from them about a delay. Well, finally, around 3 days ago, I decided to check the link Teechip sent for tracking UPS pkg. UPS showed that pkg had finally shipped and had reached my local designated postal area. Great! I waited around thinking pkg would arrive this same day, but package never came. Next day. According to postal info, pkg was due to arrive at my home the very next day. Waited... no pkg. Checked link again the next day and it showed package still enroute (?) Hmm? Checked next day and this time, the UPS site didn't have any new updates on my pkg and oddly showed nothing on its site about the package. That is strange I thought. So, once again, I checked today and Teechip link to Postal no longer works. Also, checked UPS and directly typed in Postal tracking number from Teechip and now it says it has no record of the tracking number on file. How could that be? Now I'm wondering where the package is and was this a scam? Too late to call postal today, but will do tomorrow. Never had this kind of problem with anything I've shipped before. Though, I am glad I ordered through Paypal because they will usually refund customer monies under circumstances like this. Sure hope so. Wished I had read this forum first. I made an order and everything went smooth. Then I got a delay email. Then a delay update email. Then an order shipped email. The actual product arrived nearly 3 months later all up... and it was just a basic Tee Shirt. Never have I seen this poor a performance. Everything usual happened, just soooo slow that it caused a lot of consternation. In this era of easy online shopping, you don't need this headache. Quality seems good though. Good printing on a Fruit on the Loom base made in Honduras.

Not only did my order get delivered 3 weeks after it's Estimated Delivery Date, but 3 of the 4 shirts came with the incorrect colors (black ink on black t-shirt)?! I have emailed their customer service multiple times with one response saying I would receive my money back (that was over 2 months ago) and whenever I try to follow up I get no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER!

From my experience, it's not a scam, but just an extremely bad company. I ordered a sweatshirt that was for an ugly christmas sweater party, and after waiting a month, i finally got it. Right away, i saw that the image size was not like how advertised online (covering entire front). Instead, i got an 13 inch by 8 inch print on the front. It was ridiculously smaller than what was advertised online. After spending the last week emailing customer service, they final said they can't do anything because they deemed the image size 'acceptable'. How the hell can you get away with selling something different then what was advertised. I should have looked at reviews before buying from this website.

Ordered 2 sweatshirts online for Christmas Presents for friends.
Sweatshirts arrived 2 days ago (after 1 month of waiting) in wrong size and with wrong print on them!
No time to re order, nobody at customer service can help, phone number keeps discouraging you from holding for a rep (States there are ALWAYS 34 people ahead of you and the approx waiting time is 50 mins), absolute SCAM shop!

Avoid it like the plague and do NOT order JACK from this place EVER!

Tell your friends as well!
Together and with enough support we can easily put this place out of business!

Scam

I had ordered my first one in March and a second one in May (thinking the first one would be arriving soon). Until now I still haven't received anything. I got probably two delay notices and two emails with a tracking number (which did not work) and haven't heard from them since no matter how I prompt them. There goes my 60 bucks.

No Shirts yet! Waiting a month so far. Was supposed to be Christmas gifts. I emailed them twice. They only answered the first one and ignored the second email. I called, couldn't get through the first time, called again, was on hold 38 minutes, was told the order was delayed and will probably ship the 23rd as long as there are no other delays. Never again will I order from this company! My fault, should have read reviews.

I ordered two over priced shirts, which I could have lived with. After a large delay in my order I was promised a 50% refund, which I never got even after asking for it a few times.

When I finally did get the shirts they were incredibly poor quality. The printing was too close together and the image was not clear. The quality of the shirts were terrible.

Really thin material that felt like I could rip a hole in it no problem.The company won't respond to my e-mails for a refund and return.

Never again

I placed an order nearly a month ago, got an email that my order was delayed, the status keeps saying printing. I contacted via phone, I'm on hold 1/2 or more everytime. I have emailed directly 5 times no answer. I have sent messages through paypal twice no answer. Glad I paid through paypal so I have proof of this gross lack of communication and poor customer service.

The thing is when you order they tell you that they don't ship until the fundraiser is over. So that could be a month or longer! I knew that when I ordered! I didn't have any issues with this company. I emailed them about when I would receive my hoodie and they emailed back in a timely fashion. I love my hoodie and didn't mind the wait!

Order two hoodies and a t-shirt all arrived with nice colours received an E-mail advising of the delay took 30 days but that was because they had overwhelm request for the product. No scam here you just need to be patient.

I will never order from them again. I ordered something almost 2 months ago and they keep sending me notice that my order has been delayed three times now! Thank goodness i payed through paypal because there is some chance to get my money back. They sell some pretty cool items if you ever receive them!

Worst customer service

I tried to correct my initial order. I did it immediately after I ordered since the quantity was wrong. The only contact was email. They responded 4 days later and said the order had already printed and they couldn't change it. Now, a month later, I still don't have my order. It shows delivery to Fresno, CA and I live in Indiana.

I again went to customer service through chat this time. It appeared to be automated and "David" said he would submit a claim and someone would contact me, by email, in 4-5 business days. Worst customer care ever.

I ordered my shirt and sweatshirt on October 4th. It is now December 8th and I have yet to receive my purchase. They were QUICK to charge my credit card for the product but fail HORRIBLY to produce what they promise. I called and spoke with Christopher who stated that my order was on the truck Nov 5th. Then I receive an email from Kristiana saying: Thank you for contacting us. I would like to apologize for the delayed response, we are currently experiencing a high volume in calls and emails at the moment. I am very sorry to hear of the frustration that you have experienced with your order. Upon review, I have found that your order is still in production and is experiencing extreme delays. As this is not the quality of service that we strive to provide here at TeeChip, I would like to offer you a refund for 50% off of your current order in the amount of $34.44.
Please let me know if you would like to proceed with this 50% refund resolution. We will be working swiftly to produce your order. Look forward to hearing from you. I responded telling them I want my refund and have emailed them 10 + times since then. I have yet to receive my product OR my promised refund. I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER use this company again.

Wish I could choose minor number.

Teechip is totally scam. I order two hoodies 50 days ago. First time email them, they replied me, and the next day, I received a email said the order was shipped.

However, 10 days later, I contact the shipping company, they told me only shipping label been created, they haven't received my order.

I sent them 4 more email. No more reply. The contact number said I may need to wait 28 minutes.

So, please don't spend your money on teechip. Totally a scam.

Ordered 2 t-shirts in late September through this website. Said order was shipped early October but returned to sender due to address not deliverable. Mind you, they wouldn't take my PO Box as a legit address, so I gave them my actual house address which does get delivery from overnight services but just not the USPS. Order was returned as undeliverable. Filed a complaint and needless to say they did get back to me asking for a new address to deliver to. I immediately responded with my neighbors address and haven't heard from them since. Tried calling, emailing, nothing. Not a peep. Now this morning, the 866 number is not going through at all. Can't say it's a scam as the t-shirts were supposedly in the mail but I'm out $40 and don't have product.
UPDATE: 1. 11. 16 -- After months of hand-wringing, I finally got my product. I stand by my review as their customer service sucks. Phone number either never connects or you're left on hold forever. One thing I did find out is the email response I got from them about my shipping problem, when I replied it automatically replied to a different email address than the one it came from. So I replied again and changed the address to the one it came from and lo and behold, someone got back to me within a day and was able to get my product shipped. I will never order from these people again but at least I'm not out $40 at this point.
