Firstly my order came late, ordered a Friends Hoodie a month in advance of Christmas as a gift and it came about a week after Christmas. The quality is extremely poor print.
Tried getting in touch with the company got a refund and heard nothing back.

I'm not one to write reviews but my order arrived fast and looks great. I didn't know so many issues had been reported but since I had a different experience thought I would share. They processed the order right away, keeping me informed via email at every step until it arrived. The logo looks great and I'm pleasantly surprised that its a nice quality sweatshirt. Whatever problems before seems like they've done some changes to make it work great today.
My order look like something i could of purchase at a corner store. They said they would seen a replacement i sent them my new address they said they couldn't send and i couldn't get my money back
I got an incorrect size, though all the paperwork & stickers on the item indicated what I actually ordered. If you have time to waste, and like to wait weeks for an impersonal email response, then go for it. I'm working on two months of waiting... It's sad. The print was fine, but now if I could get what I actually ordered, so the person it was intended for could actually enjoy it, I'd be happy. Lesson Learned.
I ordered a holiday sweater from Teechip in October, they immediately charged my account for the order. Ten days later they told me my order was delayed. I waited until Thanksgiving to check on the status, planning on canceling my order because it did not seem I would be receiving the sweater in time for the holidays. A representative said it was still in production and for the delay they offered me a 50% refund. I decided to not cancel the order and proceed. I finally got my sweater about the second week of December. Despite SEVERAL emails forwarding the promised half refund, Teechip REFUSES to give me the refund. I will never order from this company again and I discourage anyone else from doing so as well.
Forced to give this company a "1" so I can post this, they don't deserve it! Long wait for the merchandise and "missing" items will be your loss. Horrible!
I ordered a sweatshirt & never received it! I paid $45.44 & the company doesn't want to help me at all. They claim i received it but i never received it at all! That's bad business i will never do business with them ever again!
Edit: I filed a claim with PayPal since TeeChip never corrected the issue and PayPal eventually sided with me. At least now I'm only out the money it costs to send the t-shirt back.
I ordered a t-shirt from a campaign on Teechip, but there was some error in processing and when I received an e-mail confirmation it contained the wrong t-shirt. I contacted customer service to attempt and get the issue resolved before the t-shirt shipped, but they waited until the day after it shipped to respond and simply said they could not do anything because it had already shipped.
I then opened a claim on their website to try and get the shirt exchanged. A month later, I was sent what was an obvious form reply asking for a picture of the t-shirt to confirm that it was not the t-shirt from the order. I attached the picture but reiterated that while this was the t-shirt listed in the order, that was not what I had purchased from the website and I simply wanted to exchange it for what should be in the order. After another month with no further contact, I sent another reply under that ticket. I never received another reply on that front.
After another month (now going on three months from the initial problem) I opened another claim, referenced my previous case number and told them I wanted a response. Once again, I told them the issue was that the wrong t-shirt was confirmed in the order - different from what was listed on the website when I finalized the purchase - and once again I was sent an obvious form reply asking for a picture. I sent the picture in again a second time and made very clear what the issue was. Several hour later, TeeChip replied and said they would not be able to replace my order "due to the product received as advertised." There was never an acknowledgement of my actual problem which I asked about multiple times, and I have not been able to get further response since then. I was also told that the campaign "had ended" despite the fact that both t-shirts in question were still available for purchase on their website.
Every response I got from their customer service was clearly a canned form and it appears to me that they dragged their feet knowing they would never fix the problem, because it was easier to pretend that nothing wrong had happened.
Bought a tshirt and a sweatshirt from he same exact line. Took almost 2 months to reach me and the tshirt looked good. The sweatshirt was from a completely different campaign! I tried email and phone calls, neither of which was answered. I finally wrote bad reviews in Facebook and they got back to me via FB message. I did everything they asked for and then they completely ignored me and did not refund my money. I recently submitted a claim through PayPal since I used that to pay. DO NOT use this company. They are TERRIBLE!
Ordered a festive sweater 30/11 and it's still not here! Been told today that'll it'll be here 16/1/16! Tried repeatedly to tell them I don't want the damned sweater now but they ignore emails for days at a time. Refusing to give a refund. Do not use this company for anything as they fail to supply the product and their customer service is none existent!
Ordered a sweatshirt. It should have shipped on 12/17/15. It hasn't shipped yet as of 1/4/16. The email they sent says they will refund me if it doesn't ship by 1/12/16. I tried to use the chat feature. The person says "One moment", ended up being about an hour. I explained my situation. The person offered me a 50% refund! I was shocked! I said absolutely not. I wanted the whole amount credited. Then I get the story that customer services will contact me in several days. I told the person that no reputable company only refunds half the customer's money when they can't send the order! I told them that I had paid with American Express and they will be withdrawing the money I paid from their company on 1/12/16! These people are ripping off Veterans and Military Members. SHAME on them!
Update: I had this conversation with teechip their time the afternoon of 1/4/16. They sent me an the morning of 1/5/16 that they had shipped the sweatshirt Priority Mail. Wow! At the end of their business day their time the day before they were trying to pressure me to accept the credit of half of what I paid. They never said that they did have the sweatshirt in stock and would ship it out immediately! They had it! They just aren't sending them out to the customers that have ordered and paid for them a month ago! As I said, buyer beware. This company is scamming people.
I placed my order November 13. On Nov 27 I received an email stating my 'order was delayed due to a surge in volume'. I immediately responded asking that my order be cancelled. Two days later I received my shirt... and the screen printing looked like it was done by a two year old, it was off center by over two inches. I emailed asking for instructions on where to return the item but to date received no response. In the meantime, I discovered from my credit card statement that my card was charged Nov 13... BEFORE the item even shipped! I've disputed that charge with the credit card company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM TEECHIP!
I ordered from TeeChip after I came across an ad of theirs on Facebook, so I went for it! I checked shipping times etc before I placed my order and wasn't too bothered by having to wait a little while to get it (I'm used to waiting a few weeks for things ordered online anyway, as I order from out of the country a lot). After though, I read some reviews online and most of them were negative, implying the service was a scam and I began to worry I'd been cheated out of my money! BUT, they emailed me at each stage, letting me know there was a delay, then when they were getting ready for shipping, then again finally when it'd be delivered. I kept my fingers crossed but didn't dwell on it too much, and sure enough my order came through just after Christmas! The condition and sizing is just as I paid for so I'm very happy with my purchase! I've seen many people complaining about having to wait weeks or even a few months for their order to arrive and my response to that is to simply be patient! I placed my order on the 5th October and didn't receive it until the 2nd January, it's honestly not that much of a big deal, at least not in my opinion (:
Their hidden exchange policy does not allow for exchanges. I ordered a large and needed an extra large. I was advised unless there is a defect they do not do returns or exchanges.

And then sells them for 5xs that amount and it is cheap quality stuff want last through 2 washings. Management tells us to give the customer the run around after they charge there

Ordered the day of the promotion, well before Thanksgiving in early November, and still not here with almost no communication and no idea on whether it will ever come. It was supposed to be a Christmas present. In short, they suck. Bring your business elsewhere.
Items were shipped late- as in after the event for which they were intended. Company delayed responding to contacts, then claimed it was too late to cancel the order. Then sent wrong size and will not respond to my complaint. Have opened BBB complaint. BEWARE! Wish I had checked them out before ordering.

Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
