DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
They took weeks to get a sweatshirt to me that I had ordered and when it arrived it was not the colour. I contacted them over and over and they ignored me for months then contacted me and refused to let me return the sweatshirt for a refund saying I received what I ordered.

I continued to try and get them to agree to letting me return the item and now 6 months later they are still refusing and or ignoring me. I have not got what I purchased, it is a big pile of money down the toilet as the Sweatshirt is not suitable as the gift I intended it to be. I would be humiliated to give this to the person I bought it for so it may as well go in the bin. I am gutted and this company will take no responsibility. RIP OFF MERCHANTS!

Love my shirts

All the bad reviews made me a bit paranoid but everything was beyond fine, got my shipment email, was able to track my shirts, they arrived fast and the quality was fantastic.

I ordered from Sydney Australia and got all my items within the time frame of about 6 weeks. Which is fine for me. Was leery and mailed support a few times as there tracking stalled in an american Post office. But everything arrived in good condition 4 shirts will be getting a few more now that I'ma bit more trusting.

The product was low quality and varied from the colors advertised. Customer Service replied several weeks later to my e-mail asking if my problem was resolved. I never heard anything else from them despite e-mailing and calling several times.

Teechip are THIEVES

I ordered the Fast & Furious Domenic Toretto & Brian OConner shirt and it was delivered a month later due to an order delay. I finally recv'd the woman's medium size 8-10 shirt and its small enough to fit a 10 yr old. I emailed customer service because I couldnt find a phone number and was told 'no returns no exchanges' unless the shirt is damaged and since my shirt isnt danaged there is nothing they can do fir me. After emailing back and forth 5 times they basically told me tough s*** and to have a nice day. I cant even wear this shirt. Very disappointing that this company is representing a shirt for this enormous franchise. I will NEVER order anything from this site again!

Don't waist your time!

I however made a purchase. Ordered two mugs at the same time. It took a while but I finally got my order but then my credit card came in and what they charged was not what it was suppose to be when I called they came up with more excuses than I can say. Mt opinion don't wait your time and money.

Worst product ever!

I purchased a cell phone case and a tshirt. Was something I was looking forward to. The slogan was perfect for me. I received the phone case suppose to be black. It's missing quite a bit of the print, it is not centered, wraps on the side, top of the case if brown, not black. Cheapest plastic possible and I wouldn't dare put a cell phone in it. This product is so cheap it seriously isn't worth the postage to ship it back to them.
I have been in contact via email but I am not taking a correct one, it's horrible.

On November 21st I paved an order for 2 shirts. They sure took the money, but never sent the shirts. As of today, FEBRUARY 4th, 2016, they tell me it's been sent and provide a UPS talking number. I enter the number into ups tracker and no such tracking number exists. The customer service number provided does nothing, then disconnects. Do not get scammed like I did.

What customer service? I called the number on their website twice and both times no answer. I ordered 2 shirts (2 orders because you can't order 2 different sizes for the same shirt). Both orders are to the same address but on one order it kept emailing me stating the address is invalid. Then went to try to cancel my orders... no where to cancel. Emailed customer service only to be told the order I placed no more than a half hour ago can not be canceled because it's in printing. Horrible service. Will not shop their again.

I ordered and paid for a t-shirt on the 18th November. They took the money and later I received an email saying that my order would have been shipped after the 4th Dec... Great, because I am UK based and they said it might take longer for overseas orders to arrive since they are USA based. I eventually received another email saying that their were shipping later than the 4th December... To make the all story short, I got the t-shirt on the 16th Jan and it was supposed to be a Christmas present. I tried to contact their customers service which was as late as the t-shirt to answer: the t-shirt arrived BEFORE they answered me!
They are unreliable and with the worst customer service of ever. It is full of good companies which sell funny t-shirt. Just watch out and do not trust them.

They Steal Designs

Time after time, I see this site advertising on Facebook for t-shirt designs I have seen on other sites before. Thing is... I know a few of them have been STOLEN from those selling shirts for charity on Represent.com. They have done it to Jared Padalecki's "Always Keep Fighting" campaign a number of times, and thankfully Jared has been able to get them removed. I'd never give them my business based on this alone. Don't buy from people who steal. Especially from charity.

I am appalled at how tee chip can call themselves a business. I ordered 2 tee shirts in June of 2015, and as of January 2016 still now show and order says pending. No communication or anything to say why the delay, don't worry I've emailed them numerous times now requesting a full refund as they may as well not bother with the shirts now. No reply. I could have grown my own cotton plants and hand stitched my own tee shirt together that I'm sure would be better quality than what they would send which is nothing. This company is nothing more than a money taking scam. People don't give in and order anything off them.

I ordered 2 starwars shirts. After a long period of time, I received the first shirt. The second tee shirt never came. I sent them an email and they totally ignored me. I sent them an email yesterday, but have no hopes of receiving a response.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE TOTALLY INCOMPETENT.

The lowest of the low... They are using copyrighted designs without permission that were created solely to benefit cancer research. If there is a devil, he works for Teechip. They are more than likely direct descendants of Adolf Hitler.

Never again

I ordered my shirt on December 13, and it was supposed to arrive in a few weeks. I talked with David at the end of December to see what was up, and he said that the shirt had already been shipped. A few days later on December 3 I got an email that the shirt had been shipped. I week later the shirt had yet arrived, so I contacted David who gave me an estimate date of december 27 where it should arrive at my house.
Today I talked to David again to check up about my shirt, He said that the shirt will be shipped on Febuary 4. OUTRAGEOUS. Not only I got a mail a month before that the shirt had already been shipped, it meant I had to wait another full month. Atleast he gave me a 50% refund and the shirt would still arrive, but then when I checked my shipment update after the conversation, I got the refund but the order was cancelled.
Overall, if you like the thrill of talking to the same person named David and a headache from all of this none-arriving-stuff, buy teechip. I still can't confirm if its a fraud as the shirt might still arrive, but I know for certain that I will never shop with teechip again

I placed my order before reading all the negative reviews and thought i threw my money away, to my surprise my order arrived 2 weeks later, not the greatest quality hoodies, but overall i have no complaints, MAYBE I WAS JUST LUCKY?
