I ordered a hoodie at the beginning of December. Today, March 30th, after sending them lots of emails, I still haven't received it. According to them, the first one was an "unusual situation", so they offered to reprint it for free (thank you teechip for reprinting something I paid for and you didn't send!) I got an email on March 3rd (yup, It's not even winter anymore) that the new hoodie was on it's way... do you know where it is? I don´t either. I sent them another email and got the exact automatic answer I had received a couple of weeks earlier. I asked for a refund and they said that was out of the question... so here I am, with no hoodie, money or someone in Teechip who will actually solve the problem. Don't ever, ever, ever by something there.
I had a logo printed on a mug, t-shirt, and sweatshirt. The mug looked great. The t-shirt and sweatshirt looked terrible. Both logos looked as though the garments have been washed 100 times. Colors were not exact and looked faded. I've had similar problems with teespring too.
To all veterans... Beware of ordering anything from Tee chip. You are stuck with whatever you order. I ordered a number of shirts and a hoodie for myself and fellow 3rd AD vets. The hoodie was too small, so I requested an exchange for a larger size. They responded by saying I can buy another one of a larger size, but they will not accept any returns. Obviously not veteran owned, nor is there any customer satisfaction concern with Tee Chip.
I ordered 1 t-shirt and transferred the payment of total USD30.94 (incl. Shipping). The shirt arrived today (3 weeks later which is an okay delivery time from USA to Indonesia). But the quality is so ugly because the print is so thin & the fabric is rough. It looks like a cheap touristy shirt!

I made an order of 1 shirt and 1 jumper, to the value of about $60. Before I was even shown a summary of my order so I could check it and confirm, they had charged me around $330 and told me my order of 11 shirts and 1 jumper was on its way to an incomplete address. I immediately checked my bank, Teechip had taken more than $400 off my card. I emailed immediately to let them know about the mistake. I was told that it was too late. No changes could be made to my order. 5 months and many emails later, I heard back again. They told me no refunds, corrected my address and told me they would resend my order. 2 weeks later I received 1 tshirt.
I have never dealt with such a hopeless unprofessional company. Clearly they are a rought. The company should be shut down
Wow. I wish I had checked this site before ordering a t shirt from tee chip. They billed my twice and when I emailed them their reply was "unable to return". I am in the process of contacting the BBB
I purchased a shirt on 03/01/16. They sure took their money immediately. I received an email on 03/15/16 that due to an unexpected surge in orders my order was delayed. I FINALLY received the shirt in the mail today (03/21/16) and I am not pleased. The graphic on the front of the shirt is MUCH MUCH smaller than pictured. It appeared to be a large graphic that would cover the front of the shirt to the waist when pictured for order, but instead it only covers the chest area. I expected more for something that cost me almost $30 that had only one color print. Especially since they made me wait 3 weeks for it.
We ordered 2 tee shirts March 1,2016 from a Facebook Ad for a birthday on March 17th. Plenty of time if your dealing with a legit company.
We placed the order. The Email came right away with the confirmation for the order and withdrawl of out money from our account. The email said with would be shipped by March 9th.
We contacted them, they said DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS they were behind. So waited another week as we were told to. Well, It is now the 18th of March and NO SHIRTS.
Next step. We tried to cancel the order over the phone (SHOCKED we talked to LIVE OPERATOR), because the birthday has come and gone. She said that they would only refund 50% of our payment! If we wanted to wait them to FAIL to ship within 30 days, then we could get our money back 100%. After dealing with is BS I highly doubt it will be refunded at all.
ADDENDUM:
The shirts did finally arrive 31 days after the order. Cheaply done for the price we paid! They advertised Fruit of the Loom brand. We ordered 2 exactly the same. We got one of that brand and the other something we had never heard of in an off color and really cheesy material. Very disappointed, but at LEAST we got them.
I ordered a shirt from teechip on 2/27/16, the money was removed from my account 2/28. On 3/11 I received an email asking me to review the shirt, but I hadn't received it. I filed a claim with TC on 3/11. On 3/14 I received emails saying the shirt was shipped and that while I "believed it wasn't delivered" it was, and there was nothing they could do. I called TC and was told they would reprint the shirt and send it to me. Minutes later I received another email stating that the shirt had been received and nothing more would be done. They are refusing to send me a new shirt or refund my money.
On January 23 2016 while I was trying to relax after going to my Mom's funeral I had decided that I was going to take a chance and get myself a shirt for my birthday in February, as I was entering and completing the order I realized that I had entered an incorrect Postal Code I tried to get back into the order and system note came up that I would get an e-mail on how to process for change on order... Never got a chance to write the order down and never got an e-mail... I did send an e-mail to TeeChip when I got back into town explaining my issue, I got an answer that they couldn't find my order. Please note that I had provided them with a complete address, as of today March 11 still nothing rec'd but they did get their payment... I am very surprise that they can find an order which has been placed online, we have all kind of orders placed thru different online site and we do at our company find them if proper name and address are provided...
I ordered ONE t-shirt. Somehow my order was changed to three t-shirts, which is what I received. For a month I've been dealing with customer service reps who have done absolutely nothing. All I want is an address to return the extra shirts I didn't order and get a refund of the money $50.00 plus dollars they now owe me. Really terrible company to deal with and I will never order another item from them.
DON'T EVER EVER BUY SOMETHING FROM THIS COMPANY special if you appreciate your money. I ordered a hoodie on November 11 and specter it to be delivered by the end of the month, it's been 3 bloody months since. I even did that hole reprint bull$#*! that ended in the same crap. I just want either my hoodie or my money back (50 $#*!ing bucks) bloody twats.
I found my own design stolen and sold there, I wrote to them both on FB and through their site with evidemces and nothing has been done. The stolen designs are taken from previews and it means once printed they'll be horrible. No quality check at all.
I have been waiting 6 weeks for ONE T-shirt. The tracking number was unable to be tracked! Customer service sucks. They apologize and say they will fix it and still nothing.
This is one of the most horrible shopping place ever! Shipping came wayyyyy too late. Waited over a month to receive my package, and tried to fix my order by exchanging for a different size or getting my money back somehow and they refused for an exchange a wrong size they gave me. My satisfaction went plunging down. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I havnt seen the quality of their products yet but I can tell you their customer service is one of the worst I have been dealing with Isabeau, Claims Representative at *******566 EXT 902. Those are my points:
I ordered 2 hoodie shirts in early January. Last week, I finally got a notice that it was shipped. I followed the tracking until it said: arrived and will be delivered in a few hours (This notice was sent at 10:47 PM by the shipping company). TWO DAYS later I called the shipper (DHL) to check on the package. They advised me to contact TeeChip and here things only got worse. TeeChip's "customer service" (and in the case of this company there IS NO service), first advised me that there was a problem with shipping (?) Then it was a problem with delivery and as such, I would have to give them a NEW address and wait for another 'run' of the product to be made (aprox another 30 days). I advised that I had NO OTHER ADDRESS and that my address was my address AND that DHL makes successful deliveries here all the time. I also advised them that an additional 30 day wait was unacceptable and I would like to therefore cancel the order and get a refund since they were adamant that they could not deliver it to me at my address.
I was then told that NO REFUNDS are possible (something NOT advised at time of purchase) and that they were closing my file.
Since this was an international purchase, I advised them that it is likely that what they are doing is against the law in this country...
I have my credit card working on the situation and am also filing a complaint thru the Trade Ministry. I would like to get them banned from doing business in this country
I placed an order in mid November 2015 and never received my actual order. No refund, no help, nothing. Then I get an email yesterday (02/22/16) offering me a reprint. I kindly asked for a refund and now they aren't even offering the reprint any more.
What a joke of a business.
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
