Stealing Money out of my account and never heard of this company nor have I ever placed any orders from this company, yet they continue to take money out every other day? Can't get anyone on the phone there. So bank will be dealing with this fraudulent company as well as legal representation to fight this sick scam! On hold for 20 minutes, finally i get someone with an attitude, who was no help at all
Let me warn anyone who is thinking of ordering from this company. Don't! I placed an order for one cell phone case and after entering my cc information a confirmation number popped up with the wrong amount. They placed the order for two instead of one. I immediately tried to edit the wrong amount for one instead of two. Without success. The edit button is right next to the item purchased and it wouldn't work, so I called customer service immediately and they said the claims department would be in touch. I sent several e-mails explaining the situation and finally I received a denied response. They wouldn't refund me or didn't even care that I had called and tried to edit order immediately! This is not fair in my opinion and I won't ever do business with this company or recommend it to anyone.
I ordered the iPhone 6 case they were advertising. When I got it, it was the iPhone 5 case. Apparently between the time I ordered it and it went to printing, it got switched. I have been begging these people to help. I love the case but I need the right size. They continue to tell me that I ordered the wrong case and too bad! I don't know what else to do!
If I could give zero stars I would, I am very upset and disappointed in their customer service and quality. I ordered a hoodie form TeeChip over a year ago for my husband's birthday. I waited for over a month and finally got ahold of them through email to find out what happened to my claim. It has been over a year and I just received an answer, even after emailing and trying to contact them since last summer. They didnt have a phone number to call on their website until after I sent the initial email. I found out that my hoodie was delivered to the wrong address, returned and that my order was then canceled, but no refund was issued. When I request that I receive the hoodie or a refund, I am told that neither can be done since that hoodie is no longer being made and my order was over a year ago. I am now in the process of going the legal route, because I paid for services I never received. That is horrible customer service. I will never order from them again and I do not recommend anyone else doing it either.
I ordered a tshirt from them the print quality looked like something I could make with my printer. I opened a case to get a refund it's been 3 weeks and the escalation department is still giving me the run around about my refund and literally sending me emails that make no sense whatsoever. STAY AWAY! Huge scam!
If I could give a zero rating I would. Extremely poor quality printing on the graphics of the shirt. The shirt was also poor quality. They won't refund nor will they let you talk to a complaint department. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed!
I was a little hesitant to order from from TeeChip but decided to take a chance. I ordered a hoodie and sweat shirt. My order arrived 3 weeks after the campaign closed and was not shipped within the 48 hours as advertised. I became very apprehensive when it showed up at my door fearing the worst due to the reports I had read. I was extremely happy and impressed with the quality of the print work and the quality of the hoodie and sweat shirt. Everything came as described and fit perfectly. Worth the money just don't expect quick delivery.
We recently ordered an XL hoodie from TEECHIP before reading the reviews. I have to say we were worried and remorseful after reading them. It turns out the garment was printed and mailed/delivered promptly and we like it very much.
No returns IS a problem so it should be crystal clear before ordering. But since the size was right, I found no issues. Product just arrived so has not yet been washed. But it looks great!
(english is not my native language sorry for the mistakes...) This company is the worst, keep stealing art from other legitimate shop like Esty, society 6, who pay their designers... And worst of all from young artists. Don't be complicit on this... TeeChip use Facebook page partners about pop culture to promote itself, and so target specifics users (generally at the age range of 13-20). They know the lays about copyright but doesn't care. Scam and fraud. Please avoid.
I was a bit anxious after reading all the bad review. I did order a cup and i was expecting the worst. But everything went fine. I received the cup exactly how i was supposed to look, not broken and within 1-2 weeks (i live in Canada). I'm happy.
Everything about this company is bad. I ordered a rugby world cup hoodie but they took nearly 2 months to deliver it to me and by that point the rugby cup was almost over and the product was pretty useless to me. Not only that but the quality of the product is terrible and the size (which I ordered a small adult) would be lucky if it fit a small child.
I contacted Teechip and they took months to reply to me, after me having to chase them up several times, and then they refused to give me a refund saying that I had received the product and it was not faulty so they would not give me a refund.
DO NOT ever use this company!
After waiting an entire week beyond the expected arrival date, I tried calling their headquarters for an explanation. No matter when I called them between their open hours, I could not reach a single person. I then decided to email them that my package hasn't arrived yet and was met with a very unhelpful representative. They said that they would not refund me, or ship a replacement item because in their system it had shipped out. Regardless of what I had to say they have kept my money and become my worst customer service experience ever. This site is a scam selling cheap products that I would not recommend to anyone. Save your money and go literally go anywhere else.
Where's my order that I placed Feb 28th and haven't received? Was promised an email from a supervisor yesterday and have yet to receive anything... Phone calls and phone calls and I still don't have my shirt or my money...
Had a problem with an order. They emailed saying they would replace it, then they emailed the next day saying, "never mind, we can't." Bad customer service if you ask me.
What country do you work out of and were are all the garments made and printed and who do all the profits go to?

If you're buying clothing - stay away, cheap cheap quality and no the no-exchange policy is absurd!
Ordered a T-shirt over a month ago, they claim to have attempted shipping g it 3 times, but I've yet to receive it. Customer service is a joke. I've told them if I don't receive the T-shirt, or a refund, within a week I'm contacting the DCA (Department of Consumer Affairs) with a complaint. I suggest you all do the same.
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
