Ordered a two tees, same print, different colors and sizes. $60+ for two tees, not inexpensive, so was expecting quality. Print was grossly misrepresented on the site, showed a nice big print covering most of the chest, delivered a tiny print about 4" across dead center. Got one tee and one hoodie, both wrong colors.
Site says, first thing on their quality guarantee page, "If your products are flawed in any way, we'll reprint it for you, free of charge." Contacted support with comparison pictures to point out multiple glaring flaws in what was delivered and kindly requested an exchange or return. They immediately refused replacement. When their quality guarantee was respectfully brought to their attention, more than once, radio silence. Chargeback issued with no hesitation from my bank.
This company needs to be shut down.
Ordered one sweatshirt getting two separate orders of one sweatshirt each at twice the price. Can't cancel one of the orders even though not printed or even shipped yet. Customer service non existent and no supervisor at their call center to talk to. Beware this company.

Had I read some of the reviews for this site I probably would not have purchased from this company. I saw an ad on facebook and loved the design and ordered two tees. They were shipped in a timely manner and arrived in a short time via DHL and USPS. I am a happy customer.
After reading some horrific reviews, I tried to cancel my order - but too late. Anyway, the tee shirt arrived, nice feel and excellent fit.

Ordered a snoopy case for my Galaxy S6 and the holes for the buttons are WAAAAY off and same with the camera hole in the back. Still trying to get a refund. They are based out of Fremont, CA. Do not order from them.
Please be advised that if you order a shirt from this company you are warned. I ordered a military unit shirt (My old unit did a campaign). What the company did was use unit logos that had white background and tried to photoshop the white backgrounds off (My 6 year old could have done better than they did). Well they didn't do a good job, then they printed the unit crests on to dark t-shirts. It looked horrible, but this is not they issue. They will not refund or replace anything. So don't take their guarantee that is on their website serious. The fact that a company produces such a poor quality shirt and doesn't stand behind it is shocking. I will say that now I am the proud owner of a $24 oil rag.
I ordered a campaign t-shirt for Christina grimmie, they said they will send me updates about my order but the only email i got from them was the receipt for my order after that nothing, endless campaign days ends wtf! Now i highly doubt that my order will actually arrives.

The tee arrived as expected. Turns out I paid $37 for a thin, Fruit of the Loom ladies tee that was two sizes, at least, too small! It was tagged with my size, but there's no way it was anywhere close.
It's too bad my university didn't check these reviews here before giving their campaign to this company. Bad judgement on their part.

I literally just ordered something today... And I started thinking about the strange tracking number they gave me. I have ordered from TeeSpring before and had no issue so I figured if this was anything like it, it would be fine... Now reading all the horrible reviews I wish I would have seen this before, read the terms and conditions and realized I can't cancel an order, can't send anything back, or get a refund... I'm screwed. Has anyone gone to the BBB with this?!
I found a perfect gift for my future father in law for father's day and i ordered it. I waited patiently and received notification that it had shipped, days go by and i never receive it. Well i reference the tracking email that they send out saying that DHL would be the shipping carrier for my order. The tracking number provided does not work, infact, DHL says it has never exsisted and isn't the correct format. So I call Teechip to see if there was a delay or what was going on. I get passed on through email to customer escalations and they tell me that the package has been delivered and send me a tracking update from USPS, a different mail carrier than what my email says should have delivered it. I speak with the representative telling him, i have not received the package and what can we do about it because this gift was for fathers day and i am so excited to give it to him. He tells me that since a seperate mail carrier than the one i was provided with says they delivered it, there is nothing he can do, he will not refund me, he will not send out another present, nothing. I asked to speak with his supervisor, he told me he was the highest person i could speak with. I will be calling customer service and talking with someone higher up, but this is ridiculous. TeeChip stole my money. They refuse to provide any customer service and it is unprofessional and shady. I will never buy from this company ever again and i urge you to do the same.
I ordered an XXL relaxed womans tee. It it very very small and itchy. I will not be able to wear it. Unfortunately I had already ordered another before I recieved this first one because I liked the design. I'm sure it will be too small as well. So I have money tied up in two small itchy tees that I will never be able to wear. How can you get cotton tee shirt wrong? Don't buy from them. From the reviews I can see I won't be able to get a refund. :(
TeeChip. They are scammers. My shirt was not fitting under the arms, course and itchy material and did not fit like a size L even though it was marked as the right size. No exchange. No refund. Their guarantee only covers flaws. If you don't like your item, you can't return it. I've never heard of a company like this. I will pass this info on to everyone I can. I am stuck with a shirt that is uncomfortable because it doesn't fit right. When filing a complaint they made me take a picture of the shirt with a measuring tape across it to see if it met their specifications. It met the specifications as far as inches across the chest but they don't believe me when I tell them it's not sewn in the underarms to be comfortable. I can't get my money back, exchange it, nothing! I have a shirt that I can't wear and wasted almost $40.00. What a scam. Don't buy from here. There are a lot of other companies to order from with cute stuff. Don't let yourself get taken advantage of. Scam, scam, scam!
How difficult is it to provide a cotton T shirt? What does relax fit mean -- not tight, not fitted. What does XL mean? Most places it is 14-16 or more. The shirt I received is hard to the touch, course against the skin AND it is more like a medium than XL. Since there is absolutely no return unless material defect -- I'm SOL. I don't recall seeing that "material defect" language anywhere either. Caution just skip it!
Tee Chip is the worst company I have ever dealt with! I placed an order for a t-shirt on one of their Limited Edition campaigns. I received the shirt on Saturday. I had ordered a relaxed fit XL (46" - 48"). What I received was labeled an XL but measures that of a relaxed fit medium (less than 42"). I sent an email on Saturday and did not receive a response until today, Wednesday. I called on Monday and sat on hold for over a 1/2 hour waiting to talk to someone and finally had to hang up. I called again on Tuesday and was on hold again until I was hung up on (cut off). I called back and was on hold again. I finally spoke with a gal who said I needed to file a claim online and attach a picture of what was wrong. I went to the claim site and explained in detail what had occurred but the site would not upload my picture. Today I received an email denying my claim. No explanation. Just said "denied"! I wrote back again and asked why. I received another email stating all sales are final and I should have referred to the size chart. I wrote back again stating I HAD referred to the size chart and what was shipped was labeled an XL but did not measure an XL. They wrote back again and said no returns no refunds to go look at the terms and conditions. I am fed up with this lack of customer service! This in not my fault. I ordered accordingly and what was received was not as stated on their web site! I am posting this on Facebook for everyone to see until I get resolution. I either want the correct size sent or a refund! I have NEVER dealt with a worse company. If Parker Hannifin buys any their T-shirts from this company they should look for another supplier.
I've been selling with Teechip for 8 months with my original designs. On day they just decide to ban my account due to "fraudulent activity". That means I cannot get any of the profits I've earned by selling my designs which is over $2000. Yet, they are still selling my designs because I cannot sign into my account and take them down. It's convenient that I've been doing "fraudulent activity" right as I have $2000 that should be paid to me. They are a complete scam. Also their apparel has very poor quality.
I am never, ever ever ordering from this terrible company again.
After my item wasn't delivered (the tracking number didn't work), they flat out REFUSED to give me a refund. Their customer support ignored my attempts to engage them in discussion and insisted on sending me a "replacement".
And when it finally arrived, over a month later, the quality was terrible, the print which is stylised text is all blurred around the edges like someone stuffed it through an old inkjet printer. Absolutely shocking.
I seriously waited for this shirt not realizing they had other problems. I thought I was ordering from the same company. Long story short

Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
