I found a facebook group that was selling popular unicorn designs on coffee mugs and t-shirts. They had actually stolen my own artwork and the mug design they were selling had over 14 thousand comments and shares.
I notified teechip immediately and they've done nothing to stop these thieves. They have already renewed their campaign for another 24 hours and the quality of the artwork is very low res and crappy. I'm angry about my stolen work and even angrier that people are going to get a crappy product.
The products looked so nice and cute on line. I came so close to ordering but was feeling uncomfortable. After reading the reviews, I just want to thank everyone for your feedback because it does make a huge difference.

Please DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, they have no shame in doing this, I've had THREE of my artwork stolen, and I was banned from their site immediately for speaking out against it and asking them not to use my art, they have no pride in their work and I as an artist can barely think that people are going to order very bad quality shirts with my art very poorly printed on it with, it is infuriating, please don't support them! There's several other artists complaining too!
I received my shirt on time, although the tracking number they gave me did not exist. The factory tag was missing, having obviously been cut off before it was shipped! And this shirt, which is supposed to be an XXL, is very small. Probably a Large. Maybe this is why they removed the tag? Plus, the material is so thin that you can see through it. Complete garbage! I requested a refund. We'll see how that goes...
I ordered the final fantasy shirt with clouds and all his swords on July 4,2016. I finally got it on July 16. THE QUALITY SUCKS. THE PICTURE ON THE SHIRT WAS ALL DISFIGURED YOU CANT EVEN SEE THHE FACE OR SWORDS. SO PISSED
I purchased a tee near the 4th of july they charged me for the item but when I went to track my order I soon discovered they gave me a false tracking number. So needless to say I'm out of 26.00 and still haven't received the tee that I was told would be here on the 9th of July here it is the 15th and still no shirt.
There customer service is terrible. It's been 3 weeks since I placed my order and I still don't have it. I asked if they could refund the $5.95 shipping charge and they refused. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
Avoid this rip off company. I tried to modify my order as soon as I sent it. They did not respond for four days and then told me that it was too late. Later they delivered a tee- shirt which I did not order and which I cannot use but refused to give a refund. Really annoying to receive such bad service when so many internet companies (e. G Amazon) give refunds without any problem these days.

I ordered a shirt/mug combination online and never received the item. They refused to deliver it, saying that they had a delivery confirmation from USPS.
1) the address they sent it to is not the same as the one I used when ordering
2) the tracking shows the package being moved 3 more times after the "delivered" date
3) the customer services gives a real number with a fake extension so you can't talk to anyone
4) they simply keep quoting "we do not allow cancellations, refunds or exchanges" I was just asking for the package to be delivered to the correct address
So now I am dealing through my credit card company to charge them back because they refuse to send me the garment.
Ordered two hoodies.
Items were sent to DHL and I am given a tracking number.
DHL then passes them off to USPS (apparently) and I'm given another tracking number.
usps.com says: Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS
canadapost.ca says: We were not able to find any results
Emailed on July 4th, It has now been a week with NO RESPONSE.
Long story short, they got my $86 USD and I am without any hoodies. Wish I would've found this site before I ordered them. What a ripoff. So unimpressed
**UPDATE**
It is now September 11th (Never Forget), and just wanted to update the masses.
Hoodies have still not arrived. I was fortunate to receive a full refund as I paid with PayPal. So I did not lose out on any money, but the mysterious hoodies are still nowhere to be found.
They remade an ugly phone case and it looked the same. It looks nothing like the original artwork advertised. Stay away!
Do not support the thieves! Support the REAL authors of the designs you like! My "Studio Ghibli Tribute" - an artwork I made for a Ghibli's 30th Anniversary - was also stolen by Teechip without my knowledge.
I ordered a phone cover for my Samsung S6 Edge and was shipped a cover for an iPhone 5s. Tried to contact to find out how to return and get correct cover. Sent an E-Mail and was told that there was nothing they could do since I ordered the iPhone cover. REALLY! Tried to call their customer service and the extension and all I get is silence. THIS COMPANY SUCKS
I ordered a shirt from Teechip in June 2016. There was a slight delay in shipping but they kept me informed of that. After it was shipped it arrived before expected and it is BEAUTIFUL! I am happy with my purchase.
I ordered 2 shirts -- one size 2X and the other a size large. The description said that it was relaxed fit or generous fit -- boy was that WRONG. Maybe if the customers were from China, but the 2X wouldn't even go over my head -- way, way, way too small. When I emailed them with my complaint, they told me that they don't issue refunds -- only exchanges. I don't think that if I ordered a replacement shirt that it would fit properly. Also, the quality of the fabric is really cheap. If I am paying $30 for a shirt, I would expect that the shirt would be of JC Penney or Lands End quality. I may contact the college that is doing this campaign and complain.
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
