I was given a ship date but when I contacted them about missing the date by a week I was told it would be another week. I requested a cancellation and was denied. I asked for the business address for a BBB complaint and was disconnected. DO NOT USE THEM! It looks like the address they are using after researching other complaints was for another shirt company that has a record w/ BBB also. So looks like they just changed the name but the service stayed the same.
I would not give any stars at all, but apparently have to give them one. I will NOT purchase from this company again... has anyone noticed that they remove their emails so as not to be tracked?
Do not order from them. I'm out $45.00. When I called my credit card company to see about a dispute, I was told they had numerous bad reviews, but not able to get refund.
After receiving my T-SHIRT i read the online reviews I can say the quality of the Tshirt was good the print was good. Even though i had to wait an extra week for delivery Im sure that living over seas had something to do with that otherwise the company kept its word and offers a decent product. Happy customer.
I've found out that TeeChip is selling one of my designs without my permission. I've filed a DMCA but at this point, after reading all the reviews, I don't know if they will ever remove my design from their site.
I've also seen a lot of other stolen designs and I've warned the legit owners, maybe if we all file a DMCA they will do something.
I was lucky in that I received a reply a few days after asking about why the shipping was delayed and another reply about my package getting shipped. The tracking number works and I'm able to watch the activity until it is delivered to my door in just a few days. Even with the good experience, I will not be ordering again from this company nor recommending it to my friends after reading countless negative reviews. Beware that many have not been as fortunate as some!

T-shirt quality is crap, it is such thin material. I thought it would be better than what you might get off a chinese website but it was worse. These were the American apparel shirts.
The necks were misshapen and way to large for the size(much bigger than what the photos really show). Also the trim of the neck is very thin and flimsy and don't hold their shape.
You can see the print but colors are dull.
And it took 6 weeks before I got my order. I did email to find out where it was, and even that took a week to get back to me.
At no point have I been happy with this whole process. I have sent an email to see what they say, and will update if I get a reply.
I ordered a phone case and never got a confirmation. I saw that there were two charges on my credit card and when I called, after holding for 20 minutes, was given a confirmation number and told that they would put a claim in for a refund. I have since been told that I had ordered two. I even sent them a copy of the order, which showed one order and they said they could do nothing because it was already being printed. I will now go through my credit card company and will advise others to never order from this site.
I ordered a shirt and the shipping was delayed by 2 weeks but they only contacted me to let me know after it was already one week delayed. I go to track my order on the new ship date and it still showed as "printing." I emailed the company and was told that it was delayed again. After reading similar reviews I ask for my order to be canceled and refunded. They only gave me a partial refund so they stole money from me and I have nothing to show for it. I was ripped off and wasted too much time on this.
Ordered a shirt after it kept coming up online with my work logo I ordered large figuring might run small it does not even look med! Have been tryingt o reach by phone is next to impossible waste of 24 dollars! Stay away! Run fast

I wish that I had read the reviews before I purchased 3 t shirts from this company! The camping design was so cute that I ordered immediately on Facebook without checking. The shirts finally came over a after I ordered them. I was appalled when I opened the package. The shirts were so small that they looked like kids shirts! I normally wear a medium but would probably need an XL! I decided to try to return the shirts or at least exchange them so I looked up their number online. It took 2 calls and a very long wait time to be told that "due to the exclusive design printing they are unable to accept returns. " WHAT? Then we were abruptly disconnected! I guess I was played. Don't be a sucker like me! I am out $68!

DO NOT ORDER FROM TeeChip.com! Of the two tee shirts i recently ordered, 1 came in with serious print flaws, and 1 came in as listed in description. I took pictures of the print flaws and requested a very simple exchange for the same product, (Not a $ return) After numerous emails, my request was declined and case closed. I work for a large retailer and this was a simple exchange and would have left me with a positive outlook on the company. I will never order from this company and i am proceeding to leave negative reviews on all social media sites.

I ordered an It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia shirt off off these guys June 23rd. They said they would print shirts and ship July 9th. That already kind of sucks. July 9th came and went and no shirt, no tracking, nothing. Around the 12th I decided to call their customer service department. After going through the prompts and pushing the right numbers their system said it would kick me to an operator. And it started to ring, and it continued to ring for a while with no answer. So I hung up and tried again. Same result. There was no one manning their phones during regular business hours. So I contacted Paypal and started a claim. No response, no shirt, nothing. Thankfully I used Paypal and they forced a refund after 10 days. These scumbags probably play a percentage game stealing money from anyone who is too lazy or just forgets to force a refund. Send them money at your own risk.
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
