Terrible experience. I ordered on 5/2 and still haven't received my order. It stated my order would ship in 5 to 7 days. Now states it will ship in 30 to 35 days. I contacted customer service and they refused to cancel or refund.
I placed an order for 4 tees back on April 29,2020. Still haven't received my order number nor have I received a tracking number. They got their money, but I don't have anything. Recommend you don't purchase from them.
First order for 2 malamute masks and two days later an order for 10 masks. This was in April 2020. Money for the order was removed from my bank account the same day. It has been over 4 weeks and I have not received my order. When I contact TeeChip I am told to provide my shipment order, I have done this 8 times, called 5 times and they can not find my order. They also tell me they can not find my email address, I have had this address for 20 years.
No one contacts me on emails nor phone calls At this point I believe I am never going to receive my purchase and they have stole my money! Do not order anything thru them.

Contacted PayPal. They supposedly never responded to PayPal either. I never received email with order number. When I received email with shipping info, it came from cozy-shirts!? Very very poor customer service! Stay away!
I ordered a blanket for my Mother, for Mother's Day. It is now the 15th of May, and haven't received it. They charged me twice for it, and I can't reach them. I am on disability, and don't know how to get a refund. Do Not order from these douchbags!

Ordered 3 items on April 19, one tshirt, 2 masks. I received the tshirt a couple days ago but no word on where my masks are. I have tried calling. Recorded message, emailing... canned answers and finally got a 'human' response that said my masks are still processing... it has been almost 30 days since they were put into 'processing' and then they're telling me it will be more days of processing and up to 21 days of shipping once they ship! Told them to cancel them and no response. The tshirt I received matches the masks so really doesn't do me any good at this point to have. Offered to send back so I can get a full refund... no response. Don't buy from this company. They are horrible.

Ordered a shirt, but tried to cancel it after seeing a coffee cup with the same design. I clicked on the coffee cup and it placed the order WITHOUT ME DOING ANYTHING FURTHER! In the end that was fine - because I wanted the cup, but the only thing I can figure is since I had ordered / paid for the shirt they someone just used the same information. Whoa! Not what you want to see happening from a site and don't tell me it's AI crap because this site isn't but a shell. Anyway - tried to cancel the t-shirt - 10 minutes after placing the order - NOTHING from them. Their customer service arm is CRAP! NOTHING! I'm happy with the coffee cup, but I got a freak'n t-shirt I didn't want and NO WAY to return unless it's "damaged" somehow. Big money grab is all this company is. I should have researched them before placing an order. The 3 star overall rating for these guys is a GIFT. They suck...
Bought a tee shirt for my wife for her birthday. Within a day they said they couldn't meet the delivery. And a month later still no tee shirt. They are just a scam.

Trying to track my order, still haven't received my shirt. All 800 numbers hang up on you or are busy. Sent multiple emails, nothing, nada, no response Giving it a few more days and I will be contacting BBB. I put my email in and name in to track order it states I do not exist. WOW, they took my money, but really? I don't exist?

I placed an order for Mother's Day for my mom and it was said to be delivered by the 8th of may. Needless to say I didnt get my product nor did I get a confirmation of my payment, tracking number or a response to my email concerning these matters. I know that they received my payment because I used my paypal account and they sent me my confirmation right away. At this point my mother wont get her gift and I want my money back!. I called and wasn't able to reach anyone and when I tried to email again my email was rejected this time. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
