I ordered a COVID-19 mask on 4/24. The COVID update they published on their website stated that "US orders will ship within 14 to 21 days of purchase." 30 days later, my order still hasn't shipped. The mask won't even be needed if it ever arrives because it's taking them so long to ship. I asked for my money back and they refused. There are lots of t-shirt shops on the internet. Find one that cares more about their customers than these scoundrels.
UPDATE: I paid for my mask with Paypal. After writing this review, I lodged a complaint against TeeChip through PayPal for non-delivery of my mask. Immediately, TeeChip responded by cancelling my order and refunding my money. This doesn't make them any less of scoundrels because they did refuse to refund me when I asked by email, but it offers an avenue of recourse for anyone else who they cheated. I will never do business with this firm again.

I order two masks almost a month ago and the status has been at printing for weeks. When I reached out to customer service and asked where was my merchandise they tried to give me a blanket answer until I crushed that timeline and said if that was true my item would have been received the day before they were responding. I think they are a big scam!
I ordered a face mask that was supposed to be an image of a real Pug's face on it. After over a month, it finally arrived for my grown son, and it's a cheap cotton mask with a cartoon character of a dog on it. NOT at all what I ordered. AND the had the gall to charge me full price for something I didn't order. DON"T order from this company. It's a total scam.
Shocking! Ordered a nice A3 sized, laminated guitar theory poster and it is rubbish! If you have a paper printer then do it your self! I spent nearly £25 on this piece of crap and they make it impossible to do a refund. Do not waste money!
This company is also known as liontees and celebrity tees. They are a scam. There is NO way to change or cancel an order. They do not reply to emails. There is a phone number but all you get is an answering machine. A RUDE answering machine. I accidentally ordered 2 shirts and only wanted one. I realized it immediately and sent a request to cancel one order. I never heard back from them for a month, and after it had shipped. They stated the item had shipped and so no cancellation or refund. I have not received anything yet.
It took more than 1 month for our t-shirt to arrive. There was no communication about the delay even when we asked for an explanation. When the t-shirt arrived there was printing on the back that we hadn't known would be on it. Will never order from them again.
I paid a premium for 2 t-shirts. They are 4 inches - YES 4 INCHES - wider than their size chart. They are TENTS on me and as far as I can see there is NO WAY to return them for a refund. You will never get a person on the phone and they do not reply to emails. I finally filed a dispute with PayPay and will file a claim if I have to. Definitely not worth the hassel.
This company is also known as Gossgear, among other names. My order was placed on 4/16, with a promise of delivery in 5-10 days. It is now 5/21 and the order is still "processing". Co. Refuses to refund my purchase, so I opened a dispute with my credit card. Now Gossgear/Teechip wants to refund $8.98 ONLY if I withdraw my dispute. Not gonna happen. They also said they would expedite this order. After 1+ month, that's clearly not the case. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS! I'd give zero or negative stars if that was an option. EDIT: I placed a claim with the company for a refund, which they refused, and I also placed a claim with my charge company. The card company refunded my purchase, and the shirt (finally) arrived on 5/27. I won't be returning the shirt or the refund. An order that was supposed to have been shipped in "5-10 days" took more than a month to arrive. Horrendous company under ANY name. BUYER BEWARE!
I ordered posters of Maya Angelou's "Phenomenal Woman
" for graduation gifts for several young women in my family. The quality of the posters is rally awful and THERE IS A TYPO ON THE POSTERS! ("Ism a woman"? That's not how the poem goes, TeeChip.) I cannot give them as gifts and the $25 price tag on each is ridiculous. Very expensive paper is what I bought.
Ordered two tee shirts for my granddaughter on May 2,2020. Paid thru PayPal but have never gotten a confirmation email. Payment went right thru but since I don't have a confirmation order number, I can't get thru to anyone. NO ONE ANSWERS THE FU**ING PHONE! Can't email without a confirmation number, which I don't have! Says tee chip is ranked 146th in the tee shirt business. Is the ranking of the total 150 tee shirt companies in the world?
I ordered four masks from these people two months ago. I received one and it was total crap. I have toilet paper thicker then that mask! Their email is a fake and the phone number they give nobody answers. ALL of the stuff they sell comes from China even though they say printed in USA.

Although the Sleevless TEE SHIRT was great is was way too small even for an XL. I will have to pass it along to someone who weres a smaller size.
I ordered masks on April 24,2020. Still has not received product, but charged my account. I used several phone numbers, only a recording that does not answer any questions. Did not receive confirmation. I will have to stop payment.
Ordered masks 4/24/2020. Went into processing 5/1/2020. Still in processing have not been sent out. Way to long for processing. Took a week to get from order to the processing department. Seems a little long. But they took my money without a problem. Going on the 4th week in processing. Wow.
Will not respond to my emails or questions. I understand it is a busy time with everyone wanted masks. Don't except orders if you can't get them done in a timely manner. I bought these for gifts and still have not been sent. Very upsetting and frustrating.
I ordered a shirt for my husband on April 19th. It is May 18th and I have not received and will not answer to me or PayPal. It was for his birthday. Saw ad on Facebook, won't make that mistake again. Hope PayPal can get my money back!
I ordered a t-shirt from this company on 04/30/2020. It said that it would ship within 5-15 business days. When I checked back on 05/15/2020 it said that it was still printing, so I messaged the seller asking what's taking them so long. Now it is 05/18/2020, and it still says printing, and of course I never heard back from the seller either. I finally just now ended up filing a claim through paypal.
I placed an order on 4/17 for a mask and received no order confirmation so no order#. The email provided for inquiries is invalid. In order to contact in writing, they require an order number. Will be reporting through paypal.
After a month of waiting I never heard from tee chip. Not anything. They never confirmed my purchase thankfully I used PayPal. I tried to email tee chip and got a default email that the address was not valid. Scam don't use
