This company does not answer emails as to when your order will be received & don't think about calling them. They did not have a problem taking my money out of my account. I have 2 orders totaling over $100.00 since May 3rd & have yet to hear from them. I reported it to PayPal & nothing has been done. WTF, You have my money give me my product or refund me. Absolutely the WORST COMPANY! Do Not waste your time or Money!

I totally get COVID-19, however I am not sure why there are NO customer service capabilites with this business. There is no one to answer questions and the fact that I placed an order on April 27,2020 with no one to speak with and no order/product is frustrating. The fact that i was so excited to get these masks and not getting them or even knowing if my order was received makes the situation even more upsetting, especially since I paid for the prooduct. What is the point of having a number to call when no one is available to speak with. I can only hope to get my money back now, but at this rate that may be impossible. I would not recommend this business. Also this is my first review ever, normally I don't take the time, but no one should have to go through what I have been through. If I could give no stars I would. Sincerely, Still Waiting

No email response, phone line always busy. No merchandise received and no way to track shipping process.

Beware - if you ask for a refund you will not receive a full refund.

I have made several purchases from them and never received a confirmation email from any of them so I have no order number. When I go on the website and try to track it by my name and email it says that they have no record of me. I'm trying to find out when they might possibly ship because it's been two months and I've emailed twice and it bounces back and says that it's not an accurate email. I've also called but can't get in touch with anyone because every number you press just sends you to a recorded line. I will never purchase from them again and I'm not even sure that I'm going to get the merchandise that I paid for.

They charge you for orders you never make, THEN they re-charge you for the SAME order you never made! When you try to call them, they give you two options; 1 to check status of order or 2 to cancel order yet when you press that, you have to visit the website... which is just giving you status on the crap you never ordered! When you do email them, in dispute, even a day later, your order has already been processed, so it's too late and you're already stuck with a stupid face mask you'll never use!

The worst!

This "business/company" sucks. The site says orders will ship within 3 weeks. It's beyond 3 weeks and I have yet to receive my item. I asked to know when it was being shipped e times, the last email specifying not to be told "soon." The last word of my email is "soon." I asked where items ship from. It wasn't answered. All they did was waltz around my questions like they are on DWTS. A bot is more helpful. A salted slug is quicker. Trump is more professional. This company is the worst.

I ordered a simple mask 5/12/2020. The tracking is still stuck at printing. This is ridiculous. They immediately took my money but no item. I think that it is a scam and I will not order from them again. All of the other masks that i ordered from other places has arrived a long time ago.

Run run run! Do not order from these thieves. Raymond Lei has about 20 similar companies with the same address. They take your money and then you don't get your product. Any emails are responded with a bot reply that is basically the same every time you write to them. The phone number doesn't work. RUN!

Don't bother

After waiting 6 weeks for my order it vanished, along with my money. Never received my order, tracking number doesn't work and can't contact anyone in customer no-service! My only option now is to dispute the charge with my bank and hope I get my money back.

I was under the impression that I could pick the dogs on my t shirt and I picked chihauhes but I got the main dogs that you avertised the ad with. Like some sort of Terriers on it. Other than that it was good.

First ordered my jumper on the 06 of April for a birthday present in may... it's now the 27th of may and I'm still yet to receive my package.
Have constantly emailed them asking for an update and have been told numerous different things!
And absolute pathetic company, save yourself time and money and do not order through them!

I ordered a tshirt from them through PayPal. Never received a verification email, but they did take my money. After I called them to find out why I hadn't received any shipping details, they told me they weren't even showing that I had ordered anything... but they still got my money. This is nothing but a scam site!

I ordered two masks in mid-April and as of mid May have not received. Asked for money back and was refunded half. Since they couldn't fulfill their orders, they should refund entire amount.
