I did the live chat and Marlon was completely worthless. No help at all. They say 5-15 days but they dont state business days till you already order. The customer service just sucks and not helpful at all. I will never order from this place again.
I bought a face mask form TeeChip. I never received my item. I contacted the company several times and received a bot response telling me that my mask was "in production". One month later I filed a complaint with Pay Pal. TeeChip did not respond to them. They did send me an e-mail stating that if I dropped the complaint, i would receive a half refund. I went back to PayPal and escalated my complaint to a claim. Two minutes later, my claim was resolved in my favor for a full refund. This company is totally unreliable and a scam.
I ordered a black tee shirt for my son - in law with a Best Dad logo with a Notre Dame symbol. I received a plain brown tee shirt with NOTHING ON IT. I sent emails, tried to make calls to Customer Service but given to options to choose, neither was to talk to Or be connected to a representative.
I placed an order on May 11,2020, as of today, June 11,2020, I have not received my order. I tried to track my order, but when submitting my information, I'm told that my information can not be found. At this point all I want is a refund of my $28.00, and I do not plan on ever ordering from Teechip again.
This company is not legitimate, they will take your money, then tell you to wait and wait for your items. If you purchase from them, be sure to pay using a credit card that can be refunded when the company does not send what you have ordered and paid for. THEY WILL NOT REFUND! YOU WILL NEED TO DISPUTE CHARGE!
Order masks on 4/22/2020 $132.22 was deducted from my account. Received a email on 5/1/2020 that my order was processed and would ship in 14 to 21 business days.

I ordered an I LOVE LUCY face mask on 4/25/20 and it finally arrived today, 6/8/20. It took much longer to get here than I expected and when I opened the package my Lucy mask had no image of Lucille Ball! Her face, on the left side was sewn over and so was Fred Mertz on the right. You only see Ricky and Ethel. It looks nothing like the photo on their site with all 4 of the I Love Lucy characters showing across the mask. It's crap! When I emailed to ask why it was taking so long past the 21 days to send my order I got a canned response that it's all because of COVID. I'm very disappointed and will never order from Tee Chip again. They also market their stuff on the I Love Lucy fan page and I will post a negative review there as well. Avoid this company because their product quality is poor along with their customer service.
Firstly, I ordered two masks from TeeChip and it took five weeks to receive them. Secondly, I wore each mask one time and the flimsy string that goes around the ears broke. I can't take a picture of the masks because the string on these masks are being repaired by my dry cleaners.
I would avoid doing business with this company unless you like extremely slow service and poor quality, over priced merchandise. This company should not be allowed to do business in the United States.
At not point did I ever receive communication from TeeChip regarding my purchase. And to make matters worse, I never got an order number. That of course made it impossible to find out where my order was! When you phone they want an order number. When you write they want an order number. I complained to PayPal and I think that made then resolve my issue. After 4 weeks I received the item. But never ever got any type of communication from them. I would stay away from them, especially if you want something quickly, or maybe at all. And their email address was invalid!
Do not purchase from Tee Chip. Total rip off. They ignore all contact. I cancelled my order the day I ordered it- and they went ahead and charged my credit card and printed the shirt weeks after I ordered and after I had repeatedly contacted them cancelling my order. When they finally did respond when I put a hold on the purchase they finally contacted me with really no response at all. Shameful behavior. They should be ashamed.
Poorly poorly done this still owe me a hoodie I paid for and a mask I paid for over a month ago! I dont want to hear nothing about no Corona Because Ive receive ever package and early sometime that I've oder from other places! I get a black Tshirt with a cheap looking press on mada looking all fade like I wore it 5 times already and it had been wash! Then send me a dark blue one with black letters! Just got done disputing the charge on my CC. I was charged 10 days ago and still haven't even received a confirmation email from them. I tried sending an email the address provided in the Paypal transaction, and it bounced back as an invalid address. I then tried to check the status of my order from their site. Well, I don't have an order number and when I tried to search for it using my name and email, it says no order exists. Would NOT recommend them.
I ordered 3 shirts for mothers day on May 1st, when I ordered it said it would be shipped with in 5-7 business days, the email confirmation said that due to covid-19 it would be 5-15 days but I still have not received anything. The number they give you to call does not have a live person you can speak with, when I track my order using that number it always says my order is going to be shipped in the next 5 days. I've sent tons of emails and have not received any reply. This morning I found them on Facebook and sent a message, I got an auto reply stating they will reply during their regular business hours, I guess I'll find out Monday if they really do. I understand companies can be behind because of covid-19 BUT if the company had to close during the shut down then they need to say they are closed and not take any orders until they open back up. I would recommend not ordering from is company EVER!
I placed an order for a face mask in April. Took approx 2 1/2 weeks for first mask to be delivered. Not sure if I didn't thoroughly read the description, but the mask is only 1 small piece of cloth and the elastic loops are so small it is not comfortable to wear. I noticed right away that the stitching on the product was very poor and the elastic was barely held on with just a few stitches. The first time I put it on, the elastic came off one side. I filed a claim with the company and 1 1/2-2 weeks later I finally received a response that they would send me another one. I understand things are slow with the "pandemic" right now... but how can it take this long to send some a crappy product? Wish I could get a full refund, mask definitely not worth $20.
I placed an order for 3 shirts back in early april, thank god I used paypal so I could get my money back. After a month, I emailed them to get an update on my order, as I had heard nothing and the site had said it was a 5 to 15 day delivery time. I recieved an email back stating, my order had just gone into production? After almost another month, just msgd saying they would look into it with no follow up. I emailed them again, 2 days ago asking for an update and if no one contacted me, I would have to cancel, my next reply said my order was canceled! So I informed paypal and will order elsewhere. Not with the time spent.
They don't deserve 1 star. I advice not to order with this company. I ordered a mask on May 3,2020 and still have not received it. Order is stillin printing status. I will NEVER order from TeeChip again! They just lost a customer!
This company takes your money and then will hold it forever while you wait for a product that may never come. They keep extending the time it will take and are unapologetic There are many BBB complaints and even Facebook groups just dedicated to warning people about this company. STAY AWAY!
I ordered a mask back in April. It is now June and I still haven't received it. I get no where with customer service on when it was going to be shipped out and I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund I was told that I was unable to since it's in production process. I stated that it been in product processing since the 22nd of April. I highly recommend not buying anything from this company
They don't deserve 1 star. I ordered a mask on April 28th 2020. It keeps saying it will be shipped out in 5 days. There is no live person to talk to. Most horrible customer service ever! They refuse to cancel my order because of in the processing part! I understand Covid19 has impacted our lives but I have gotten other orders from other companies quicker than this! I will NEVER order from TeeChip again! They just lost a customer! I put in picture because it says it will be shipped out in so many days, but hasn't, and it is now June.
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
