Ordered masks over a month ago and still haven't received anything! Tried to cancel order and they said they couldn't due to the fact they already printed a label. This was 2 weeks after I ordered from them. Why would you print a label if order wasn't ready to ship. They said I would have my order in two weeks that they would expedite the order. They time has past. Now they are offering a 10% refund! Disputing charges with bank and PayPal! Read reviews don't order from this company! Save your money and time!
Over a month ago I ordered one single mask! Still waiting! I contacted them twice fior them to say it's to late for a refund! Still no mask! Never again! Worst company ever!
Normally I do not write reviews however I am very displeased with this company and want people to consider going elsewhere before they purchase. I purchased 2 shirts on May 30th through PayPal. Last week I realized I never received any confirmation email from the company. I checked all email boxes to make sure and nothing. The only thing I had received on this order was my PayPal receipt. I tried to contact the company through, chat, phone, email, and the contact us box, all of which required an order number that I did not have (because I never received an email from them with any of the info). I even tried the find my order number area on the website where I entered the information asked of me, and it came back as no information found. I opened a dispute with PayPal and first had to send a message to the seller from their site. This message was emailed Friday and came back with an problem and could not be delivered. It stated that it would resend in 24 hours. It resent Saturday, Sunday and Monday and still nothing. This company clearly does not want to help its customers with issues because it does not give a way to contact them if you never receive an order number.
Do not purchase from this website and their sister site teecozi.com! They have stolen my artwork and refuse to take it down! If you want real artwork and not to be scammed like the ones below who are still waiting to receive their orders, please go on Etsy, Society6, and other websites.
This is absolutely, unequivocally, the worst internet company that I have EVER dealt with. They are a total scam. Been over six weeks since I placed an order for four identical cloth face masks. Nothing but lie after lie re: when they are going to ship. They won't answer their phones. Just keep getting recording saying that their production has been delayed because of Covid. STAY AWAY!
I ordered a tee shirt for Father's Day on 6/2. As of today, 6/15, it hasn't even been printed. The customer service was efficient and professional and they claim they will refund the $35.00 (I know, ridiculous) to my paypal. I mean, no one thought MAYBE get the Dad shirts shipped and delivered by Father's Day? I mean, is this 1992? Disappointing
This place has already been reported to the better business Bureau. The reviews on Instagram or all bad. Call your credit card company and report them on Instagram. Let get rid of these scammers
I placed an order on May 11th and still haven't recieved my order and its been 5 weeks. This was supposed to be a Father's Day gift that I wont have in time. Also, when you call them, you don't get to speak with a live person, just a recording. When you do the live chat, the person only gives generic responses, so nothing was solved. Then I was going to cancel my order, but the person closed the chat before I could. I will never shop from this site again and I suggect no one else does either.
Do not order and thing from them. I ordered a mask in April here we are June and nothing, asked for a refund they stayed they can't give me a refund because there site says in process! Customer service completely sucks this company is a scam to say the least very disappointed negative star review

I ordered a long sleeve t shirt from this company. It cost $35.94. They never sent my shirt or refunded my money. I'm really mad. I wanted that shirt so bad. I contacted Paypal and they contacted the company which never replied. Stay away from this company unless you want to be ripped off!

I ordered and paid for 4 masks and only received two several weeks later that were low print and low sewing quality. I understand why it took so long for them to arrive with our given circumstances, but when I asked to return them for a refund they only offered to send more of the same merchandise. They will not reply to any of my messages and have not refunded any of my $68.

They will take your money and not send you your order. I bought $54 worth of masks and they only refunded me $17. You get the standard, "I'm sorry for your frustration." I ordered the masks back in April. It is now mid-June and no one can tell me why my order hasn't shipped yet. I've been trying to cancel my order and they won't let me. This is called FRAUD.
I have been waiting over a month and it still says in printing. Tried to get a refund and was told no. Every other tshirt place I've ordered from takes 3 wks or less. I believe this is a rip off. I'm contacting my bank to dispute the purchase and have my bank get my money back. Don't waste your time or money.
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
