Shirt had never arrived. Attempted to use order # to track purchase. They (bot service) states no such number. Provide email address: it won't use email address because order# doesn't work. Call *******816 and it states no such order. I can't make contact with anyone. I'm going to notify my credit card company of this fraud, along with BBB and USPS for mail fraud along with FTC of fraud!
They said it would take 14-21 days to ship my order. It's been 31 days and they refuse to cancel the order or refund my money. I am beginning to think it isn't a real company. I'll just do a chargeback with my card company.
Wow, wow, wow... my daughter ordered me a Pittsburgh Penguins mask for a gift & it is the WORST QUALITY MADE MASK I've seen! First there is no backing so its a single THIN piece of material I can see right through, it is sewn horribly like it was just thown together, the elastic is cheap, cheap, cheap! & It took 2½ months to get to me. It is one I will not even bother to wear as it could not possibly garner ANY protection to ANYONE. I understand you say there's no guarantee of protection & it's not a medical mask but shame on you Teechip for even putting a product this inferior out there. If this is any indication of your products I would surely not be purchasing anything else from you.
I had bought a mask on May 12,2020 to mach my cap and gown for my virtual graduation and pictures. This store name was Naptural Store. They're ad made it seem like it was a black owned company. I highly doubt it as the website said nothing to that effect, however, I took a risk anyways.
I have ordered all my graduation items during covid and mostly from small businesses and some large and none had delivery issues.
On June 10, I sent an email. They responded June 14 saying item should ship by June 11. Sounds like a generic canned response since June 11 had passed before they sent me an email. When I looked on the site for tracking on June 24th it said it was still processing.
I opened a case on PayPal June 24. Within 10 mins, I received an email stating they will cancel my order and issue a refund.
This company is horrible in communication/ customer service. If they had kept open communication during the process, I would have felt comfortable. However, I would have canceled long ago. My graduation has come and gone now. Don't need that particular mask.
I will never buy from this company and they need to be shut down.

I ordered face masks in May with a promised delivery date within 2 weeks. It's been 5 weeks now and no masks. Calling the company on two different phone numbers only gets me a recording advising I cannot cancel my order. Are you kidding? I got PayPal involved who is trying to get me in touch with a company rep, but so far nothing. No response at all. I do not recommend this company.
It has been two months since I ordered face masks and I still have not received them. I sent an email on June 18 and their response was that my order is due to ship out on May 27th... It did not ship out on May 27th, however, so I am just going back and forth with incompetent people who refuse to refund my money saying that it is already in process and is "printing" NO! It is NOT in process and it is NOT printing, as it has been TWO whole months and nothing has happened with my order. I will never buy from this company again.
There is no one to talk to over the phone. I have sent numerous emails. No response. I was never even sent an order number so there is no way to track or get a refund as you need the number to do so. All of this and they still took my money. I feel completely scammed!

They do not even deserve on star. I wish I would have read reviews before I bought shirts. I ordered a month ago for a birthday gift and still no package. I have tried to call and email but nothing I put my information in for them to look up my order and says cannot be found but the very day I purchased these shirts they took the money out of my account. I'm so upset over this. My friends birthday is this weekend and I can't even speak to anyone as to why its still not here a month later. BULL$#*!
I ordered masks from them almost 2 months ago. I never got order number just a confirmation from paypal. They took my money have never delivered the masks. No way to contact them because I do not have an order number. They are a scam. I did get 2 tshirts from them that took about 3 weeks. No impressed with them. Very low quality. Do not buy from them. I think the reviews that say they are great customer service are faked because there is no customer service. Email came back as bad email address. Chat has never worked and customer service contact never worked because I don't have an order number because they never sent me a confirmation. Only took my money. Raymond Lei is the owner. I ordered Father's day gift one month in advance (May 20th), and their timeline still says they are printing the shirt (now June 22)! They tried to blame it on COVID, but it was nothing personalized, so should have been ready to send, if not within the original 15 days they promised in all their media, at least completed printing after 10 days they stared from the get go! When I reached out to customer service, they barely apologized and didn't even respond to my second email.
Shirt says Fruit of the Loom but another tag with a hole in it was behind it. Material was very rough. Hope it get better when I wash it with some Downy. The graphics were very washed out. Bad silk screening. Will not buy from them again.

Well, cheap product, not as pictured, didn't fit. No invoice in box. Contacted company by email, response was in very broken English, had no store in US, suggested I give to a friend. WHAT? Lesson learned: don't buy from these foreign companies with US front! Read reviews. The shoe ad I saw on Pinterest I never saw again after I complained. Cheap stuff sold at exorbitant profits to us American suckers who are techno consumed.

They didn't provide an order number to be able to track order process which made it super difficult to get any assistance via the phone numbers provided because they ask for your order number. Which I was never given. They are thieves and horrible for business. I've reached on several time on Facebook as well as IG and no one responds. They'll read it but not reply. That's how terrible these people are. So I'm basically out of $60+ with no indication of any assistance to refund my money. You guys should be ashamed of yourself stealing from hard working individuals. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FOR THIS FAKE COMPANY!
I ordered one face mask on 5/17/20. Never received it. I emailed multiple times to check the status, got the same return email with a few word changes. Can't speak to someone when you call in. Glad I paid for it through Paypal, just got my money back FULL REFUND. DON'T SHOP ON THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY.

Ordered an Autism Awareness shirt on May 8,2020. Order stated would ship 'between 5-15 business days'. It has now been over a month with no shipping or delivery date. I ordered this as a way to show my autistic daughter that I supported her. Now I can't with this shirt. Stay Away!
I ordered a mask from them on April 28th. It's June 14th and still no sign of it. I should've known when there are NO processes available to speak to a person. The provide the offer to file a claim up front. I got an email back saying they were giving me back half my money but did not. The website says it's still in production. They are also known as TEEXURY and advertise on Facebook.
Let's see, if I had the product I could give you a review but since it's been just short of two months and I have nothing I can't help. I've emailed them at least three times and just get an automated reply. I found something else to give to my friend for her birthday. Super disappointed!

Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
