I ordered 2 Clippers face masks from Teechip & I am very pleased with my purchase. The quality of the product is excellent & the fit is very comfortable. Due to COVID, it took several weeks for the product to arrive but that was understandable. They were definitely worth the wait!
I ordered a t shirt a month ago. The phone number is a recording that sounds like a robot and never an option to speak to a person and their email address comes back undeliverable. Ive requested a refund through paypal. Also, since ordering I think they used both my cell and email address for a ton of spam. And filthy disgusting spam at that. Run!
It's been 3 months. I received on item in my order but the other item has been "processing" for the past couple months. I have contacted them a couple times and always told it is processing and will be shipped soon. I was offered a discount for another purchase. Why on earth would I want to deal with this company again? One child has her t-shirt but the other child is still waiting for his. Don't use this company!

I'm quite annoyed with TeeChip. I placed an order on April 26th for 1 item that was paid via paypal. I received my paypal receipt of payment but since then I have yet to receive any form of communication from TeeChip regarding the order that I placed. Oh and if I try to cancel said order... I FLUCKIN can't because I was NEVER provided an order #. So their automated customer phone service is B. S., their website chat never works, and trying to get someone to acknowledge your emails is a joke. My only hope is that PayPal will have better luck and I can get my money back.
My suggestion to anyone that has not received their order and all communication has been unanswered to FILE A FRAUD CLAIM with your bank or credit union. Be sure to have a copy of your purchase and dates you attempted to reach this company, it will ensure for a speedy process.
They are the worst! DO NOT ORDER from this crappy and overpriced crap that you can bu for 60% cheaper! When a company has awful customer service& refuse a refund after waiting 2 months for your order which still hasn't shipped out! They don't honor anything and give you the run around! Run away from this crappy site!
Placed my order over a month ago. I did not receive an order number but they had no problem deducting from paypal. The support email address is invalid (should always try that in future) and you can't get past the automated phone recording but you need an order number (how convenient). Could not get a live person. After a month of no response, I made a complaint to paypal and within minutes received a cancellation notice from TeeChip saying they will refund my order. I should have checked reviews prior to purchase.
At the beginning of May 2020, I ordered a 33 dollar shirt from TeeChip. After more than one month of my shirt being in "printing" status, TeeChip claims that my shirt will be delivered on July 4th. Why does it take more than 2 months for my shirt to be delivered - more than two months from the order date to the delivery date? Very dissatisfied with the TeeChip customer service and shipping! If I could, I would give TeeChip ZERO STARS. I will never buy from TeeChip EVER AGAIN.
I ordered 1 shirt, yes 1 shirt on May 27th for my father for Father's day and it has yet to be shipped. It has been in "production" since May 28th. Everytime I reach out to them they tell me it is in print status and then will be sent out. They gave me two different ship dates of 06/16/2020 and 06/25/2020 which it was not sent out either date. They refuse to refund cause they say it is a custom item. They have deleted all my reviews and comments from Facebook and blocked me from being able to leave any messages or comments. Do not do business with this place. I have contacted BBB and also started the dispute process through my bank. BEWARE.

Place and order 6/5/2020 company says it is in processing 6/10 todays date 6/29 and no update, no tracking no response on the phone finally after 15 mins waiting on chat got support. Claims shipping out next week. Problem is this was one tee shirt for a gift July 8th shipping to Nevada. Wow. So no matter what company name they use service was crappy and will not order from either name again or a Facebook ad so far this is the 3rd company from Facebook that SUCKED... and they use multiple names and USA city claiming to be located here SHAM SHAME
I ordered on the 21st of May, payment was taken the 22nd of May, and here it is June 29th and still nothing. It continues to say it is in printing, the site says it will ship in 14-21 days after processing.

UPDATE: I was finally sent a notification that my order was shipped. Shipping by DHL and I contacted them after 12 days of waiting only to find out that ChipTee.com sent me a bogus tracking# AND DHL verified there is no package to be shipped to me. TeeChip lied to me about shipping my item.
I place my order on April 4th. It stated that it would be 14 to 21 days for the order to process and ship. We are now at 70 days and they will not give me a window for when the item will ship. I sent numerous emails and they constantly respond with an apology and due to the overwhelming response, they are behind schedule. They offer very little information and will not give me a direct answer. I asked them to give me a window is it one week? Is it six weeks? They will know that answer but will refuse to respond. They keep sending copy and pasted form letters to me with a link to my item to show me that it's processing. I know it's processing, why do they think I keep emailing them on a daily basis? I threatened them with the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General and filing a claim with PayPal and I still get no response except the basic answer of due to high demand the running behind and of course the link to my order which is been processing or over a month and a half. I believe this company is scamming people and the only way to get your money back is by filing with your credit card company or PayPal. They've refunded almost half of my order in two different transactions through PayPal, however, I would rather have a direct answer from them. I feel sorry for the customer service people who have to deal with the complaints And angry customers. I do not recommend this site, I would avoid them at all costs unless you're willing to lose your money. You get nothing but the run around through customer service emails.
I ordered a 3-pack of face masks on April 25. The site said the order would ship in 14 to 21 days. Okay, not great but okay. It's now two months later. They claimed the order shipped in early June but the shipper has no record of it. Stay away from these scammers.
After waiting almost two months for my order which had not yet shipped. I was refused a full refund on my order by this f***ed-up organization. Ref.- Order #RL-*******-*******. Covid 19 is NOT an excuse since other online merchants are refunding unshipped orders upon request, no conditions or questions asked. The best that they were willing to do was to give me a credit of $6.98 on an order totalling $69.82 and ship once they had put the ordered items "in production". This company advertises under different names on Facebook, so be very wary of order any printed t-shirts or accessories from a Facebook vendor. Their assumed name that burnrd me ws 'Ireland my love". They are a bunch of crooked bastards.
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
