I ordered a t-shirt in May and I am still waiting 3 months later. I can't seem to find a live person to discuss this issue and I am given the run around when I call.
Also, I can't track my order because the routing number is incorrect. What a waste of money!
The absolute worst buying experience I've had in a very long time. Ordered a Frank Zappa, charcoal colored cotton face mask. Took over a month to receive the item. What I ended up getting was a black face mask, with no graphics, made out of some type of ultra thin material. Wouldn't wear it even if it had the correct graphics as the material is so thin, the product would be useless. Have filed a complaint with both Teecup and my credit card company. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
There are thousands of complaints about this company not shipping product and taking your money. Can't cancel to get money back. They won't answer phones. Bad rating on Better Business. Report them to the FTC. Federal Trade Commission. I will. They have multiple company names. I should have checked ratings before ordering. I ordered through paypal. They won't give back money either
I am beyond disappointed with this company. I have been waiting nearly sixty days for my Funny face masks which were very pricey, compared to others I have purchased since. They don't have anyway to contact a real person! When I sent them an inquiry regarding my order the first time ( 6 weeks in), they responded with an email that my order was on the way. 9 Days later, still no order, and DHL claims they never had my order to begin with! I reached out with another online complaint, because they took my money ( almost $48 dollars!) and was promised that a representative would contact me. Still nothing and I am worried they will try to charge my account again. I tried to reach out again today and they said my email address is incorrect? Crooks!
I have bought this color changing mug for my father and after washing it 2 times the layer was falling off. Worst quality... don't buy this it will be waste of your money

When I first saw these online I question about buying them. Once I receive them I couldn't wait to put them on and go outside and have a ball with them. Here in California we are all still wearing face masks and it's great to drive down the street with a funny face mask on just to be different. I never went by my pharmacist and the entire Pharmacist and Pharmacy assistance all busted out laughing so hard. Thank you so much for making my day and for making other people laugh. Hello everyone yes I've ordered my shirts may 4 2020 when June 5th came I still hadn't received my t-shirts so I called my bank for a refund because I was unable to talk to anyone about my order so my bank refunded my money so on July 7th guess what I got my shirts and they were just like the picture from Facebook and they feel fit fine yes it took a while but worth the wait I gave a because of being unable to speak to someone
Bought a T-shirt from this Company and when I took it out of its package, the shirt looked like crap. Wasn't printed very well and all in all the shirt looked horrible! I emailed them about it and they asked me to send pictures of the shirt for proof So I emailed it over to them and I have never heard anything back! So... I got stuck with a $#*!ty looking shirt. I don't recommend this company.
I would not recommend TeeChip to anyone. I placed an order on May 8,2020 in plenty time to receive it for a Father's day gift for my husband. As of today July 8,2020, I still have not received the t-shirt I ordered. I have emailed them on four different occasions only to be told my order is being processed and they will notify the processing center. I requested a full refund and was told they could not give me one because my t-shirt has already been sent to printing. Seriously how long could it possible take to print? So extremely disappointed! Don't waste your money on a company who does not honor their shipping time frames or your money.
Ordered a cute mask with picture of Bernese Moutain Dog. Took forever to arrive with no response to emails. The ear straps are so short my ears bend over making me look like a elf. I am average in size and this was ordered as adult size. Will never use again!
They are under investigation by the Indiana Attorney General's office, they have had so many complaints. They take your money, the product is never shipped, they tell you can't cancel your order. I only received a refund after I contacted the AG and the BBB. The many emails (which the AG now has), chats, and phone calls got me nowhere.

I ordered a mask 4/20/20. It is now 7/7/20 and the tracking shows the mask is still waiting to be printed. I was told a month and a half ago it was on its way. It has even been made, let alone shipped. I can't get them to refund me or reply.
The site is selling designs from David Uhl studios are are not licensed. Anyone who purchases from this site is supporting a thief.
They don't even deserve one star. Order a few items over a month ago. Status shows it has been printing for over 4 weeks. No answers on shipmemt. 5-14 days is a bunch of bull.
It took 6 weeks to get my product instead of the advertised 10 days. Their recorded message said it was because of covid-19, so why not just put that on the website and say there will be delayed shipping time?
Additionally, the product is not as advertised. I ordered a mask with a picture of Elvis. Their ad showed the mass going from the nose to the chin, when in reality it goes from the nose to the middle of my neck. It's ridiculous.
Last but not least, since ordering from Teechip, I now have an ABUNDANCE of crap being sent to my email.
The quality of the teeshrt was great not cheap. The quality of the print was also great my husband loved the shirt. Will order again
Place the order for $77 kept calling them it kept saying it was being printed all of a sudden they say it was delivered I tried everything I could to get my money or product nothing. So I got a hold of my news channel I got a hold of Better Business Bureau I think this company stinks but if they do come through I will write a good report on them as of right now I do not care for them I'm out $77
I purched a mask from teechip ovee 3 months ago. Paid by paypal. I contacted teechip by email I received when I paid by paypal. I never received a response so I disputed charges. Payal suggested that I contact teechip by email on file so I did. Again, no response. I just received an email from paypal that my case with teechip was closed because I didn't esculat my complant? What in the hell does that even mean. Teechip has literally thousands of complaints on social media... Everyone has been ripped off by them. I was ripped off for 20.00. This scam needs stopped!
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
