I was on Instagram and saw an ad for Father's Day T-shirts on sale from this company. I ordered from the familypoint.com. I ran a search on their website for reviews and couldn't find anything so I had to look up the address of the location and sure enough, I find out they have multiple different names for this company. All the other sites have similar concerns and complaints. It looks like they have various different sites that operate exactly the same way. I bought $75 worth of product. 3 t-shirts on 6/2/2029 and to this day I still have not received my order. I read from other reviews that they were able to get their money back if they paid through PayPal. Never again am I paying without PayPal. The customer Service is nonexistent. I will never recommend this company or order from this company again. I will be posting on social media all of the various names they are under!

I saw 2 purchases from them... I never have even heard of them. I cancelled right away and asked for a refund... they refused... I never ordered the crap and then 2 months later they said I received the packages. The company is a joke... DO NOT USE THEM

These people have scammed multiple customers. They don't ship shirts and don't even give refunds. Even if you bought a shirt and tried to get a refund in the same day, the won't let you. Now onto the thief part. The people behind this site have stolen designs from many people. Not only do they have little side printing businesses but their so called BBB A+ rating is FALSE. They are NOT accredited nor are their side businesses! I ordered a T-shirt weeks prior to Father's Day and I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT! Today is 7/20/20. They replied to the first email asking what's going on and I get some BS answer that COVID is making their orders late. More weeks go by and it's STILL in the printing process?!?! Umm no. They stopped replying to my other emails and instead when asking for a refund they give me an $8 refund. WHAT?! NOOOO. Wasn't till I contacted my card company that they finally issued a full refund. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM GOD KNOWS I NEVER WILL AGAIN!

Still waiting for my product after 2 months! Supposedly "still preparing". Won't refund me even though they are well past the time frame their website says will take to ship it.
Placed $32.00 order in May. Website never updated from "printing" status. I sent several emails requesting status, then asked for refund. In July I was given a $16.00 refund, although my order was never printed. Where is the remainder? Never again.

While I still like the printed graphic on the face masks and tank I bought, the quality is horrible. The shipping took about 5 weeks. The face masks ($15 each) are cheap, non-breathing polyester and are very small. The described-as "flowy tank" ($32) is sized for China, which is extremely small and didn't fit, little lone flow. Of course, I now find they won't take returns because they claim the merchandise is "custom printed" even though I've since seen it at other companies. It's one of the most disappointing purchases I've ever made. Lesson learned. The attached photos show the cheap fabric.
Paid over $20 buck for a face mask ordered 6 weeks ago. Finally got it and it sucks! It's made of crappy, thin, slippery, nylon material with white elastic ear bands. There is NO WAY this piece of junk could be worn to keep out of the Coronavirus. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Automated system only. Tried chat- got disconnected, but only after finding out they are U.S. based. Really! It's been thrown in the garbage, where crap belongs :((
I have order shirts a couple of times. Each shirt is fantastic and cannot be found anywhere else. Even during the pandemic the ship fast and customer service responds right away!
I ordered a father's day shirt from this company a month before fathers day and here we are in the middle of July and it still has not been recieved it. They have my money, my other problem is that they will not return my emails.
I ordered a BLM tshirt about 6 weeks ago, I still haven't even had a shipment confirmation. I went to the website meaning to cancel it and get my money back and it's telling me my order may not ne eligible for me to cancel it. I understand it's during COVID but an update on its status on assurance of some kind would have been nice. Not ordering here again!
Ordered sweatshirt and still have yet to see it. The site says it will ship in 10-20 business days, it's been 23 business days (that's over a month) and have no word from them. Their site says it was still processing (whatever that means). I asked for a full refund and they gave me back HALF with no explanation or communication from a service rep. Opened a PayPal dispute and got the rest of my money back. I recommend you find a reputable dealer on ETSY.; they have more responsible dealers.
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
