This company completely misrepresented itself. I wish I had looked at reviews prior to purchase. The poster I paid $38.94 for is not worth more than $3.00 at best. I tried several different ways to contact the company to resolve this without any luck. They have virtually no way to contact anyone. There are several issues with this poster. The print is cut off at the bottom, it is wider than described and it is off-center. Also, it was wrinkled beyond repair due to having been shipped in a tiny box. I finally had to go through PayPal's Resolution center and received a full refund.

I can't leave ZERO STARS for a review, or I would!

TeeChip has had my order for THREE MONTHS and all I get is the run-around!

I saw a fun face mask for use during COVID-19 advertised on Facebook. I thought it was a real fun mask that looks like a nice, normal mouth until you open it up and see teeth. I thought that it was overpriced at $16 with shipping almost $5 for a product that weighs about an ounce. I decided to buy it anyway because it would be fun to use.

It was supposed to be shipped in about 14-21 days. After many weeks, I finally contacted them and threatened to cancel the order if it didn't ship by the end of that week. They contacted me and promised that it would ship, and they gave me about a $4 credit. Since the price on the item had dropped that amount since I ordered it, they lost nothing by doing that.

The mask did finally arrive, and it looked nothing like what was advertised. Even the picture of the mask on the order confirmation didn't look like the one advertised, but it was still okay.

The mask is a worthless piece of cloth, and the polyester material they used is uncomfortable and hard to breathe through. It's also too small. I am a woman with a normal sized face and it pulls on my ears. The picture of the mouth that lines up right is their picture of the item but ask isn't what was advertised. The other one is what the one I received looks like.

Tee Chip Is A Fraudulent Company. I Ordered One Of Their Daughter Blankets for 45. Dollars I looked At My Accout 2 Days Later And They Took 161. Dollars From My Account. You Cannot Speak To A live Person. I tried To Cancel my Order. And They would Not Let me. Stating It Was Already gone To Printing. Why Would I Buy 3 Blankets. My Bank is Trying To Get My Money Bank. Please Dont Trust A Company That You Cannot Speak To A Live Person.

They took my money in April. When I eventually received the product, 20 days after it was promised to arrive, it was the wrong product. They promised a replacement in 5 and then in 20 days. I tried to be patient, but after 30 days I reached out and they would only say to be patient, it would ship momentarily. After 45 days, I asked for a refund because it was now more than 2 months after I was originally supposed to get the product. They refused saying again that it would ship within days. At 60 days, I decided enough was enough and initiated a charge back via my card. The card company didn't ask any questions once they heard it was TeeChip, and gave me my money immediately.

Order shirt on 6/2/20, where it indicated I'd get it in 5-15 business days. Tried to cancel order on 6/28, but they said it was too late and had already gone to shipping when the website clearly said it was still in processing and could be cancelled. I finally received the shirt about 2 months later on 7/27 even thought I had to pay for shipping and the quality was horrible. It was as soft as sandpaper. Also looks like I received a small even though it's labeled as a large, so pretty much useless. They also charge you immediately, so you have no recourse with their lousy service. STAY AWAY. COMPLETE RIP OFF. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

I ordered face mask for me and my mom. I finally got them 5 weeks later. They sat in Grand Prairie, Tx for 2 weeks. They are cheaply made. Not what I was expecting. Very disappointed. Also there customer service isn't good either, can't talk to no one. If you email them they just tell you your order is shipped. Also they use DHL as there shipping service. I thought about ordering more mask but not now. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I've never been so unhappy with a company ever! If I could give them ZERO stars I would!
I ordered 6 tshirts with Black Lives Matters messages almost 8 weeks ago and have yet to receive my shirts. I choose their site for their many options and the fact that I was buying so many shirts that made having variety important. But if I had known it would take most of the summer to get the shirts I would NEVER had given them a penny.

On top of this, I don't believe that there is anyone actually following up on customer service complaints. When I have sent them customer complaints, I get form emails back. And when I send back well written, descriptive emails that tell them specifically what the issue is and ask them for a specific action in return, again I get pre-written, formulaic email that promises results within a certain timeframe but does not deliver. There is no customer service at all. They've simply taken my $155 and not fulfilled my order.

This website allows and promotes the illegal use of copywrited designs. Designs that entrepreneurs, fund raising programs, and hard working artists use to make a living and donate money to legitimate causes are being stolen and sold here. While it is not the website itself who is doing the selling and scamming, they are just as responsible for allowing these sells to go on within their community. As a company, they should be held accountable for all of the illegitimate merchandise they have profited from allowing their users to sell. Until then, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS WEBSITE.

Never received my order, figured it was delayed because of Covid and more of a demand on items. Waited well over a month and when i tried to track my order down Paypal decided it was best that i just received a refund and cancel the order. Glad i was able to get my money back but disappointed i wasnt able to receive the order. I thought the shirts were cute and was looking forward to wear them. As i look at past reviews i see that this is a ongoing issue.
