I placed an order based on their advertisement on Twitter for a free MAGA hat and signed. Neither of this was true. They are using a fraud twitter account using President's Trump picture and name.
Ordered almost 3 months ago, waited patiently, checked in a couple times to see where my order sat. Today I spoke with someone who said I would recieve my order shortly, great! 14 minutes later a received an email telling me they cancelled my order. I called them again to find out why. I understand things are taking longer due to alot going on, but to tell me my order is coming then just cancel, not ok. And if I were to reorder, they would not give me the same discount as before. They are very unprofessional and will cancel your order without you knowing then refuse to give you the same deal you had when you originally ordered. Will not be shopping here anymore.

Horrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I placed an order for 2 mask and had buyers regret within seconds of purchase. I sent an email asking to cancel and they told me they could not cancel because order was already in process. HTH? Due to Covid the mask were 2 months behind. I ask to cancel once again and was told they would refund me 30%. I never got the refund mentioned in the email. I finally for the mask and it was a cheap fabric. $12 dollar each mask and it was a rough, 1 layer mask. A true waste of money. It was so bad. I sent them an email and asked about the refund and I was ignored. What I got was an email that my shipment was delivered but no response to email regarding. 2nd for full Refund or regarding discount. Those 5 starts cannot be legit. If this company carried themselves this way there is no way they are real.
First this address is the "home office" to more than three dozen websites that sell unauthorized and non-legit items that depict a celebrity. Worse they advertise all over social media with fake and photoshopped ads that show a celebrity like say, Paul McCartney "holding" their product. Clearly implying that it is either being sold by McCartney and endorsed by him. IT IS NOT. In fact they are in violation of all fair usage rules and several federal copyright laws. Don't support this place, especially if you are a fan, none of the profit is being shared with the performer, in fact it is stolen images FROM the performer.

I ordered a t shirt neatly 2 months ago. It arrived today and the quality is awful, the print is on the wrong side of the t shirt and the print is all scratched off.

I ordered a shirt meant to be for fathers day. Ordered on June 10th and it has nearly been 3 months fathers day is this weekend and nothing. The order tracking has said destination country since I got it the order confirmation email which was a MONTH after I ordered and only came through after I contacted PayPal. Nothing was stated it was in USD till it was out of my account $46.73 AUD is REDICULOUS. Have requested a refund. Still waiting.

Their website currently says 5-20 business days for your order to ship from when you make your purchase. I ordered a shirt on the 18th of last month and it is STILL printing. Hasn't even shipped. TeeChip needs to either update their estimated times or provide some kind of apology/any kind of update. Their Covid page hasn't been updated since May. I ordered my shirt as a gift a month early, and now I have to pay for shipping to his new address once it arrives because the shipping label has already been created. Order from any other website if possible.
After many times looking at the inventory, I ordered my long sleeve shirt. It arrived before scheduled and nothing but exactly what I ordered!

I ordered something on 6/7/20... and tomorrow is 8/20 and still NO product. It's been printing for 3 months. It's nothing personalized. Just crazy.
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
