I ordered a sign at almost midnight yesterday (9/21/2020) and was not given the opportunity to review my purchase until after they grabbed my payment info. I immediately Called them on the number listed on the web page because I discovering that I got charged shipping and fees which should not have been charged since my order exceeded $66.00 and they also overcharged me on tax. The phone line is a robot that gives you two options and basically refers you back to the web site FAQ page. Mind you this was almost midnight (11:47pm). The web site says I can cancel as long as they haven't started the process. At 12:05am they show that my order is being printed. Sorry charlie! The ability to email them is nothing but a couple drop down widows for inquiries, which I did. Then I was able to get an email address (*******@teechip.com) and as of yet have not heard back from them since the day is only 2/3 gone. I don't get scammed often but they took me for a ride on this one! Buyer beware!
