They deducted the money from my paypay and never sent an email with tracking information. I sent multiple emails. When I check on the site, they say they have no records of my name/email. I checked the BBB and it looks like the same company has changed names several times
Lousy product... lousy screen printing... no returns... no refunds... no satisfaction... this company has phony addresses and storefronts... looks like they only post positive reviews on this sight. No way they have a 3+ star rating overall. They lie and keep you running stound
Zero. Ordered on 4/14, they hit the credit card on 4/14. Promise to DELIVER in 5-15 days. 21 days later I ask to cancel the order and they say it can't be cancelled because it is starting production. STARTING PRODUCTION. A full week after the delivery is to be complete they are STARTING production. Then they tell me they will credit 10% but don't. FAKE. FRAUD. SHYSTERS. THIEVERY. They take your money.

I ordered three t-shirts from this company. Okay, I understand why it took so long to receive the t's (over a month). The first t-shirt That I paid approximately $26 for was way too small. I ordered a 2xl and the shirt is at best, a large or even medium. The other two, which arrived a week or two later, were the correct size and I really like them. There is no communication from the company and to complain, I need an order number, but there was no invoice included with the shirts and, like I said, no emails with information.
If I realized that it would take over 6 weeks to receive my items I would never have ordered. This company sucks, and they keep telling me my order is being processed!? What's that mean? Waiting on items to arrive from China?

I ordered a mask 4/19, it went into processing 4/20 today is 5/3 and still no mask. I have sent 5 emails (the only contact) and I keep getting the same auto generated email. Item in processing. Until I requested a refund then I got a response saying unable to refund due to item already in processing. There is no contact information for this company. Will be filing a fraud alert with the BBB and my bank.
Placed a order and minutes later cancelled after placing. Filled out cancellation form minutes later. Few hours later they told me to late it's in print. THIS IS A CHINESE COMPANY AND IS A SCAM.

I tried purchasing two shirts from them. I paid with my PayPal Account and was charged, but never received a order number or confirmation. Their support is non-existent and customer support chat window is broken. I'm stuck in a loop of not getting support without an order number yet I was charged for the two shirts plus shipping to my account. I have submitted to Pay Pal resolution center for a refund because the company does not answer emails from the site generated email or emailing directly. No Response but taking payment is a scam IMO.

I bought three cups, ended up being charged to extra cups. I have been on the email for the past two days trying to find out why they charged my bank account twice instead of the ones and they refuse to answer that question instead they keep telling me I can't cancel my order. I didn't want to cancel it I just wanted a refund for the extra did they had charge and they refuse to do it. There's no number to be able to call to speak to a representative instead you have to email which half the time they don't email you back. Such a rip-off place
Ordered a mask, single layer of polyester, poor quality material and faded looking design, stitching on front ends right at the bridge of my nose and looks awful plus it took over 4 weeks from the date I ordered it. Designed and shipped in US but not made here.
I ordered two face masks from the TeeChip website. I got confirmations for 3! Each mask became a separate order with a $6 shipping cost! My effort to cancel mask 3 failed on the website. I sent an email attempting to cancel. Ten days later I get 3 separate confirmations. Four days later I get an email saying, sorry it was too late to cancel my order. Just a ridiculous hassle, dysfunctional website, and one very dissatisfied customer. BTW, no product has arrived yet.
So a fb friend in a group made a mug & asked others if they wanted to place a order. Design is very cute. Shipping was actually fast. I love my item.
The 2nd poster arrived and was EXACTLY like the first- mistakes and all. Chatted w customer service rep again who said rest assured they'd fix it and send a new one- still no refund as per their own policy. So... they sent A THIRD POSTER- still wrong and exactly like first two. I'd venture a guess that the postage on the last two would have covered over half the cost of the refund I originally requested! Moronic idiots!
Ordered a 11x17 poster print for gf for V Day. It was not 11 but 11.5 wide and therefore didn't fit a standard frame. Additionally, the words on the poster were so close to the edge that the frame cut them off. Instead of letting me have a refund since it was for V Day and no time for replacement, they sent me another print to arrive later. Despite their own policy stating a refund would be issued for defective items! Not to mention the color quality was also off and this cost $30! So disgusted and will never order from them again!
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
