I wont ever order anything from here again. Ordered a dress custom made and they didn't do it correctly. Also was a very cheap version of the picture model. They blame it on me measuring myself wrong. But is just bad quality. Smells weird too. They didn't refund me either or fix my problem. I had to email rhem many times to get only a portion of my money. Also orderer a garter and the detail fell off when I took it out of the bag. Was just glued with silicone. Save your money and get local product with good return policies like macys. For same price I could get way better dress. Don't let their pictures full you

Total scam! I ordered 3 wedding dresses totaling $403. None fit per their measurement guide and wrong color sent and the ivory color is like a yellow cream (horrible). I asked to return them for a refund and their reply was " Sorry to hear that you are experiencing the size problem.
I am afraid you may not choose the size according to our size chart.
Is it possible for you to modify them in your local tailor shop and we apply $40 dollars in total refund as compensation?
Or can we exchange a new size/other items?
If you need it urgently, you can keep the old one and buy a new one with the best discount of 30%, ok?
If return for refund, the labor/material cost or shipping cost of the dress have to be deducted, so you canonly get the refund with $161 dollars in total ( 40% of the item price). It seems not a good idea."

No where in the return policy does it state this. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Say you can get refund easy return or exchange but while all that is being said you are being charge for shipping when you order the item, then charge for shipping it back then being charge for for shipping if you want to exchange for another item. They would ask if you want to keep the item and give you back 5 dollars but dont see the sense in keeping the item if they cant fit or you dont like them cause they look totally different from the picture. So tb dress is just a terrible terrible terrible place to shop at and the the thing is also you can speak to anyone everything is email email which is just dam ridiculous. Quick to take your dam money but have a hard time getting it back. Sorry $#*! company. They asking for proof at the bottom but the only proof i have is all my dam email to them and from them. I didnt keep the items or have pictures of the items so i dont know what proof i can provide. Just know that tb dress is full of it that is why i unsubscribe from them.

Website states you can ask for a refund within 7 days of arriving. I asked for a refund as the dress is nothing like the picture (see below). When I asked, they said they deduct the cost of the labour and fabric.

I ordered a "Wedding" dress and it took over TWO MONTHS with their standard shipping to arrive to me. And when it did it looked nothing like the picture. It was poor quality, see through, and ugly. I immediately wanted to my money back and while I will say their customers service is responsive it took 50 emails and me paying my own return shipping to get my money back. My experience was terrible, I would never recommend anyone purchasing from this company.

Yes this website is a ripoff the pictures they post are not what your getting i do a lot of online shopping this is the worst. Very disappointed on how they handle things hard to get a refund never a live person to talk to. I shop at ASOS now the quality is great the returns are easy the shipping is in 2 days. I will never shop at TBDRESS again you been warned Save yourself the headache

I ordered my girlfriend a coat on the 16th of January 2021. Paid extra for expedite shipping for 19th to the 23 and still haven't heard nor seen any confirmation #. I never been through this before. But I see a lot of people complaining about the same thing which tells me that I won't be getting my my item I purchased $97 dollars on. SMH

I ordered a mother-of-the-bride dress in December from this company. It came within 10 days, but I wasn't happy with it. It wouldn't zip up and there was a lot of padding in the bra area. It looked cheap, too. When I started to return it, I found no packing slip and no return instructions, but I immediately tried to return it since their site says you have 15 days to return. I went online and found instructions to either call them (right!), email them, or message them on Facebook. I emailed and messaged. No response for several days, then an email offering to credit me back $30 if I kept the dress. I politely emailed back that I wished to return the dress. They responded asking for PHOTOS of the parts of the dress that weren't adequate. I again emailed back and said I wouldn't do that but just wanted a return address. They wrote several more times offering hoops for me to jump through. NEVER gave me a way to return the dress. Finally, my husband called our credit card company to dispute the charges. After a few weeks to allow the company to respond, we received our $181 back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This was my first time ordering off this website. I paid $37 EXTRA for express shipping which said 3-8 business days. Mind you, I ordered weeks ago. So all together i spent $77. Well it's past 3-8 business days. I have missed the deadline I needed my order. And when I try to talk to someone, no one is available. It's bad that as a first time customer, I had to deal with this and to spend that much money to never get what I ordered. I advise you all to never order from here! I don't want what happened to me, to happen to someone else. I will NEVER order from this company ever again. And I will continue to tell my peers to never order from here.

I ordered a men's jacket. It is cheaply made, and the sizing is very small. I ordered larger so it would fit. It was equivalent to a men's M not a large. They will not let me exchange or return. They keep sending emails back to me saying so sorry. What is the problem? I have only told them 5 times I would like to exchange. They just keep sending me that same email over and over again!

After confirming the order by them, it wasn't shipped 40 days, after that i was told this item is out of stock now, you can order new item, I asked for refund, they said: we don't refund you the total amount and it will be partially or you can change the order.
I trusted them and ordered new one, the price was $6.00 over the old order. Although they had told me you will receive 10% discount, they did not give any discount and charged me full price. New items arrived; it was the worst dress I've ever bought. I started returning process. They did not help at all as expected.
Instead they did insist on giving me $10 off to keep the dress, I accepted, but they never reverse the $10.00.
Very dishonest business. They refused to cancel my order after not being able to ship, no refund, no discount that mentioned, not $10.00.
Don't trust this site. They are bunch of crooks.

Placed my order December 15th it didn't even ship until December 22nd. No disclaimer on the "processing time" and no willingness to refund the $43 I paid for "expedited" shipping. Would NEVER recommend. This has been the worst ordering experience. And the responses I've received were hardly legible. Don't waste your hard earned money on this crappy clothing company where you can find the same things for cheaper elsewhere. I made this mistake so I'm warning you don't do it. Since I clearly won't be getting any kind of customer service from these people I'm writing my honest review on every platform I can.

Do not order from this site. You are not getting what you ordered. The pictures on their website are of clothing another company made, what your getting is their handmade interpretation. And you can forget about getting a refund because they will not give you one. I tried getting a refund for a dress I ordered months ago. The dress I got looked nothing like the picture. I emailed them multiple times and I've yet to see a refund. $140 down the drain.

I ordered an item for my son for Christmas. I ordered well in advance, no last minute Lucy here. The tracking information provided is very vague, not helpful and queries to customer service just keep repeating their processing equation (also not helpful). The time to receive order is NOT clearly outlined and it is very misleading. I don't know what the actual item is like, but I'm not hopeful. Maybe get it before Christmas 2021.

Save your time an energy! They don't make the same item as you see in the picture an if you want a refund you will only get half an that's if they don't take your money. An it's only a prayer if you receive the item. Its the biggest scam on the internet... if you want to give your money away for a wrap around curtain then this is the site for you... but if you have common sense my advice to you would be... run. Far far away from tbdress

I ordered a Wedding Dress from here, it looked nothing like the picture and the quality is so poor! I should have known ordering from China. So hard to get in touch with customer service, and they are not sympathetic to your concerns at all. They would not give me a refund unless something was physically wrong with the dress, they didn't care if it didn't look anything like the picture. They wouldn't even let me exchange for another option (Even though I am sure it would probably be the same situation.) They were very rude, and I waited days at a time to get responses. My advice, STAY AWAY!
