The jacket that I received looked very different from the one I orders. On the male model is looked great, fitting well at the waist and shoulders, with an appealing texture to the leather. I'm not even sure if the jacket I received is made from leather, and I'm thinking its really vinyl. The fit is horrible, with the length far beyond my waist line, and looking more like a short coat than a waist length sports jacket. This oddly proportioned jacket seems more like a strange vinyl shirt. I'm in the process of trying to get a refund and they've given me options but not mentioned a full refund. Also, as per their email, I'll be paying shipping back to wherever it came from, probably china. BUYER BEWARE and I would strongly recommended not purchasing anything from TBdress.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. This is hands down the worst e-commerce experiences of my life. I ordered an ivory wedding dress from TB dress. The dress that arrived was blinding white and incredibly poorly made. The material was stiff and cheap-looking. Since we're currently in a global pandemic, I am forced to do all of my wedding dress shopping online. I have checked the return policy for every dress I've purchased. This was the most expensive dress I bought (seemed worth it because the photos were stunning). However when it arrived, I was horrified - the quality, workmanship, color difference, etc... yikes. When I reached out to initiate a return, they informed me that I would have to eat the shipping cost ($33) regardless. Also, since they make each dress to order (?!) the most they could refund me was only 1/3 of the original amount I paid. Keep in mind: Their Refunds page has absolutely NO mention of this. I have been back and forth with them for some time now and I am truly infuriated. For a company that must spend an obscene amount of money on targeted advertisements, they could not care less about customer service... I am now trying to share this experience as widely as possible to save people from going through this.

Response times were slow. I waited a month and a half for what I ordered even though I paid extra for expedited shipping. When the item finally arrived it looked nothing like what was pictured on the website. There was no floral design on the collar or gown as pictured on the site, the material was an off-white, almost yellow, and was see-through. I am barely getting any money back at all because shipping was refused to be refunded. On the few occasions I have made returns with other places shipping was not only refunded, but return shipping was paid too. This is the first time I have dealt with such a cheap, unprofessional company. Do not deal with them, they just want your money. After the item takes almost 2 months to arrive from China, they have you send it back to California for a refund. Logical.

My order was made on May 30,2020 and shipped June 14,2020. Today is August 23,2020 and up until now I have not receive my order. I send messages through the app several times, and the said oh give it two weeks or give it two more weeks. The tracking number they gave me cannot be found. They said the order is shipping with USPS however when I went to check several times the tracking number cannot be found. I also checked UPS as well just to see if the person made a mistake but nope nothing found there as well. I made them aware of the info and once again they said give it two more weeks. I checked both companies again a short while ago and still nothing was found. I asked for a refund on August 2,2020, and once again they aside give it two more weeks. I am very disappointed with this company and I know I'm going to get my money back.

Unlike the appearance of the dress on the website, this dress is completely see-through and would not be appropriate to wear on most occasions without a slip or tank top and shorts underneath. I was a little disappointed that the website photo made it appear to be opaque/solid white/not see-through.

It is my fault for not noticing that the item description does not list anywhere the fabric of the garment/what the dress is made of (this baffles me), because I thought the dress was made of cotton. It is not cotton, it is 97% polyester and 3% spandex.

I live in the U.S. and the order took three months to be delivered. I did not dock my rating due to this/do not fault the company for this, because I know times are weird right now in the world and international commerce has definitely been affected/could be responsible for it taking 3 months to get to me. That being said, if you are hoping to have this dress soon for an occasion, please be weary that it may take a long time to get to you.

Other than the aforementioned, the dress is cute. It came wrinkled but could be smoothed out with a steamer (polyester does that). With the right under garments, this could be a cute dress.
