Hey guys! About a week and a couple of days later, btw I didn't mean to put the pictures there with the email. Lol. So, as I said before tbdress said they were sending out another dress. Surprisingly, I did get a dress yesterday however it looks nothing like it did on the website. Very cheap and has cheap sequins attached that fall off and get all over you. This website needs taken down, please don't purchase anything from here.

My last email to TBDress:
I will never do business with your company again. Every time I tried to reach out to inquire about the status of this order I got no response. I received one of the two items I ordered from your site and the product I received was cheaply made and poorly crafted. It looked nothing like what you have advertised on your website.

I will definitely be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but I'm sure mines won't be the first. The first package was stuffed in my mailbox, and now you're sending me an email at 6PM after USPS has already closed for the day to tell me that my package has been lost in translation. Clearly, there was an error or discrepancy on your part. Or you never had any intention of sending me the merchandise I purchased with my hard earned money to begin with.

I don't see your company going the distance with the way you all choose to do business or rather the lack thereof; coupled with the complete lapse in communication and professionalism. Hopefully the money you stole from me takes you far because I can guarantee you will never receive another dime of mine.

We ordered a pair of sandals in the beginning of February of 2020. First of all we did not receive the sandals until the end of July when it said it would ship within a month. When we finally received the shoes they were defective, smelled extremely like smoke and did not look like the picture. At this point I was extremely disappointed and wished to make a return. The company refused to follow through on the return until we threaten to contact the better business bureau. At this point they refuse to make the return and are only offering in store money. I left a nasty review on the shoes and they have to accept the reviews to be put up, therefore that is why their are only 4 and 5 star reviews on their website! This is a huge warning stay away from tbdress.

I ordered a jacket online in Jan 2020 and after 3 weeks was told it would be delivered in a week after 6 weeks I was refused delivery information and refused a refund as the parcel was in the post, after 6 months of trying to get a refund and being refused the parcel was delivered but the jacket was cheap and not the one I purchased in quality and it didn't match the picture on more than a few details.
In short they rob you with a smile and catch you in the lies they tell Im out the money and have waited 6 months for a cheap nasty jacket I wouldn't give away...

I placed a order for a really cute dress. I waited two weeks and the companies website still said it was processing and hasn't shipped. I emailed the company they got back with me quickly. Told me they're sorry, they could refund 5 dollars. Another two weeks went buy the messaged me and asked if I still wanted the dress. Of course I still wanted it. If I didn't you wouldn't still have my money. I told them if it's going to take another month to get it I don't want it. They didn't respond just gave me my money back. I'm guessing it was going to take another month.

I ordered this dress because it was in "sale" and looked super cute in the pictures. It took 6 weeks for the order to come and I'm very disappointed in the product. The material is super thin swimsuit type material and the overall quality of the dress is very poor. I am a size 6 so I ordered a medium. It is very tight. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this dress or the retailer. The first picture is what the dress was supposed to look like. The others are what it actually looks like.

Ordered a jumpsuit on May 15th, 2020. Today is July 11,2020 and STILL have not received this ONE item. Super Savings Shipping time frame is 10-25 days. After waiting 30 days and no jumpsuit, I contacted their Customer Service via email/chat on website (no contact number to call) and was told item had been shipped and to please allow extra time for shipping due to the pandemic. And asked me to wait an additional 4 weeks to receive item and if I don't get it by then to CHECK WITH THE POST OFFICE! After almost 2 months of waiting still nothing! I don't care if this stuff is coming from China, 2 months to wait for ONE item is absurd, and advertising 10-25 days shipping and later asking a customer to allow a 2 month wait is even more absurd. Honestly feel item was never shipped as they stated, and thankfully my credit union refunded my money due to this fraud! Would not recommend anyone trust this site, and really wish I knew where I could REALLY purchase this jumpsuit! I read all good reviews on another site and then BOOM found this site with all this complaints... smh. Buyers BEWARE!

Ya I don't understand how they have the score they have this was the worst experience I ever had. It was my first time ever ordering online I didn't want to until covid-19 well I ordered april 22 and didn't recieve my item till july 3rd. Omg when I saw the item i wanted to die. It was the size for a toddler it was so cheap and horrific I tried to contact them while waiting on the item and it took forever for them to respond. I have now ordered over 100 times online and will not even attempt to return the item because it was that bad. ****PLEASE DO NOT ORDER****** and this is my first bad review ever

Never buy anything for this company. I ordered my dresses since April 2020 and I didn't receive it... I requested for my refund and they told me they are going to refund me by June 2020 but I didn't receive anything. They keep stealing peoples money.

I never write reviews. This time, I think it's a must! I ordered a maxi dress from this website on a Monday. On Friday, the order was still preparing and hadn't been shipped. That's wasn't the problem. The scam started, when I called a representative to get a refund. They accessed my laptop (they changed password on my laptop, so I can't login and will have to have it swiped clean) trying to send me a refund. Made a mistake of sending $4,222 instead of $42.58 to my account (so they said) and then asked me to go to Walmart to get 4 $500 gift cards to pay them. Then once the money posted to my account, send them another 4 gifts card of 500. That $4,000 never came to my account! I was almost scammed hardcore! Don't make my same stupid mistake.

It has been over 74 days since I ordered a Mother's Day present for someone on this site. I have been trying for months to get my money back and I just keep getting the same email blaming me for selecting the slowest shipping that they claim takes 35-45 days. This was NEVER noted in the original ordering steps by the way; Just said Free Shipping 3-4 weeks. Today they sent me my 35th email saying again I chose the slowest shipping and that it had only been 38 days and to wait four more weeks. 38 days is a lie and four more weeks would be over 100 days since my order April 12th. I have seen dozens of postings about this company being a fake and stealing; ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS are FAKES. This company steals your money and I have been trying for months to get a refund. I have never and will never receive my product I am sure.

Although their website looked pretty shady, I took a chance and I ordered a shirt from TBdress anyway. One month after I purchased the item they finally got back to one of my emails asking about the shipment and provided me a FAKE tracking number. It turned out the item was never shipped and they do not refund people. It's a HUGE scam, they are thieves just like many other Chinese originated websites. Don't waste your money on these scumbags!

Ordered a few dresses off here none ever arrived. I tried contacting customer service not only multiple time, bu ALOT of times at first they were somewhat responsive and talked me into getting other dress options instead of getting a refund, after months and months of waiting those new choices also never arrived! Customer service is now not responsive at all when I demand a refund. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY you will not get your items specially during this pandemic!

I have never in my life had bad experience with online shopping like I have with tbdress. I ordered a dress for $46.15 February the 12th 2020 until this day I still haven't received the dress. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Each time I contacted them with an email they send me another lie two more weeks ect. One more month smh. This is absolutely poor customer service. I wonder how many more senior citizens been treated like I have with the false online deals from this company its really sad. So keep your money dont order from tbdress at all. I think it's a money scam frfr. And its sk sad to be treated like that.
