I ordered my dress for my wedding in may its June and I still haven't receive it and they refuse to send me my money I will never order from them again they don't have a phone number to speak to a customer service rep I looked on line the cancellation was done on there end on may 14th and they still haven't sent my money Or my dress I don't need the dress now my wedding day has already been ruined I want a full refund and deserves it my next step is to get a lawyer and sue for emotional distress I paid an extra $40 to expedite shipping and still no dress no money no reply

I placed an order with Tb dress back in February 2020 before the corona virus. Here it is may 9th 2020. I spent almost $200 with this company I keep sending emails after emails at first they were blaming the shipment do to the virus. Then they said they didn't have the material for my items that I ordered then they said not enough staff to make my items. Then they stated that my items have shipped that was a month ago and now all I'm asking for is for them to send me a refund and now they want respond. Very bad business stop using this pandemic to keep people's money, this is not the time to be taking from people nor is anytime. People buy through these companies putting their hard earned money in the hands of Supposedly being a well Establishment. But seems they are out to take as well. Refund my money and you will never get my business again I don't even want the clothing I can go else where.

I bought a dress for my daughter's 15 birthday for $244.82 (Strapless Sequins Beading Lace-Up Quinceanera Dress) and I feel that I wasted my money. I received another dress color, and the quality of material is terrible, the dress is falling apart, a half of the sequins were lost only by looking at them, and inclusive the proportions of the dress are wrong and completely different than they pictured. Is definitly a inferior product. TBDRESS it is a complete SCAM! I tryed to talk with they calling at China (in different hours, including at dawn) a their phone number in they webpage, and the number is permanently busy. I wrote several times by email and never recived solutions, the comunication is CERO. I lost my money but I don't want that you has a similar experience, so please DON'T Do businees with TBDRESS.

Stay away from this company. They're fraudulent. If you see any positive review here, it's obviously fake. I ordered four clothes from this company and paid through PayPal. After 2 months, they shipped only one piece, the cheapest of the four and made with the flimsiest material, nothing like the pictures they post on their website. This is broad daylight fraud. When I escalated on PayPal, they sent PayPal the tracking detail of the one dress they shipped in the guise that it contained all the four clothes I ordered. On their website, it showed the other clothes were processing. PayPal requested I ship the one cloth back to China if I wanted a refund.
Save your money and go to a reliable merchant. These are crooks and I'm definitely suing!

Stay away! I ordered a dress from them and between their shipping process with DHL, my dress never made it to me. I contacted both companies, found out that DHL's driver didn't follow instructions which is why my dress didn't make it to me. A $200 dress went missing and TBDress didn't care. I even had an email from DHL saying the fault was on them and if TBDress filed a claim then they would pay for the missing package. You know what TBDress had to say, too bad so sad not our problem. So I'm out a dress and $200. I will be reporting them to the International ecommerce Agency and will be reporting DHL to the better business bureau. To anyone thinking of buying anything from them, don't do it as it might not get to you and they refuse to rectify the situation

I can't give you a good review of this company in good conscience because place an order on May 3rd for a necklace set and I haven't received an email or anything stating that it is shipped my wedding is May 23rd only 13 days away and it's not going to arrive in time. The website said I would have it in 3 to 7 business days. Well it is not here and I haven't had any update. I tried to call the phone number that is listed on the website it is unreachable it's not even a real number. I have emailed them several times with no response. I would not recommend at this point

Do not order from this website or believe any good reviews because the reviews are from people working for this company! This company is fraud and a scam I have been waiting 2 months for my order and i never received anything and because of this situation I cancelled my order and demanded a refund and they had ongoing excuses and said they were gonna refund 8-15 business days I've been waiting quite some time now and nothing yet I am now filing a dispute on this so called company and court proceedings due to not receiving my items or refund! Please do not believe this company!
