I buy dress for my daughter and I received wrong dress and wrong design and color. My daughter was very dissatisfied. Costumer service never resolved my problem.

I ordered 2 black dresses to try for a wedding. Same dress, two different sizes. Took forever to receive, when I got them, they were at least 3 sizes smaller than what they should have been. They will not let me send them back. I have asked over and over for a return address. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I AM OUT 400.00 AND HAVE 2 DRESSES THAT WILL NEVER BE WORN!

F rating! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! It takes forever to get the item, No paperwork arrives with the garment so you have to search for how to return. Turns out you have to open a dispute and request a return. I requested a return on day 7 and they refused it because they say 7 days had passed, contrary to their return policy. After about 5 attempts to argue my case to an illiterate person I gave up. Very poor customer service!
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

I bought 124.00 in dresses. When I received the dresses one had a side seam open and the other was described as "sequins" when it is glitter. They offered 10.00 for a refund. It will cost 50.00 to fix the one with the side seam open. And the other has glitter falling everywhere. They told me I could return at my own cost. I will NOT buy from this. Again. I will buy from AMAZON. THEY HAVE GREAT RETURNS.

I just received my dresses ordered early January. Very poor quality and 3 dresses size was hopelessly small, one almost okay. Thin cheap material and almost looks like off cuts used to add on length. I had purchased a few years ago from them and the dress was lovely. Definitely won't go near them again as it is now CRAP.

A quick update to let people know that it's possible to receive a refund if you go via PayPal. I sent photo evidence showing that the product was significantly not as described, despite TBdress insisting that it was the same dress. TBdress offered an $80 refund through the PayPal dispute resolution system but I declined as the item was $183 and I was willing to trust that PayPal would agree that the dress was not as described. Thankfully they did agree and PayPal made TBdress provide their address so I could return the product. (They were withholding their address so I couldn't return it.) It cost $50 to ship it back with tracking to China but I was willing to spend that money in order to get the full refund, especially since the dress was such terrible quality and couldn't even be resold. Here are the two photos that I provided in order to prove to PayPal that the photo they showed of the dress online was different than the dress they sent. Incidentally, I also found the exact same photo (but better resolution) on another online retailer's website called Victoria's Queen. (Mental note to not buy from them either!) In addition to that, the size was not even close to the custom size that I paid extra for and I had photos to prove that as well. In total, it took three months to get any money back and I lost $50 for shipping, plus $25 for import fees. A lesson I won't need to learn twice!

Very, very poor quality, not to use, trash.

I ordered a wedding dress for my daughter. It is so short that it doesn't come to my crotch, the sleeves are too short and the quality is very poor! On a $173.13 purchase, they want to refund me $50 and have me take it to be fixed. It can't be fixed because there is not enough fabric.

I ordered a customized beautiful dress for my wedding TV dress decided to send me a completely different dress and refuses to refund me or even send me the right dress so I'm out the money I spent with them.

Purchase made on 7th Feb and now 24 March and still no receipt of goods. Customer service very poor in being given tracking number and asked to wait another 2 weeks! In me expressing it as unacceptable behavior they offered me a partial refund which ahs still not been done!

Needed outfit for function mid March, that I had asked TB dress if I would receive it on time, and was told yes, hence went ahead and purchased it!

Was recently sent a discount code for my next purchase as a sweetener! What a circus this company is running.

Just received my wedding dress after over a month of waiting. I ordered the illusion neck beaded sheath dress in ivory. What I received was a dress with obvious PINK lining, and the bodice is so shear, it's see through; NO lining. The breast cups came detached and the sewn lace was incomplete around my waist. I will never purchase from them again. I now have a pink wedding dress and have to pay hundreds in dollars to fix it. Picture is the dress I ordered: stay away from this site. My dress has patchy lacing and no lining at all around my waist and breast. The lining for the bottom half is PINK!

I never got my order. Tbdress stole my money. I tried calling many times and no answer. I'm so disappointed. Beware shoppers. They steal people money and when calling no one answers.

I can't say enough bad things. My dress never shipped. The event came and passed and when I reached out for a refund, they shipped it instead. I'm only getting married once, and I paid for expedited shipping for nothing. I am still trying to resolve the problem but can't get a response from them.

I ordered a $174 dress. It arrived with an ink mark. Noted that they use stock photos! The return process is extremely difficult! The worst ever!

I ordered a blouse in January, order number *******, and that order was never received. I don't know if it was a scam. I will never buy from this site again.

TBDress doesn't seen like a legitimate business, I haven't received any feedback back from them in a month. I don't even know how to contact them about a refund.

Save your money! This is a Chinese company. None of the supposed discounts are real. The quality of the merchandise is of the absolute lowest quality; cheap materials & poor craftsmanship, if you can even call it that. Black oil droplets on all garments. Just an all around nightmare! Please, please do not believe the photos you see or the fake reviews! I even paid to return the merchandise to China, never received a refund and Citibank did not stand behind me after 30+ years as a cardholder.
