I ordered my dress on 2/12/14 and production time said 13-17days and I paid for the expedited shipping. Well its 3/14/14 and my dress has yet to be shipped out. Everyday i email they say its still in production or inspection. I have canceled my event once bc my dress wasnt ready and now my event is 3 days away again and i still have no dress. This is very disappointing. Over 30 days with no dress, no tracking #, NOTHING!... ORDER NUMBER *******

That the event was the following day and it probably not arrive on time but

Bought this dress for my daughters prom. Went for custom made and I'm glad we did as would have been really difficult to alter it! Tbdress were brilliant at double checking the measurements. We had the train removed as thought it would get stood on at a prom, and it didn't detract from the dress at all. We put a flesh coloured slip underneath too as the split is very high. Stunning dress, and loads of compliments! Definitely i will recommend it to my friends!

I have just placed an order from Canada #******* on 10/03/14@ 75% off sale?! Paid extra for quicker delivery (would like it before all the snow melts and turns in to mushy dirt) I know it will take weeks but! I ordered three jackets, pair of boots and lace top. Thought I would take a chance since they all looked great... did read the reviews and thought I would post as I start with the order and keep everyone informed on how it goes from here. The order process was ok until I went to the check out page and the 5% FIRST PURCHASE DISCOUNT disappeared from the total $ amount and did not show up again. I made a note to them on the order regarding it. I paid with PayPal in case of any problems mentioned on earlier posts from others.

Mar 10/14 - received order confirmation with order number via email. The waiting begins... I guess no sooner than April 10. Let's see.

Mar 18/14 I RECEIVED 80% OF MY ORDER. I tracked the rest of the order and it is in Alaska and due to be delivered on the 20th. My 3 jackets are really nice, 2 better than they looked on line the other's fabric wasn't as nice as expected but great anyways. All 3 jackets were fully lined. I usually wear a M but I ordered a Korean L and on one jacket should have ordered the Korean XL it just didn't fit my upper arms! The lace top was exactly like the picture showed and is beautiful. Will keep you informed as to back order on boots. This is what I ordered in the first place.

Mar 20/ Boots came in although I have not seen them yet, they are at our work. Will get them tomorrow.

I order 3 dresses for the flowers girls in my wedding received them and were extremely disappointed with them. They don't look like the one in the picture, the color is not like what i had chosen. I believe that this site just took photos of dresses from other sources and marketed them as their designs where they tried to follow the design with inferior quality and taste. When i contacted them to process a refund, they kept giving me the run around even after i agreed to pay all shipping cost to return the dress as stated in their website, they still refuse to refund me. Stay away from buying from this site. They are a fraud.

Just received my order from tb dress very very very disappointed is an understatement the dresses are of inferior quality the finishing is sooo poor they dont look anything like their pictures on the site wishing I had read the reviews before buying had to pay vat and charges for such inferior dresses wasted money I need to send them back but not getting any helpful information on how to do this sooo disappointed

Fast forward a few days after my review they offered a £10 refund via paypal when I declined to accept I was told I would get a full refund if I remove my review only for them to decline to refund on paypal they now offering £36 ot of the 82 plus charges I paid of course I declined and escalated the complaint with pay pal they are cheats that are out to make money at other people's expense and disappointment if you haven't bought anything stay a away from this site keep your money and avoid disappointment and hassle for sub standard clothes so infuriating

I purchased a dress on Feb 7th and have yet to see any progress. I have been trying to contact TB Dress for a status update... I am currently awaiting to see how this will be handled. As of now I am very unpleased with customer service but will try to keep positive in hopes that TB Dress will keep their bussiness end truthful.

Update ~ Mar 6th TB Dress sent a msg thru sitejabber inquiring on my order now the dress status has been updated to being shipped. Again I will update with progress (frustrated Teenager has tweeted about this, friends have a back up dress for her).

Final ~ Mar 7th Teen daughter was excited to receive the dress today. Customer service thru TB Dress was helpful and reliable, I updated my review to three stars only due to the fabric having some snags due to packaging of dress.

I emailed them about my order (order number is *******) wanting to know why a few weeks had gone by and I still hadnt received an email saying it was shipped or a tracking number. 2 days went by and although I never got a response from my email I received my tracking number this morning. Now I cant find any information on my items. Every time I type in my tracking number it says it doesnt exist or there is an error. I am very disappointed. I very rarely order anything online and I never but myself anything (kids come first). I hope I receive my items soon and they are worth the money I spent. Wish I would have read these reviews first.

Seriously! This site doesn't get any worse than this! STAY FAR FAR FAAAAR AWAY! I placed an order for a dress and was charged for the dress in my bank account via paypal. Thank heavens for the paypal dispute center! My account on tbdress says the item is still in my cart and that I have no open orders through them! I read their reviews on here and immediately began asking for a refund. Decided to try their "online chat", HA! WORST customer service I've EVER had. "Nikita" placed the blame on me and asked question after question as to why I wanted to cancel my order. I told her and she complained that I didn't give her a chance to talk me out of it. Seriously?! She also said she couldn't help me because I was being rude?! NEVER EVER EVER! Order from this site! I'm thankful for paypal's dispute center and I look forward to shopping with an actual reputable company that doesn't hire 12 year olds for tech agents!
