Preparing for my senior prom I ordered and payed for a dress from TBDress.com on March 3rd of this year.

I have yet to receive ANY emails notifying me about my shipment number.
On the 15th of this month I emailed the site, asking why I had not received any emails about my shipment yet, and they replied asking for my order number and when I wanted the order to come in.
I requested that the order be sent in by, today, the 26th of March and gave them my order number.
Yesterday, curious as to why I have STILL not received a tracking number for my shipment, I emailed them again. Today I received an email apologizing asking me "would you please offer us more time" saying that "it's the hot selling season and there are so many dresses here"

They offered expedited shipping, however, after reading multiple reviews (more seemingly negative than positive) I am really wanting to cancel my order, in fear of spending the money and the possibility of when and IF I receive the dress that the dress may be the wrong dress, or made poorly.

I will be going to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media sites to notify others that are looking for prom dresses to stay away from this site.

I ordered stuff from the website and I am very disappointed. I spend more than $200 on the stuff. First of all they took a lot of time to deliver my stuff. The stuff that I ordered is nothing like the one which was showing in the picture. The biggest problem is I haven't receive one of the item yet. I ordered the stuff in December and it now March. It was a winter jacket $107. They took my money and did not deliver the jacket. Nobody is answering my emails and nobody is helping me. I lost my money but I will let everybody not to loose their money. I will let facebook know about them because I got their info through facebook.

I ordered these dresses 2 month ago. I got 2 dresses at first (was waiting 1.5 months for very bad quality) and just got 3rd one week ago (very poor quality). 4th I NEVER got. I contacted their customer service last week, but nobody replied to me.
I know exactly that I will NEVER order from you again.
The staled money for the 4th dress and shipment.
Very bad company and customer service. Bad quality, 2 month shipping, staling money!
DO NOT ORDER IT or YOU WILL REGRET it!

I was looking for a dress for prom and came across one that I immediately fell in love with and then ordered it the day after. Then I went on the reviews and saw the most terrible things on here about it being a scam and got incredibly paranoid and scared that I just wasted a lot of money. But then to my surprise my dress came in exactly two weeks later and it's AMAZING. I honestly love it so much, it looks exactly how it did in the picture and it's a little big on me, but I knew that was going to happen based off of their sizing charts so tailoring won't be a problem. Maybe it was just luck that I had a good experience with this website but I love the dress I ordered.

ORDER AT YOUR RISK. Ordering from this company has had to be one the worst ideas I have ever had. What is supposed to be one of the most memorable times of my daughters life is now the worst. I have read the reviews and I feel so bad for all these others who have had it worst than my family. You pay for merchandise that is processing forever. Before I placed the order the website said processing takes 8 to 12 days so I thought great this dress should be here in time. I am worried and I don't know what to do. I have tried chatting, calling, and emailing, so far absolutely no response from the company. At this point all I want is my merchandise or my money back. I will never in this lifetime order from this company ever again.

I ordered a dress to be a bridesmaid in a wedding. I had the site and the item number, all I had to do was order the correct size and pay. The dress came and I was so excited until I opened the box and it is the wrong dress! I have sent 5 emails with pictures proving they sent the wrong dress and I keep getting told, "looks the same" and "can't you just accept it" The brooch in the front of the dress is missing, the hem is completely wrong, even the straps are in the wrong place! But I am supposed to accept it and have the wrong dress in the wedding. Absolutely ridiculous! Do not order frrom this company if you want to receive what you pay for!
