I ordered my daughters Jr. Prom dress from this site. I went to the designers site (Studio 17) to make sure they were an authorized online seller first and confirmed that they were. The dress arrived in about 3 months. It was absolutely stunning. The workmanship was amazing. I was very happy with my purchase and will be ordering from them again for Sr. Prom. I had also purchased a dress for my daughter's grad and the service was great! I was a bit scared to order on line, but I had a good online person to talk to (Nicole).
The dress came from tbdress.com in five working days! I was really impressed with the service and the delivery company. I recommend that you follow the measurements that they give you exactly and you will have no problems. DON'T go by what size you usually purchase in the stores. The dresses fit small! My daughter fits a size 8 (usually) and the recommended size for her was higher. The dress fit perfectly when it arrived! It was beautiful. I would order again from this company without any problems!

I wasn't expecting a lot for $20, but the item was of cheap costume quality and fabric reeked of gasoline. Item will need a lot of work to be wearable, as it's mostly just cut polyester with raw edges, but could be used as a "shell" for decorative work if someone wanted to put that kind of effort into it and didn't mind the fabric. Customers need to really pay attention to the measurements for the sizes (jr. Sizes, basically). Caveat Emptor... the return policy looks to be more headache than it would be worth. I don't intend to use the company again.

I ordered a dress beautiful dream dress on February 18th, which I didn't realize the address had 10 to 12 days of processing before they shipped it. I paid 46 bucks for the shipping which was two-day air shipping. My wedding takes place on March 1st. I was deeply concerned after I realized that there was a processing time on the dress. That same night after ordering my dress I called the company several times. However no one would answer the phone. After two days of contacting them which is a via email and phone, I finally got a response via email which told me that I'm sorry you're concerned but here's a coupon for five dollars off. Later that same day they finally answer the phone, which was on February 20th. Talk to a gentleman who told me that he I he was sorry and my just wasn't going to make it on time. To begin to cry because yes it is my biggest day. He told me the next morning I should have a full refund in my account. I waited, two is clearly a horrible decision. I finally called them back today to see if they were going to return the money so I can help pay for my new dress, is aria bought and much much more expensive. I talked to a woman on the phone they told me that now I couldn't have my full refund and she would only give me back my $46 for shipping. Explain to her that I talked to a gentleman on the 20th and that he told me I would receive my full refund and all I was doing was waiting on it to hit my bank account. She kept telling me over and over that I wasn't getting my money back and that I confirmed my purchase when I talking to the gentlemen on the 20th. This went on for about 20 minutes, and she tells me my dress is going to be here by March 1st. I explained to her that I had bought a new dress what am I supposed to do, and all she could tell me was that it would be here on March 1 or I could take my $46. She was very rude, unconcerned, and mean. This was the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my entire life. I don't recommend this site anybody. I'm currently awaiting the dress, and praying and gets here on time still, it after reading this very very unlikely.

We ordered a prom dress for my daughter, and it arrived today. My daughter is extremely upset--with good reason--in the quality of the dress. The material feels cheap, the dress is several inches longer than advertised, the color is hideous (was supposed to be red but is the ugliest orange we've ever seen), the beading looks gaudy and cheap, and the sleeves look like something straight out of the 80's. The dress we received looks NOTHING like the dress in the picture on the website. Why is this company even still running? I wish we had researched this site more thoroughly. I'm sure that in response to this review, I will get some response in broken English from someone asking me to email them my order number. I have zero confidence that TBDress can or will make anything right. Furthermore, I believe that, with a few possible exceptions, the glowing reviews that appear here are not legitimate. Please learn from our mistake. Don't waste your money!

INCREDIBLY disapointed with this company. They advertise a 5-8 day turnaround on ordered material, andI ordered a jacket on 01-21-2014 03:07:00. It is now a month later, and I still have not received the jacket. I looked on the "My Account" portion of the website, where they gave me a tracking number, but did not name the company through which they are sending it. I've checked DHL and UPS, as stated on the website, and the tracking number is not valid for either one. I've tried messaging twice, and have been ignored both times. SUPER disappointed with this company, and will most likely NEVER shop with them again.

On January 19 I placed an order with your company for a wedding dress. With shipping it was around $150. It has been one month and on the "order detail" section of my account there has been NO updates since the date I placed the order. I have emailed and sent messages at LEAST 7 or 8 times in the past month asking about my order. I have only received messages back stating "don't worry" and "we will finish up in a few days." I have asked EVERY TIME when I can expect my dress to be finished, when I can expect it to ship, and when I can expect to receive it. I also explained that I need it no later than February 22, this Saturday. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of service with your company. I need to know IMMEDIATELY the status of my order. I have been polite and now I'm angry. I didn't spend $150 to not receive my order or hear anything about it.

I've bought about 3 parcels with about 2/3 items each order and must admit that I'm impressed, takes a few weeks for delivery but apart from that and the fact the sizes are deceiving, about a 10 being the largest! I've never had a problem, really bummed the website isn't up and running as was going to order again for me and a friend, I'm surprised so many people have been disappointed when I've not had any issues, but in my personal experience it's not been a scam!

I ordered a dress for my daughter on January 31st. The dance was the 28th of February. I thought that would be plenty of time since the website says processing time is 12 - 17 days. In an attempt to find out when the dress would be shipped I contacted them. I contacted them the first time last week with no response. I contacted them again with no response. Yesterday I contacted them again via online chat (which is not an online chat), and email. So I contacted them 4 times total. I finally received a response this morning. They are now saying the processing time is 18-22 days. So it will not even ship out until Saturday. Since shipping was so expensive I did not pay for expedited shipping. If we do get the dress in time, there will be no time to have it altered if it is needed. I will have to go buy my daughter another dress for this dance. I will never shop with TBdress again and I will encourage everyone I know not to shop here either. They misrepresent themselves on the website and their customer service is the poorest I have ever dealt with and I purchase online quite often. I hope the quality is good when we get the dress. I don't want to send it back for a refund because I will have to pay for shipping. Paying the high shipping cost to get it here and then to get it back - it wouldn't be worth it. And I believe they count on that!

I order a dress from TB Dress on January 17,2014 and it is now February 18,2014 and still have yet to receive or hear from this company. I needed the gown for the weekend of VDay, I emailed them and they respond with they would do all they can to have the gown to me. Guess what? I had to go out and purchase another dress which isn't fare given the amount of money I paid for this dress. I'm still try to contact someone but it seems as though when I provide my order number to check the status of the dress since I've paid for it you are being ignored. They have a computer generated to answer your questions it's not even a live person. Very disappointed and I will NOT! Refer them to anyone.

DONT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! IT'S A SCAM! I ordered a dress for a special event. I had liked it so much i took the pictures they had on to my computer. When the dress came 2 Months later, it wasn't the dress i ordered but some cheap fabric and poor sewing skills! I had emailed the company and they wouldn't respond until the next day. I had emailed back and forth for about 10 days! At first they didn't want to admit that it was the wrong dress. So i had to show them side by side of how they are different. Then they accepted it was different but "still beautiful" but they said that it would cost $40 to return it! Which was much more than what the dress cost. Now i have an ugly dress just sitting in my closet.
