Super efficient and easy to use. Everyone on task rabbit is very professional and gets the job done! I've used it twice in a week and always satisfied! So great to use if you are moving and need help setting things up.
I tried over a dozen times to book someone for a relatively simple job that requires some lifting, which I cannot do. Each time either they were already booked (I thought I was doing the booking on YOUR site—and I also gave you my CC# to lock it in?) or they did not have the skills or tools. Really NO skills or tools?!? Here's the job:
There is already a notch cut into the countertop for the slide in range. I wanted them to continue the cut into the countertop another three inches for a deeper sized range. There was nothing in the way. No cabinets, no drawers, no braces... nothing. You guys were absolutely pathetic. I don't need anyone to take out my garbage. I need a handyman... which was nowhere on your site. Just because I never had work done by you doesn't mean I can‘t complain about your ignorance and ineptitude over my needs, or any other customer's needs, when trying to hire you.
It says it needs your social security number for payment, which seems completely unnecessary. If you said you needed it for a background check, then okay. You literally need just an email to pay through Venmo. Why do you need my address, birthday, AND SSN? I uninstalled the app before I got to use it.
This is the second time I've cancelled and second day I've wasted my almost non-existent free time to arrange a tasker.
Both times the taskers were younger males and tried to chat online beforehand! This isn't a dating app! One asked if I was "available now" when my appoitment was set for later that day, then tried to call me several times. The reason I'm hiring someone off an app is because I don't want to talk on the phone.
Is this a joke? These people are SO unprofessional. It's important to note that I don't even have my age or a profile picture or anything. Why TF would I allow some creepy guy into my apartment? My standards aren't high at all but this is just sridiculous.
Rodney did a great delivery. He picked up a sideboard from a store and brought it to my house. I recommend him.
Really appreciated the help moving my mom into her new apartment yesterday! There is literally no way that I could have done it all myself... TaskRabbit was a godsend!
I had a small job but I needed to move big pieces of furniture. Christian handled the furniture with care and my move was successful.

I have used Task Rabbit for errands and shopping for groceries. My taskers have all been wonderful! They provide a necessary service, especially during the pandemic. So grateful!
The handyman they sent to my home, Tareq S from Frankfurt am Main, Germany, worked for an hour in my apartment, did a lousy job which he left incomplete, and Task Rabbit charged my credit card for two hours.
Always thinks through all of the little details. Very dependable and trustworthy.
We arranged for a chesst freezer delivery very last minute. Tommy was available and he was excellent. Great communicator, timely, got the job done, polite, and wore a mask like he was supposed to. Just a great experience, and we would recommend both Tommy and TaskRabbit because of it.
I have used task rabbit on multiple occasions for all different tasks. Painting, TV mounting, fixing broke furniture, office work, courier services etc. Never disappointing in the price or the people.
I've tried to use Taskrabbit 3 times and 3 times they have failed to deliver. The first tasker that arrived was in no way a professional drywaller. He ruined my walls with poorly patched drywall compound. It has cost me more money to repair this job. Another tasker was a cleaning service that was a no show 2 times. The third was also a no show.
I've run my limit with this company and will never call them again. Be smart and do the same. DO NOT USE TASKRABBIT.
Justin put together a small patio green house in about a half an hour. He always does a greatjob when he comes. I am looking forward to the next project!
