I haven't received my products yet. I previously purchased something from covers and all and the product is very nice but the shipping is very slow. Im actually concerned I may not get the current product in time for my event on 11/29.

I don't really have an opinion since I have not received my order. It would be nice to receive some kind of a notice when it is shipped at this point I have no idea if it's on its way or if it's lost in the shipping process. P

Ordering anything custom (i. E. not a rectangle)is frustrating. Poor communication (if any at all) about pricing. Seems I'm being charged the full cost of a full rectangle for a triangular piece (half the square footage of material).
Also, being asked to "review & rate" my satisfaction of the product, and do net even have it yet.

Order didn't come on 10/27 as told on my delivery email notification. Called and was told my order is in Dubai, India. I thought it was shipping from a US warehouse. Was mislead.

Had an issue with the tarp received. Called custom service and the rep. Couldn't answer the question so he said an email would be sent to me from another customer service agent that would try to answer the question. I received the email, it didn't answer my question so I emailed them back with further details. No one has ever gotten back to me, so I went to another company.
