This was a great shopping experience. It is the closest thing to giving directions to someone to make the exact item needed. I wanted a mesh curtain of a specific length and also put in grommets at specific intervals.

Paid for priority shipping. Tarp was supposed to deliver on day 3 and didn't deliver until day 8. Customer service said there was nothing they could do. Did not care how much of an inconvenience it was.

Regarding the grommet spacing, it is done according to the order details at 6", starting from one edge, and the last remaining grommets are adjusted based on the tarp size. Unfortunately, we were not aware that both tarps would be used together for alignment. Arrived quickly. Seems sturdy enough for Alaska winter, we will see in the spring how it fares. I was surprised to have to pay an additional fee to UPS, I think it was the tariffs which is unusual as I thought they were on the country of origin.
