I needed the tarp by Aug 29. Before I ordered it I called to see if I could get it in time. The customer service rep assured me it would arrive in time so I ordered it. The customer service rep clearly lied to me. My event was yesterday and the tarp is still not here.

I received no order confirmation. When I got a later email, it gave a way to track the package. That tracking showed no information. I called and learned it was in production, with an estimated receive date of September 2. That is more than a week from now, yet you want feedback on my experience? I don't have the product yet. How can I "rate" my experience. A total wreck! UPDATE: Product received. It is outstanding. The web binding around the perimeter is very robust. All stitching is sound and well finished. Sizing is exactly what was ordered. Grommets are nicely installed -- no ragged bits of cloth or loose threads. Would definitely order again, now that I know the interim part of the process isn't good, but the product is well worth it.

Everyone I was in contact with was very helpful. When a had a later question it was answered quickly. The part was delivered on time and the quality of the product could not be better. I have purchased tarps from other vendors and had many problems, mainly with customer service. I will be back!
