Great product and fit. The tarp fit perfect for the back part of the camper so we can have the deck open all the time.

The product is what I ordered and needed. I expect it to serve me well. It did bother me that the price increased about $150 since April when I got a quote for a slightly larger tarp.

I was very pleased with the product and it fulfilled all my expectations. I needed to be able to have a custom size for my project and decided to try Tarps&All. I haven't regretted it!

Good from start to finish... would for sure recommend to anyone needing that product class.

The order process was very easy and seemed to get done what was needed. I have not received my order yet, so this survey is a little early.

1. Before I ordered, I called and was advised to ask for customization after ordering and also for a mock-up design. Which I did.
2. Except for one call from a rep who left a VM, there has been no response to any of my texts that pointed to the need for customization and a Mock-up.
3. I celled a rep ("Arya") and she said someone from the design team will call or text and indeed send a mock up before final design and productions.
4. I sent more messages about it. No response.
5. On one final call, I talked with a rep whose voice I cannot hear at all because of the call quality and the terrible noise in the call center but she said can hear me. She could not even fathom my clearly spelled out order: "T for Tom", "P for Peter", "A for Apple"! I asked for a supervisor and she couldn't bring one despite a long hold. Then she said Mr. Uday Gulati would call me. Someone else called and left a voice message. When I finished talking with her, I saw the FedEx leve after dropping the package off.
6. The product delivered is totally wrong. Many sizes smaller than I had ordered. Also, it is a round one. Nobody looked at the order or my specs (dimensions) or even bothered to look at ANY of the messages. Even if they didn't customize it to a Octagonal shape I wanted, they should have delivered a 9 feet diagonal round one. What they sent me is a 5-foot round product.
7. I called back and talked with Ramsi (said he was in Atlanta) who listened, was patient and helpful. Professional. He said, "We're sorry it happened this way. It's wrong, it's our fault. And we'll help resolve it. Someone will call you in 24-48 hours." Now I get this email asking me to login and raise a ticket.
8. I have not dealt with any company - even by the low standards of Indian operations - that is this clumsy, this INDIFFERENT, and this disrespectful of the customer. Instead of making a Prospect a Customer and then a Patron, you have turned me off terribly.
9. I'm watching you closely and, as I told Ramsi, I will give you 72 hours to resolve it. (about 40 hours completed now). After which, I will reach out to not just Nishant Shah, Prashant Hole, et al but also social media and Amazon. For what I paid, is it worth my time and energy on this. I believe so. You should not be operating at all. I'm sure my lawyer can find culpable for breaking laws of the USA including "misrepresentation", "fraud", and lack of "good faith" trade.

Easy tool for custom ordering. Good price. Good value. Would use them again.

I ORDERED THE WRONG TARP SO I IMMEDIATELY CALLED TO CHANGE THE ORDER. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE SPOKE SUCH POOR ENGLISH I BECAME CONFUSED AND SO CANCELLED THE ORDER COMPLETLY. I WAS VERY, VERY CLEAR IN CANCELLING. YOU STILL SENT ME AN EMAIL ASKING FOR INVOICE APPROVAL WHICH I REFUSED. THE NEXT DAY I FOUND NOT ONLY WAS MY ACCOUNT CHARGED, BUT I WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR THE SAME PRODUCT. NOW i HAVE $250 FROZEN UNTIL MY BANK GETS THE ISSUE SETTLED. YOU PEOPLE ARE NOT HONEST. I ABSOLUTELY REFUSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU UNDER ANY CIRCUMTANCES & UNTIL THIS PAYMENT DISPUTE IS RESOLVED WILL FIND EVERY RATING SITE POSSIBLE TO VENT MY FRUSTRATION.

I spent a good deal of money having a Cat Patio-Catio installed so my kitties can go outside while staying safe. I struggled with commercial style tarps during rain. I am very pleased with these custom clear tarps that I ordered. My kitties will keep dry during rain if they want to go into Catio. They also will be able to watch the outside with these clear tarps. They are well made and I expect them to hold up for many a year.

Where is it? I keep getting emails but I have no product. When ordered the delivery date was 6/28, it is now 6/29 and no product has been delivered.

I ordered 6 tarps panels to cover my screen porch in the off-season. One edge of each panel needed very specific grommet placement to align with the porch posts. Tarps&All did a great job on every panel. Very pleased with the final product.

The quality may very well be fine but I never got the doggone thing and it has been over two months!
