The website kept changing my order when I was trying to check out. I edited it four times thought it was right but found out later the color was changed to black. They said it was already in production so I could not change the color to what was supposed to be gray.

I ordered a 6' x 10' panel and another 6' x 6' 8" for my dog kennel. The kennel has 6' tall by 10' wide panels (the short tarp is for a door panel) and a true 6' x 10' tarp fits perfectly. These tarps were both 73 1/2 inches on the six foot side so I had to wrap the top over the upper bar so I could cinch the bottom to the bottom bar to keep it as weather tight as possible. That was a pain but workable on the short panel. The long panel has roof supports so I could not wrap over the top bar, I had to cinch at the top and let the inch and a half extra drag on the ground, can't wrap under and can't cinch it. I ordered specifically from Tarps&All so I could get a special size and TRUE to size. The tarps are good quality and would work fine as a simple tarp but I needed more. And for what I paid I probably won't buy from this company again.

A glitch in the web site caused the default size to be ordered. Although I contacted the company immediately, canceling was not allowed and refund or correcting the size was also not allowed. A very unpleasant experience.
