The last item I ordered was a ratan headboard and the delivery thereof was a REAL pain in the backside. Lousy communication because they used a contractor trucker and shipper. What a mess.
The box was damaged and the headboard had a touch of damage but not where it could be seen.
I am now considering buying a small appliance which should come by regular mail. The consideration is because it is on sale and amazon and ebay do not have it for the price which is shipped free but state tax a Plus if its defective I can just zip over to my local store for a return if I cant get a freebie return ship label.

I paid my balance in full when the bill came. I got another noticed but figured it just crossed in the mail. Then when I got another notice with almost 100 in late fees, I called to find out what is going on. They said they did not get my mailed in payment and since payments were free over the phone and it had now been 3 months since the purchase they could not remove the late fees. So I paid the whole bill, but now I am telling everyone I know to NOT give business to Target. Absolutely stay away from their red card. Red is a warning color so let this be a warning to you. It was my first and only purchase on the card so it is not like I had this long history of non-payment and requesting fees. Any company that does not have compassion for its customers is not deserving of hard working Americans' money. I strongly encourage everyone to boycott Target. Our family is certainly never going to shop there again.
I love buying from Target.com, so fast, so easy and free shipping if you're a Red card owner, plus the 5% off. Can't beat that plus their customer service is outstanding! I wish other companies would learn from these guys, they set the bar high. :)

Employees are mostly limited English depending what store you go to. Clothes are ugly.

I was trying to purchase several items from Target using my Redcard. They now reqire a PIN # which I entered even though they have gone to a chip system. However the card machine kept saying my PIN was incorrect. The cashier said I had to reset my PIN. I tried to do this on the spot but their automated phone system was very frustrating and I couldn't contact a real person for a long time. Finally when I did contact a real person I felt they were unconcerned and non helpful. They needed my wife's SSN to proceed and I could only go through their automated system. I left my purchases and went to Walmart. Target is making it very difficult to do business with. Combine this with their new transgender bathroom policy and I am quite satisfied never going back into a Target store again.

To answer this question, IT DEPENDS on where you live and what you order. If you're right next to their warehouse, SURPRISE, it's there in a day and you think they are fantastic. If you live far away, the item is no longer in stock or they are slow to fill it, it could take six weeks. It did for us on a couple of occasions, SO it's the luck of the draw and certainly NOT better than Amazon.

Answer: I'm sorry. I ordered a lot from target.com and never had a problembefore, but when I finally did have a problem... hours and days on the phone. One of the service techs put me on hold for 30 minutes. Another put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up. Horrible.
Answer: I was unable to purchase a prepaid phone card with my gift card. This fact was not disclosed in the product description so I found out at the checkout when it was too late. Now am stuck with the useless gift card. I am very disappointed in Target shopping and will never buy anything from them ever again. I do not recommend Target shopping to anyone. Spare yourself some aggravation and shop elsewhere. Enough said.
