Great, reasonably priced products especially the clothing line. So much to choose from and in mixed sizes.
I adore shopping at Target when visiting their stores. But my online experience is almost always, not great. Things load slowly, everything is sold out, or only available in store. I wish they would get the "only available in store" and "no longer available" items off the website, or give them their own section on the site, as they're a distraction and make slogging through a shopping experience frustrating. The site also seem to always have hiccups, password difficulty and crashed at least once when I am shopping. So I would give my in store experiences an A+ and my online experiences a D. I dread going over to the website to order things. Sometimes orders have not been screened well before shipping them out and the clothing items smell like they have been worn. The bathing suit collection is often too trashy, wish they would work on that. But the clothing from other departments and selection is great. I love the accessories department, particularly the jewelry and handbags.
Target is a great way to shop online. The products are always high quality and good prices. The items ship quickly and without errors. I have had 100% great experiences with Target online.

I ordered an infant car seat for my daughter on April 27 as she was expecting her baby by C Section on June 1. They are stationed in the Military in Germany and I was given an expected delivery of the item on May 19. The tracking number from USPS since May 3 from Jersey City indicates "in transit". I finally called Customer Service on May 27 as my daughter legally cannot bring her baby home without a carseat. I was told they could not track it and it is assumed to be "lost in transit". I asked for a refund so I could have her go to the PX and quickly buy another seat and I was told that due to a technical error she could not issue a refund and gave me another toll free number to call, where I was given a case number and told to wait for an email to see if the "escalation department" would give me a refund as I do NOT want the seat now. The only thing that is escalating is my frustration. I will be writing to the CEO, Brian Cornell. I have yet to receive my email.
While at a campground I ordered an ice maker with express delivery by April 6th. On April 6th they said, "Oops will be delivered on the 7th." On the 7th they said, "Oops will be delivered on the 10th." Well I'm leaving the campground on the 10th! They said they would credit the $25.00 I paid to expedite which was OK except it was in a form of a gift card. Why would I want a gift card if they can't even follow through with what they promised? Target said because I used PayPal they could give me a credit? I'm furious about this because I use PayPal everywhere I can and have never heard of such a thing. They wouldn't let me speak to a manager or customer relations if this ice maker is not here by the time I leave the campground then good luck to Target!
Target.com not ready for primetime
I placed an order for four sticks of deodorant. Target.com was cheaper than Amazon by a few cents. I placed the order to pick up at my store. Target.com sent me an email saying that only one of the sticks was available at the store for pick up. When I got to the store all four were available. That perplexed the store employees so much that it took at least 45 minutes before they figured out that they could just cancel the online order and sell me the four sticks from the store. When I looked at my credit card bill there were two orders for the sticks still showing. A week later I called the store and they directed me to call Target.com. They stated the target.com with a separate company and they couldn't do anything for me. I called target.com and they told me that I had to deal with the store. It took me another 30 minutes to finally get target.com to reverse the charges to my credit card. Altogether I spent almost an hour and a half to buy four sticks of deodorant. Needless to say it would've been worth the extra pennies to buy from Amazon.com: they have their act together and target.com does not.
L purchase many items on line at TARGET. Their prices and quick delivery make this store my favorite. My regular items are rarely out of stock.

This store has lots of products to choose from. The lines can be long at times and long waits. Shop when they have sales.
Every time I go to Target I am impressed with the quality of the items, the cleanliness of the stores, and especially the superior service offered by all employees. I can never remember any employee without a "customer service priority." Everyone who works at the Target store I frequent should be commended. Shertz/Selma, TX.

I've stopped making purchases from Target because of their anti family bathroom policy and their persistence in alienating a large sector of their base by making political and social views public.
Can't complain, receive orders in timely fashion and if need be items can be easily returned or refunded.
Before I chose to use target for my baby registry I was told that anything bought on the registry could be returned in 60 days of purchase. I received a stroller at my baby shower that didn't hold the car seat I also received so one of the Items had to be exchanged in order for me to have a functioning set. When I went to the store to return either or both item I was told I would have to use my ID because the bar code that they pulled up from my baby registry wouldn't work. Plus I still had to get a target gift card even if I used my ID and the amount they would give me on the gift card was only 54% value of what was actually paid for the stroller.
When I went online to use the gift card I traded the car seat for, majority of the car seats that would fit my stroller wouldn't ship to my store, meaning I couldn't get it at all -_-. I don't even live in a small town, I live in the DFW metroplex area!

To answer this question, IT DEPENDS on where you live and what you order. If you're right next to their warehouse, SURPRISE, it's there in a day and you think they are fantastic. If you live far away, the item is no longer in stock or they are slow to fill it, it could take six weeks. It did for us on a couple of occasions, SO it's the luck of the draw and certainly NOT better than Amazon.

Answer: I'm sorry. I ordered a lot from target.com and never had a problembefore, but when I finally did have a problem... hours and days on the phone. One of the service techs put me on hold for 30 minutes. Another put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up. Horrible.
Answer: I was unable to purchase a prepaid phone card with my gift card. This fact was not disclosed in the product description so I found out at the checkout when it was too late. Now am stuck with the useless gift card. I am very disappointed in Target shopping and will never buy anything from them ever again. I do not recommend Target shopping to anyone. Spare yourself some aggravation and shop elsewhere. Enough said.
